지구상의 광물, 암석, 화석 그리고 지질구조, 지형 등의 개개의 지형 지질학적 요소의 특성과 다른 대상과의 상호관계를 지질다양성이라고 한다. 지질다양성은 지형 지질에 내재되어 있는 본질적, 문화적, 심미적, 경제적, 기능적, 연구 및 교육적 가치를 이해하고 보전함으로써 유지 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 지질다양성에 대한 흥미와 이해를 높이기 위해 학술적 보전 가치가 있는 강원도 영월지역을 선정하여 그 특징을 분석하고 지질다양성을 효율적으로 활용하는 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 강원도 영월지역의 지질다양성에 대한 조사는 지형경관 자원과 지질특성의 희소성, 대표성, 학문적 가치 및 활용가치에 중점을 두고 전문가와 협의하여 보존가치가 있고 지리적으로 접근하기 편리한 노두 8곳을 선별하였다. 선별된 8곳의 노두는 고생대의 암석과 지층, 뚜렷한 퇴적구조, 화석, 규모가 크고 전형적인 하천지형이 나타나는 곳으로 지질유산(지형 지질)의 내재적 가치와 지구과학적 이해를 도울 수 있는 대상지이다. 대상지의 지질다양성에 대한 조사를 토대로 야외 지질학습장과 지질공원 및 지질명소, 과학적 특별흥미지역 등을 개발하여 제공함으로써 지형 지질에 대한 자기주도적 학습 능력 신장과 지구과학에 대한 흥미와 이해를 증진시키는 장을 마련해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 과학적 가치와 더불어 사회적, 문화적 가치를 부여하여 보전함으로써 지질유산(지형 지질)에 대한 새로운 시각이 생길 것이다.

This study aimed at analyzing the real situations and problems related to the performance assessment and surveying the relationship between performance assessment and teaching-learning in schools. Especially, It focused on the performance assessment through ICT teaching method. Next, by suggesting performance assessment patterns in Math, this study tried to approach solution as follow: difficulties in setting up evaluation items, objectiveness or impartiality in evaluation, complexity in putting them into practice, time modulation related to evaluation, reduction of teachers' heavy burden in teaching and achievement to specific aims in each period. Finally, some suggestions were made as follow: more concerns and efforts were needed to establish better math teachers and physical environment with regard to teaching math in schools.

This study examines previous studies on the income (profit) model, which is most used for valuation of data held by companies or institutions, and discusses key factors of the model and considerations in the data asset valuation process. Through this, it was confirmed that the shareability and utilization period of data assets are different from those of other companies. In addition, the value of data should be reviewed from various perspectives such as timeliness and accuracy. And for data asset value evaluation, it was derived that the user's use, ability to use, and value chain should be reviewed as a whole. As a future research direction, continuous research and development of models to be applied to actual business and revision of accounting law were proposed.

After establishment of Records Act in 1999, we issued the all-out revision Act because of too much changing of records management environment. Even though the new Records Act has much reformed clauses, classified records management itself is not much improved. Under this present situation, this study analyze both Records Act and related Act to get an improved plan which would be applied at Records Center. Simultaneously, the case study of National Archives of Korea's ISP and Army Archives' can be useful research data. Finally, the study suggest that an improvement plan of classified records management process which is consist of three sub-process that are 'transfer step'-'retention and management step'-'service step'.

The candlelight vigil is a nonviolent collective action by Koreans to communicate with the government. Although they have political goals, candlelight vigils are represented as cultural events. However, despite its importance in Korean society, it is unclear how Koreans perceive the cultural meaning of the candlelight vigil. This study, therefore, investigates the cultural meaning of the candlelight vigil, ultimately aiming to extending the framework for understanding active publics. To this end, this study conducted 47 in-depth interviews with participants of 2008 and 2016 candlelight vigils. The findings showed that the candlelight vigil has cultural meanings of festivity, humor, and self-expression. Theoretical implications of the findings and future research directions are discussed.

Recently, hate crime is emerging as a new social problem in Korea, as well as in many countries, as a growing number of cases of aversion to specific groups including people with disabilities. This paper was to review the concept and current status of hate crime in order to notify the seriousness of increasing hate crime, especially hate crime against persons with disabilities. Finally, This paper proposed some suggestions from the welfare point of persons with disabilities in terms of how to reduce these crimes utilizing the reports of related organizations and newspapers as well as relevant national and international studies.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between communications satisfaction and service quality perceived by the case managers in the long-term care institutions. For this, multiple regression analysis was conducted for the 104 case managers who were selected from the 48 long-term care institutions in Seoul metropolitan city and Kyungki province. The results showed that the communication satisfaction of care mangers was statistically significant variable in predicting the level of service quality. Based on the results, several practical implications were provided.

Recently, amendments to the e-Sports Act have been proposed in the Korea National Assembly. To evaluate the amendments, this study provided five factors of the e-sports industry: the high accessibility, the instability of the game, the difficulty of professional e-sports players, the fierce competition, and the lack of government policy. Based on these factors, this study suggested improvement in which the e-Sports Act should proceed for professional e-sports players, e-sports teams, and e-sports establishments.

최근 정부정책과 국내외 초격차기술 및 딥테크 중요성 대두로 어느때보다 기술창업에 대한 수요와 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히, 대기업과 함께 스타트업에서도 초격차 기술을 포함한 딥테크에 대한 접근성이 용이해지고 기술사업화를 통한 적기 시장진입을 위하여 다양한 시도와 노력을 수행하고 있다. 대기업에서는 국내에서도 점차 활성화되고 있는 Corporate Venture Capital과 함께 기술스카우팅등을 통한 사내벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 방법론을 통하여 기업의 신성장 동력확보에 노력하고 있다. 스타트업계에서는 정부 정책과 지원을 통한 다양한 사업들이 진행되고 있으며 중견 민간기업에서도 국내외 스타트업과 관련 창업보육기관들과 함께 다양한 상생협력 활동을 하고 있다. 특히, 극초기 기업을 발굴하고 보육하는 액셀러레이터 즉 컴퍼니빌딩에 대한 사례가 많음은 관련 업계 누구나 부인할 수 없는 현상이다. 본 연구에서는 저자가 대기업에서 다년간 참여한 사내벤처링 방법론 현장에서의 경험을 토대로, 대학에서 기술창업기업 발굴에 대한 방법론을 기획하고 지난 3년간 현장에서 직접 실행한 경험을 토대로 초격차기술창업 발굴과 성장전략 방법론을 제언하고자 한다. 파괴적 혁신의 패러다임이 제안된후 다양한 영역과 부문에서 이론에 대한 검증도 병행된 것처럼, 초격차기술창업 발굴의 수요가 급중하고 있는 현시점에 현실적이며 robust한 고유한 방법론이 연구되어 결과물이 기업과 시장에 적용되는 것을 기대해본다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors giving effects to juvenile's suicide thinking and search for the method to protect juveniles from the risk factors of suicide thinking and reinforce protective factors. For this purpose, juvenile's depression and stress degree were analyzed as the factors giving effects to juvenile's suicide thinking and the effect of social support, which was assumed as a protective factor from suicide thinking, was verified. Analysis results are as follows. First, juvenile's daily stress showed significant deference from suicide thinking. There was a significant positive correlation between juvenile's daily life stress and suicide thinking. Therefore, it was found that the juveniles who suffer from stress have a lot of suicide thinking. Second, juvenile's depression gave a significant effect to suicide thinking. There was a significant positive correlation between juvenile's depression and suicide thinking. it was proved that the juveniles who suffer from depression have a lot of suicide thinking. Third, There was a significant negative correlation between social support and suicide thinking. The more the juveniles get social support, the less they have suicide thinking. The study results above reveal that juvenile's suicide shall be approached from the preventive aspect, for preventing juvenile's suicide, social support which mitigates suicide thinking factors is very important. Therefore this study proposed social attention on the juvenile's suicide thinking, and formation social support system that reinforce social support. Moreover, for preventing the factors reinforcing suicide thinking, preventive approach, alternative program such as case management and group program, and integrated management inined with juvenile related organizations and specialists are required. At the same time school environment shall be improved and changed.
