The purpose of this study is to suggest the shortcomings and the direction of the web accessibility evaluation studies by analyzing the research trends on web accessibility evaluation in Korea. For this aim, a total of 59 theses presented in the registered academic journal and the candidate of registration academic journals from January 2000 to March 2017 were selected. The selected dissertations have been analyzed based on the evaluators, the evaluation targets, the evaluation methods, and the evaluation results with regard to web accessibility. As a result of the analysis, the highest rate in the evaluator aspect was 'independent evaluation (66 percent)' and the highest percentage in the evaluation target aspect was 'web site (83 percent)'. When it came to the evaluation methods, automatic evaluation and the mixture of automatic evaluation and manual evaluation had a similar percentage. Lastly, only two papers showed that web accessibility did not have any problems. This study is meaningful in the sense that it suggested a desirable direction for the web accessibility studies in Korea and web accessibility evaluation studies in the situation when the meta studies which analyzed research trends are insufficient.

In this study, we suggest a policy for setting the direction of Jeju Music Education with implications from the process of arranging philosophical theories related to music education and analyzing advanced cases. The philosophical theories of music education were examined by Schiller, Steiner, Dewey, Bourdieu, Reimer, and Elliotts. In addition, this study checked the lessons in music education programs in Germany, Venezuela, and Finland, and we make policy suggestions in four contexts to set the direction of music education in the Jeju community based on interviews with 10 experts. Suggestions for improving social awareness of music education, suggestions for music education in the elementary and secondary public school sectors, in the proposals for music education in the lifelong education sector, and the suggestions for institutional policy all included music education professionals recruited from among the culture and art sectors within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province's Cultural Policy Division. Music advisors were also recruited from the music and sector music councils within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council.

본 논문은 선행연구를 통해 조사된 에너지기술 수용성 프레임워크의 적용을 통해 원자력에너지기술의 사례연구를 실시하고자 한다. 에너지 기술에서 수용성을 다루는 것은 지속가능한 혁신을 위한 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있으며, 본 프레임워크의 적용을 통한 사례연구로 원자력에너지기술의 수용성에 대한 체계적인 접근과 이해를 가능하게 하며, 이를 통한 정책적 제언이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

최근 인터넷쇼핑몰은 판매자 중심에서 구매자 중심으로 변화하고 있으며, 새로운 사용자 경험(User Experience)의 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 표준 및 접근성을 고려하여 사용성(Usability)과 효율성을 기반으로 상호작용하는 동적인 Web Application 기술을 적용하여 새로운 사용자 경험(User Experience)을 제공하고 전자상거래의 새로운 패러다임을 제시할 수 있는 사용자(구매자) 및 관리자(판매자)의 동적인 유저인터페이스(UI : User Interface)가 가능한 Web Application을 제언 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

RDF and OWL are the primary base technologies for implementing Semantic Web. Recently, many researches related with them, or applying them into the other application domains, have been introduced. However, relatively little work has been done for securing the RDF and OWL data. In this article, we briefly introduce an RDF triple based model for specifying RDF access authorization related with RDF security. Next, to efficiently find the authorization conflict by RDF inference, we introduce a method using prime number graph labeling in detail. The problem of authorization conflict by RDF inference is that although the lower concept is permitted to be accessed, it can be inaccessible due to the disapproval for the upper concept. Because by the RDF inference, the lower concept can be interpreted into the upper concept. Some experimental results show that the proposed method using the prime number graph labeling has better performance than the existing simple method for the detection of the authorization conflict.

The purpose of this study is to suggest web accessibility improvement direction through web accessibility evaluation of 16 local government education and training institutions. For this purpose, we evaluated the websites of 14 education and training institutions excluding some websites. The evaluation was conducted through automatic evaluation by Open-WAX and manual evaluation by three experts. As a result of the analysis, although the web accessibility compliance rate improved, problems such as alternate text, skip link, and markup error prevention were found. This study suggests the future direction of research and adherence to web accessibility of local governments.

This study surveyed the retrieval systems for digital information resources of the university libraries in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam districts and the vendors. Kinds of access points and retrieval conditions (Boolean logic, methods of index term identification, and particularities of the retrieval) of the libraries' systems are various and different to each other. Access points of the vendors' systems are unessentially various and different to each other, but the retrieval conditions are rather elaborated. Upon the result the suggestions for the standardization of digital information retrieval system are offered.

This study examined some implications affected from that right to information access, among them that make up the core Web accessibility stipulated the Disability Discrimination Act that excepted visually impaired masseur, in addition to the professional diversity in present. Through that sought policy suggestions about direction of legislation and revision for improving Web accessibility for achievable professional diversity as a basic mechanism.
