최근 우리나라의 인터넷 이용자수는 급속히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷을 이용하는 환경은 매우 다양하여 환경에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때, 누구나 환경에 구애받지 않고 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보장하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 접근성에 주목하여 국내외의 웹 접근성 동향을 살펴보고 웹 접근성을 보장하기 위한 법 제도와 웹 접근성 실태를 소개하였다. 그리고 우리나라의 웹 접근성 지침을 근거로 종합전문요양기관에 대한 웹 접근성 실태를 조사하였다. 조사 결과 웹 접근성을 제대로 준수한 의료기관은 거의 없었으며, 향후 웹 접근성 확보를 위하여 인식의 제고, 지속적인 교육 및 홍보, 법 제도적 보완 등을 제언하였다.

Recently, Korean government has, enacted "Individuals with Disabilities anti-Discriminatory Act" in 2008, and is actively promoting the law. However, it is still at its infancy in comparison to other advanced countries in terms providing access for all users. Educational digital contents offered through cyber home learning need to be universally designed to include all learners. This study, I have analyzed the accessibility of K cyber home learning contents using FAE tool, and the result showed low scores or failed for 'HTML Standards', 'Scripting' and the 'Text Equivalents.' To assist digital contents' accessibility, UDL 7 principles could be use to improve accessibility and universality for learner-centered designs. Use of UDL will include learners with and without disabilities to learn from educational digital contents.

사용후핵연료 안심 관리는 대부분의 국가에서 중앙 정부의 주도로 어떤 국책 사업보다 오랜 기간 동안 원활한 사업이 진행될 수 있도록 단계별 접근 방안(Step-wise Approach)을 수립해 과학적인 측면에서 안전성/핵비 확산성 확보와 함께 사회적 수용성을 높일 수 있도록 진행되어야 하는 현안이다. 이를 위해서는 단순히 단기적인 대책인 저장 사업 등을 분리해 다루는 접근 방안으로는 한계가 있어 최종 처분까지 투명한 사업 방안이 선정되고 이를 달성하기 위한 국가 체계 설정 및 관련 재원 확보와 지속적인 공론화를 통한 안전 확인 및 수용성 확보가 수행되어야 할 것이다. 사용후핵연료 관리 사업은 적어도 수십조의 재원이 필요한 대규모 국책 사업이고 안전성에 대한 국민들의 여망이 크므로 이를 지속적으로 수행하기 위해서는 관련 기술 개발 및 사업 진흥을 위한 국가적 노력과 함께 안심 관리를 위한 철저한 독립적인 규제 체제 확립 및 특히 대한민국과 같은 핵비확산 선도국 입장에서는 투명한 민감 핵물질 관리 등 다양한 측면에서 노력이 필요할 것이다.

E-learning in Korea supports different educational needs of diverse learners. E-learning became one of the major source of educational services for schools, higher education, lifelong learning, and for special education. Many e-learning contents offered by cyber universities use HTML, CSS, and Flash, and these are known to have limitations on accessibilities. People with disabilities or aged have problems accessing such contents. The purpose of this study is to evaluate accessibility of Flash e-learning contents offered by 9 cyber universities. AccChecker is used to assess accessibility of the contents. The result shows many errors and warning with Text Equivalents, Keyboard Navigation, Properties, Depth of Tree, and Structures that restrict access. In order to improve the quality and expansion of quality e-learning contents, we need aggressive measures to obtain accessibility of contents, and these should be designed at the planning phase rather than adjusted during the development stage. Furthermore, it is vital to train instructional designers, developers and the CEOs to realize the importance of accessibility and learn appropriate skills to increase accessibilities of e-learning contents.

인터넷 및 IT 기술의 획기적인 발전으로 인해 우리가 접하는 정보는 그 양적 측면 뿐만 아니라 질적 측면에서도 비약적인 발전을 가지고 왔다. 또한 인터넷 보급의 활성화로 대부분의 사람들은 많은 종류의 정보 속에서 그리고 다양한 형식으로 구성된 정보 속에서 지내고 있다. 특히 웹의 사용이 일상화 되어감에 따라 컴퓨터를 다루기 힘든 정보소외계층의 웹사이트 정보 접근성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 그와 관련한 다각적인 연구도 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 선행된 웹 사이트 접근성에 관한 연구와 한국형 자동화 접근성 평가도구의 분석을 통하여 기존의 웹 접근성 평가의 한계를 파악하고 이를 통해 새로운 유형의 웹사이트 접근성 평가모형을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위한 접근성 평가의 효율성 및 타당성 확보를 위해 먼저 자동화 평가도구인 Kado-Wah 를 이용하여 기본 평가를 진행하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 웹 페이지 소스분석 및 음성합성 S/W 를 통한 메뉴얼 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과를 바탕으로 접근성 오류정도를 산출하여 한국과 미국의 교육기관 웹사이트의 접근성을 비교 분석하고 그 결과를 통해 향후 웹 기반 정보접근에 대한 효율성을 최대화 할 수 있도록 웹 구현에 대한 지침을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, mobility and accessibility occurs for the elder and the handicapped in the aging problem. In this paper, we analyze the dynamics of slide-up seat, which helps to care the handicapped passenger in and out the automobile when we enjoy trip with the families including the elder and handicapped. We check the trajectories of slide-up seat inside and outside car to protect its corrosion and the stress at the joints of mechanical structure. Those can be helped to keep the safety and accuracy of the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance in mass production.

User-centered public transportation services such as DRT, Autonomous Transit etc. have been provied but current minimum level of service for public transportation has been evaluated by the operator because there is no data on user's accessibility to use public transportation. This study was performed GRID analysis using altteul transport card data including user's accessibility to use public transportation. The analysis result showed that user's accessibility to use public transportation was different within a same dong area. We proposed improving minimum level of service for public transportation considered by the user. The result of applying the proposed method showed that many area was changed to unsatisfied area for minimum level of service for public transportation

정보 보호의 목표는 정보자산의 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 보장함으로써 정보시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성을 확보하고 이를 통하여 기관이나 조직에서 추구하는 사업에 대한 영속성 보장의 기반을 제공하는 것이다. 접근 제어는 정보 보호의 목표인 기밀성, 무결성을 하기 위한 수단으로 많이 사용된다. 즉, 인가받지 않은 주체에게는 접근을 허용하지 않고, 인가된 주체에 대해서는 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공하기 위해 정보에 대한 접근 제어를 한다. 그러나 가용성 측면을 무시하고 기밀성과 무결성만을 지나치게 강조할 경우 사용자에게 제공되는 정보는 이미 과거의 정보가 되어 아무런 가치가 없을 수도 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보 보호의 3대 목표를 모두 만족하는 접근제어 시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

신뢰성 기술은 제품이 고장 없이 일정기간 사용할 수 있게 하는 기술로 시장점유율과 고객만족을 높이는 효과적이고 전략적인 필수 요소이다. 검사시점의 적합성에 대한 평가가 아닌 제품 및 시스템의 설계에서부터 폐기까지의 제품수명주기에 대한 신뢰성 평가를 다루는 제품의 신뢰성인증과 신뢰성경영시스템 인증 확보가 시급한 과제이다. 이를 위한 제품 수명의 평균과 분산을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 신뢰성 식스시그마 기술개발과 확보가 중요 현안과제이다. 정규분포를 가정한 대부분의 품질경영시스템에서의 식스시그마 접근법은 비정규 분포를 따르는 신뢰성특성과 실험계획기법 등을 고려해야 하는 신뢰성 식스시그마에서의 적용의 한계가 많다. 본 연구에서는 품질혁신 방법론인 식스시그마 기법을 토대로 신뢰성경영시스템에서 맞는 식스시그마 구축의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.
