최근 차세대 이동통신서비스로 부각되고 있는 위치기반서비스 응용의 핵심기술로 지리정보서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 처리능력, 저장공간, 디스플레이, 데이터통신 환경에서 제한적인 환경을 가진 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 지리정보를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 지리정보서비스 모델에 관한 연구 및 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 효율적인 지리정보 서비스를 위하여 방대한 용량의 지리정보를 경량화한 지리정보 데이터 모델과 지리정보와 웹이나 웹 서비스와의 연결을 이용한 지리정보서비스 모델을 제안한다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하는 사람들이 증가하면서, 프라이버시와 관련된 보안 문제들 또한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기존의 소셜 네트워크 서비스들은 일반적으로 중앙 집중형 구조를 가지고 있다. 서비스 사용자들의 기본적인 프로필 정보들은 서비스 제공자에게 수집되어 빅데이터를 이룬다. 이러한 빅데이터가 서비스 제공자 측면에서는 상업적인 용도로 사용되지만, 사용자 개인의 입장에서는 자신의 개인정보가 악의적인 목적으로 사용되는지 전혀 알 수가 없다. 따라서 서비스 제공자의 무분별한 정보 수집 문제를 해결하기 위해 원천적으로 중앙 집중형 구조를 제거하고, 기존의 포털사이트와의 연동을 통해 오픈 아이디로 이용 가능한 오픈 소스 기반 분산형 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 제안한다.

A hybrid information environment can be described as one where an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest a need of hybrid information services through understanding of the hybrid information environment and hybrid library. Additionally, this study deal with basic concepts of design for a hybrid information service model and address a number of hybrid library projects based on these concepts, such as Agora, BUILDER, HealdLine, HyLife, and MALIBU. Finally, this study survey generic a model of hybrid library and suggest basic principles for building of hybrid information service model, such as integration, seamlessness, authentication, interconnectivity, and personalization of information seeking process environment.

최근 효율적인 교통 흐름 제어 및 교통정보 서비스 제공을 위한 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)에 대표적인 서비스로는 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 도로의 소통정보를 모니터링하고 이용자들에게 웹이나 지역에 설치된 VMS를 통해 정보를 제공하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스를 위한 GIS가 OpenGIS와 같은 표준화 단체에서 제안하고 있는 구조를 따르지 않고 있으며, 지리정보의 표현도 검증 없이 자체적으로 GIS정보를 이용함으로 인해 서비스의 성능과 품질 저하는 물론 정보통합의 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OpenGIS에서 공간정보 표현에 권고되고 있는 GML을 기반으로 도로망에 구축되어진 각종 교통정보 기기로부터 ITS로 수집된 실시간 교통정보를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 반영하여 모바일 기기 또는 웹서비스를 통해 교통상황을 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 GML을 기반으로 한 지리정보 DB와 각종 교통정보 기기로부터 수집된 실시간 교통정보의 통합을 통해 모바일 기기나 웹을 통해 공통적으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 Client/server 시스템에 주안점을 두고 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 설계된 시스템은 전용 공간데이터를 구축하지 않고, 표준화된 공간정보인 GML을 이용한 변환 메커니즘을 통하여 서비스를 제공함으로써 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있으며, 이 기종의 시스템에 서비스가 가능하도록 하였다.

It is necessary to develop a service that meets various environmental requirements so that the Internet of things can be applied to the fourth industry in overall. This paper presents a method for extracting IoT devices information to change the current provider centric service provision environment in order to construct a user centered service provision environment for Web services. Also, it provides users to utilize the appropriate web services through taking advantage of IoT devices information. The existing service provision environment is focused on the method of selecting the service using the provider service information, thus, it is considered necessary for a user-oriented service search method to be in need. In this study, the service list is provided to the user by combining provider information and information extracted from IoT Devices. IoT information collection generates information by separating context information such as information between IoT devices and users and event information between devices through identifiers. In this paper, we propose a development of a user centric service environment by presenting users with a necessary service list through the proposed IoT information.

상황인식은 사용자에 적응된 컴퓨팅 환경 및 서비스를 가능하게 한다. 따라서, 상황인식이 추가된 홈 환경은 인간의 주거생활의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 상황인식 서비스의 기반이 되는 상황정보는 일반적으로 서비스 종속적이다. 스마트 홈 환경에서의 상황인식 서비스의 통합을 위해서는 서비스 종속적인 상황정보의 형태를 통일시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 홈 환경에서의 상황인식 서비스를 위해서 특정 서비스에 종속되지 않고 환경 내의 모든 서비스들이 공통으로 인식할 수 있는 상황정보의 형태를 정의한다.

항로표지의 효율적 관리와 연계/수집 정보의 서비스를 위해 스마트 항로표지 정보협력시스템이 요구 되었고, 항로표지 관리, 선박 사용, 육상 정보 활용을 위해서는 서비스 플랫폼이 반드시 고려되어야 한다. IMO e-Navigation 전략 이행을 위해 16개의 해양 서비스가 식별되었고, 해양 서비스 개발을 목적으로 해양 서비스 정의, 기술표준 개발에 관한 표준이 개발되었으며, 정보 교환을 위한 S-100 데이터 모델 적용이 논의 되었다. 해양 서비스 플랫폼 개발과 관련하여 서비스 인증, 검색, 메시지 전송에 관한 MCP가 개발 되었으며, 서비스 플랫폼 평가에 관한 기준이 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 항로표지 정보 서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위해 서비스 내역과 정보협력 시스템의 구조를 분석하고, IMO/IALA/IHO 국제기구의 최신 기준에 따른 해양 서비스 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제시 하였다.

Ad hoc 네트워크는 우선 통신장비들이 기간망(infrastructure network)에 대한 의존 없이 필요에 따라 임시적으로 형성된다. ad hoc 네트워크 환경 속에서 서비스를 제공하는 노드와 사용하는 노드 사이의 원활한 연결을 위하여 서비스를 찾는 lookup절차를 사용한다. ad hoc 네트워크는 동적인 성격과 제한적인 자원을 가지는 무선 통신장비들로 이루어져있고, 매체의 대역폭이 제한되기 때문에 기존 기간망에서 연구된 기법이 ad hoc 네트워크에 적용될 때 문제점을 가진다. 서비스를 제공하는 노드가 서비스 종료를 알리지 못할 경우, 서비스를 사용하는 노드나 네트워크내의 서비스 목록 정보를 가지는 서버(중심 lookup Server)가 잘못된 정보를 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 중심 lookup Server에서 제공하는 각 서비스 목록 정보가 서비스를 제공하는 노드의 정보와 일치하도록 유지하기 위하여 서비스 제공자의 이웃 노드로 하여금 모니터링 하게 하는 분산형 서비스 정보 일치성 유지 기법을 제안한다.

The importance of an efficient information delivery service cannot be overemphasized in the information society. In this context, this study, based upon the importance of information intermediary on the internet, tries to suggest the use of Avatars in information services. This study first examines the concepts, theories, and characteristics of information services and internet, along with the meaning and role played by Avatars. Also, by suggesting the use of Avatars in information services, this study alms at enhancing our understanding on the internet and providing efficient information services.

With SDI service provided in libraries and information centers traditionally, this paper studies component technologies and structure of system platform in PIS(personalization information service based on the customized information service served currently in some institutions. The PIS system should provide relevant information as an output through the learning system analyzing user information searching behavior as an input value with personal profile information. To do it, this paper studies requirements and algorithms to develop PIS, and proposes learning system and recommendation system as core components in PIS.
