This study focused on hospital quality of service to the customer service center into contact with the contents of the results were comprehensive evaluation. In this study, a variable that is committed, the hospital service quality and customer satisfaction, and relationships about reuse of the hospital, the hospital's strategic management could be because of the foundation. The study quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction, and reuse of the impact of the relationship between the quality of service in the hospital, the customet satisfaction, very significant according to the reuse of. A customer-centric future, these results provide guidelines for hospital management can be applied to further strengthen competitiveness are expected.

현재 서비스 산업에서는 급변하는 고객의 욕구를 맞추기 위해 기업 간의 서비스 경쟁 심화 및 다양한 각도에서의 최상의 고객서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 시도되고 있다. 서비스 종사자들도 기업과 고객이 기대하는 고객 중심 서비스 제공에 기여하고 있다. 과도한 서비스 제공은 서비스 종사자의 감정적 스트레스 등과 같은 부작용을 발생시키고 있는데, 기업과 고객과의 접촉 채널로서의 중요한 역할에 임하는 콜센터 상담사들의 스트레스 해소는 업무 향상에 있어서 필요하다. 스트레스 해소를 위한 정신적인 긍정어 즉, 역경을 이겨내는 긍정의 힘이 '회복탄력성'으로서, 콜센터 상담사의 회복탄력성을 분석한 결과 근무경력과 업무 유형에 따라 차이를 보였다. 회복탄력성의 구성요소 중 감정통제력, 충동통제력, 원인분석력, 공감능력, 자기효능감은 근무경력에 따라 차이를 보였고, 낙관성, 공감능력은 업무 유형에 따라 차이가 나타났다.

Radio Frequency Identification system based on EPC(Electronic Product Code) Network Environment can read or write information of tagged objects, using Rf signals without direct contact. This advantage which is to provide storage ability and contactless property is better than Bar-code system. Mobile RFID system which integrates Mobile system with RFID system will provide new additional service to users. However, an advantage for obtaining information of objects using RF signal causes personal privacy problem. In this paper, we propose techniques that can protect personal privacy based on mobile. Our scheme provides privacy protection of users and is more efficiently than another application service.

Interaction methods and technologies for mutual exploration based on user behavior are evolving variously. Especially, in recent years, with the development of a wide range of sensors, they have developed from contact to non-contact methods. However, developers' senseless definitions of the interaction methods have made the exploration process quite complicated, which rather creates the hassle of users needing to learn the interaction guide defined by the developers before experiencing the exhibition contents. In this context, in order to make visitors smoothly communicate with exhibition contents, a preliminary study on easy interaction for users of various ages is needed, and in particular, research on improving the usability of user interaction is also essential when developing non-contact exhibition contents. So, in this study, a method to reduce the confusion between developers and users was sought by researching non-contact interaction that could be universally interacted with in the field of exhibition contents and proposing behavior designs. First, based on the narrative structure of cultural resources, existing studies were reviewed and the points of interactions as cultural contents were derived. Then the most efficient search process was selected among non-contact behaviors based on hand gestures that allow users to naturally guess and learn interaction methods. Furthermore, on the basis of the meaning of non-linear narrative-based interaction and the analysis results of spatial behavior elements, affordance behavior with high learning effect and efficiency was derived. Through this research process, an action that helps users to understand non-contact interaction naturally in the process of exploring exhibition-type cultural contents and to utilize non-contact interaction in the process of immersion in exhibition contents is proposed as a final model.

Depending on point of view, a service can be defined as interactions between customers and service providers or service delivery processes or customer's experiences. To develop and design a new service, the most of approaches presented in the previous researches represent a service mainly by the interactive activities or functions between customers and providers. The critical features of services which differentiate services from physical products are the inseparability that production and consumption occur at the same time and the heterogeneity that each customer ask their requirements to providers. To reflect the characteristics on the service model, we have to include contextual features in the service model. For the purpose, we define a service as the process of solving the customer's problems and a service is structured into three components: contacts, informations, and activities. We suggest the job mapping diagram to model a service process by the three components and then apply it to a hotel service process and compare the result with it of a blueprint.

QR 코드를 이용한 접촉 매체를 이용해 본 경험자 중 대부분은 스마트폰을 사용한 것으로 나타났으며, 해당 접촉 매체 중 가장 높은 이용 비율을 나타낸 매체는 홍보용 전단지나 브로슈어 등 이다. 이와 같이 스마트폰의 보급에 따른 QR 코드의 이용 범위가 마케팅 분야에 집중되면서 효율적인 이용 방법에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 QR 코드에 저장된 음식에 대한 상세 정보를 활용한 모바일 웹 기반의 음식 추천을 위한 개인화 서비스 시스템을 제안한다.

최근, 블루투스 통신이 가능한 스마트폰이 널리 사용되면서, 블루투스 기반의 비콘이 마케팅이나 실내위치기반서비스 등에서 많이 이용되고 있다. 하지만, 비콘의 특성상 정확한 측위가 어려워 응용 분야가 다소 제한적이다. 이 논문에서는 승객의 비콘을 이용하여 대중교통 승하차를 비 접촉식으로 인식하고 과금으로 연결하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 논문에서는 기존 RSSI를 이용하는 비콘 기반 측위 방법이 신호간섭에 따라 신뢰성이 떨어지는 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 PVDF 압전 센서와 IR 체온 센서 등을 활용하여 비접촉, 무(無) 구속 방식으로 요람에 있는 영유아의 바이탈 신호를 상시 측정하여 '영아 돌연사 증후군' 등 위험한 상황에 빠졌을 때 애플리케이션을 통하여 즉각 보호자에게 알리고 대처 방안을 제시하며, 상시 영·유아 모니터링이 불가능한 맞벌이 부모 등에게 자동 상태 경보 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 스마트 요람을 개발하였다.

저전력 및 고속통신을 특징으로 하는 인체통신은 사람의 신체를 매개물질로 하여 별도의 전력 소비 없이 인체에 통하는 전류를 이용하여 통신의 매체로 사용하는 기술을 말한다. 인체통신 기술은 향후 2~3년 후면 상용화 제품이 나올 것으로 예상되는 가운데, 휴대폰, PMP 등의 휴대단말기 등을 중심으로 인체통신 칩 시장이 형성되어 급속히 성장할 것으로 보이며, 아울러 접촉기반 인증서비스, 건강관리서비스 등 새로운 응용서비스 산업이 창출될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 인체통신 분야에 대한 시장 동향과 전세계 특허 동향을 분석해 보고자 한다.

This paper is wireless location awareness technology using RFID. We investigates the Location of the received Signal strength reported by RF Analyses of the data are performed to understand the underlying features of location fingerprints. The system is performed factors the extreme environmental Emit signal, which consists of a unique 5000 Terminals. The Location Service have become very popular in many service industries, purchasing and distribution logistics, industry, manufacturing companies and a parking place. The Technically optimal Solution would be the storage of Intelligence information in the most common form of electronic data-carrying device in use in everyday life is the smart card based upon a contact field (telephone smart card, bank cards). The method of an indoor positioning experiment system is compared using measured Location data and a charge of service. The result of research showed the following: first, to check out the mechanism between benefit of system installation and operation of Active RFID. Second, it contributed on indoor wireless location intelligence system efficiency.
