  • 그동안 고출력 레이저에는 CO2 Laser, LPSSL, DPSSL 등이 주로 사용되어 왔다. 최근에는 Fiber Laser가 좋은 빔특성을 가지면서 10㎾이상의 고출력이 가능해 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 고출력 레이저는 매질의 냉각문제가 가장 큰 관건인데, Fiber Laser는 수백 $\mu\textrm{m}$의 지름을 가진 수십m 길이의 공진기 형태를 띠어 부피 대비 냉각면적이 가장 크다고 할 수 있다. EDFA 등 광통신을 위해 개발되었던 다이오드 레이저들이 Fiber Laser쪽으로 전용되고, Side Cladding pumping 방법의 실용화, 다이오드 페이저 펌핑 광과 광섬유사이의 커플링 방법이 개발되면서 고출력 Fiber Laser 개발이 급속히 이루어졌다. (중략)

An Experimental Study on the Girder-Abutment Connection for the Steel-Concrete Composite Rigid-Frame Bridge Integrated with PS Bars (PS 강봉으로 일체화된 강합성 라멘교의 거더-교대 접합부의 거동에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Steel-concrete composite rigid-frame bridge is a type of integral bridge having advantages in bridge maintenance and structural efficiency from eliminating expansion joints and bridge supports, the main problems in bridge maintenance. The typical steel-concrete composite rigid-frame bridge has the girder-abutment connection where a part of its steel girder is embedded in abutment for integrity. However, the detail of typical girder-abutment connection is complex and increases the construction cost, especially when a part of steel girder is embedded. Recently, a new type of bridge was proposed to compensate for the disadvantages of complex details and cost increase. The compensation are expected to improve efficiency of construction by simplifying the construction detail of the girder-abutment connection. In this study, a static load test has been carried out to examine the behavior of the girder-abutment connection using real-scale specimens. The results of the test showed that the girder-abutment connection of proposed girder bridge has sufficient flexural capacity and rebars to control concrete crack should be placed on the top of abutment.

  • Integral and rigid frame bridges have advantages in bridge maintenance and structural efficiency by eliminating expansion joints and bridge supports. However, the detail of typical girder-abutment connection is rather complex and increases construction cost depending on construction detail. For the purpose of compensating disadvantages such as complexity and additional cost, a new type of bridge is proposed in this study, which improves the efficiency of construction by simplifying the construction detail of girder-abutment connection. The proposed bridge has the connection detail of steel girder and abutment integrated by prestressed PS bar installed in the connection. In this study, finite element analysis and fatigue load test are conducted to evaluate the fatigue capacity of the proposed girder-abutment connection. The results of the finite element analysis revealed that the possibility of the fatigue damage in the girder-abutment connection is very low. The results of the fatigue load test verified that the integrity of the girder and abutment connection is maintained after 2,000,000 cycles of fatigue loading.

The new approach to maxillary and mandibular anterior dental arch forms - In Korean normal occlusion models (상하악 전치부 치열궁 형태에 대한 새로운 접근 - 한국성인 정상교합자 모델에서)

  • Maxillary and mandibular anterior dental arches often have the problems of occlusal relation and esthetics by malformations of teeth, congenital missing, et at. Though the clinician usually use the anterior ratio to overcome this problems, he has the limitation of a direct application this ratio to the prediction of anterior occlusal relationship by the change of anterior ratio as dental arch form, intercanine width, segment depth and arch perimeter. So this study examine maxillary and mandibular anterior dental arch forms by least square method using Korean normal occlusion models(man : 20 casts, woman : 20 casts). Maxillary and mandibular anterior dental arches of Korean normal occlusion models are curve fitted to polynomial function, beta function, hyperbolic cosine function in order. And this accuracy of curve fitting is constant regardless of man/woman and maxilla/mandible. The relationships between intercanine width, segment depth, and arch perimeter based on this owe fitted dental arch form are acquired. This relationships will give the prediction of anterior dental arch form and the information of more accurate anterior ratio according to intercanine width.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 개념의 방전 플라즈마 소결 접합장비에 적용된 출력펄스 가변형 저전압, 대전류 사이리스터 정류기의 개발에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 6펄스 형태로 개발된 대용량 출력펄스 가변형 정류기는 공냉식으로 제작되어 기존의 대용량 정류기에서 적용한 수냉식보다 구조가 단순하며 최대 l1600A의 출력을 펄스 단위로 반복적으로 차단 및 전류하는 것이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 전류분배를 위한 버스바의 형태는 기구적인 설계만으로 간단히 대전류를 분배할 수 있도록 하였으며 디지털 연산에 의한 PLL 방식으로 입력 전압의 동기가 필요하지 않다. 시뮬레이션과 실물부하를 연결한 실험을 통해 제안한 방법 및 성능의 우수성을 조사하였다.

  • Recently, there is a growing interest on sustainable connection system that makes it possible to reuse of main structural members by concentrating most of the damage in the frame caused by strong horizontal force, such as earthquake, to damper. In this study proposed a new type of damage-controlled connection system applying these concepts and analysed the major structural performance of the proposed system through the full-scale cyclic loading test and nonlinear finite element analyses. According to the result, it derived the optimal damper/beam strength ratio that minimize the damage of main members and satisfy at least the fully plastic moment of the beam. And it was to verify the possibility of applying as seismic connection details.

  • This paper describes the experimental study on the mechanical characteristics of a steel plate-reinforced concrete joint. As an alternative reinforced concrete structure, the SC modular construction method is widely used and studied in the field ofindustrial facility field. However, the structure characteristics of RC and SC joint are not yet studied completely. In this paper, the beam-type construction joint of RC and SC walls was made to simulate the application of SC module to the large RC structure. Also, an out-of-plane loading was applied to the test specimen in order to evaluate flexural strength and structural properties of the beam-type RC-SC joint.

  • The cordierite ($2MgO,2Al_{2}O_{3},5SiO_{2}$) is of great interest for packaging substrates of multilayer IC. The Cu layer was fabricated on the cordierite substrate by the screen printing method and the adhesion properties of the interfaces at the different cosintering conditions were studied. When cosinted in the $Ar+H_{2}O$atmosphere good adhesion was obtained and the heating was found out to be an important factor for the adhesion.

  • 온실가스와 같은 환경오염으로 인한 규제로 인해 경량화 소재인 알루미늄의 차체 적용이 늘어가는 추세이다. 하지만 알루미늄의 낮은 용접성으로 인하여 기계적 접합법 등이 알루미늄의 접합에 사용되고 있으나 낮은 접합강도 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스폿용접 시뮬레이션 프로그램인 SORPAS를 이용하여 건전한 용접부를 얻을 수 있는 알루미늄 합금 용접 조건을 도출하였고 실제 델타스폿 용접기를 이용하여 도출된 실험 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 전극의 형태에 따른 용접성의 변화를 분석하였고, 전류 및 가압력 프로파일에 따른 용접성의 특징을 관찰하였다. 그리고 각각의 용접 변수들의 변화에 따른 용접 특성 평가 실험을 통하여 각 변수들의 특성을 파악하였고, 용접강도가 높고 용접부에 결함이 존재하지 않는 용접성을 가진 변수조건을 구하였다. 최종적으로 변수 특성 평가 실험의 결과를 바탕으로 Al 6032와 Al 5454에 대하여 넓은 적정용접 영역을 가진 로브 곡선을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 2009년도 서울시 산학연 협력사업(과제번호 10848) 및 BK21의 연구비 지원을 받아 수행 하였음.
