Marina Development on the Importance of Optimum Demand and Location Selection Study (마리나 개발 적정수요와 입지선정의 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • The research aims to provide its results to each municipal corporation after an in-depth analysis of its optimum demand and also the significance of post-development location selection. The research results, related to the future development of Marina from the municipal corporation, are as follows: There are approximately 49 proper domestic demands after the Marina development. In further detail, there must be a development of the coastal zone Marina concept after classifying the regions to their Metropolitan areas and networking the Marina to each section. Moreover, the classification of the Marinas to small, medium, and large size is of absolute necessity. Regionally, 10 large Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (2), Chungcheong area (1), Jeolla area (2), Gyeongsang Provinces (3), Gangwon area (1), and Jeju (1). The 17 mid-sized leisure sports Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (3), Chungcheong area (2), Jeolla area (2), Gyeongsang Provinces (6), Gangwon area (2), and Jeju (2). The rest of 22 small Marinas must be developed for metropolitan area (2), Chungcheong area (1), Jeolla area (6), Gyeongsang Provinces (9), Gangwon area (2), and Jeju (2). In addition, there is an evident result of significant importance in the domestic positions of appropriate Marina development. A group of professionals suggested five key factors contributed to the importance including accessibility, marketability, usability, validity, and natural environment. The results, aimed to show comprehensive importance based on the five factors, ranks in the following order from highest to lowest: usability, accessibility, natural environment, marketability, and validity.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 전세계 통신서비스의 확장으로 인해 세계는 정보의 공유와 다양한 삶의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 교통수단의 발달로 전세계가 일일생활권에 접어들었다면 인터넷과 통신수단의 발전으로 인해 세계는 동일문화권을 형성하고 있다. 주체할 수 없이 수많은 정보와 서비스속에서 사고 있지만, 아직도 좀더 편리하고 안전한 정보의 공유와 윤택한 삶을 영유하기 위한 많은 문제점이 있으며, 이러한 발전 속에서 더 많은 문제점들이 나타나고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 다양한 해결책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 본 고에서는다루게 될 내용은 전체적인 공개키 기반구조를 살펴보고 이를 디지털 위성방송 한정 수신 시스템에 적용한다. 공개키 기반구조에 대해서는 인터넷에서 사용자를 인증하기 위한 X.509 인증서에 대해 살펴보고, 인증서를 이용한 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 최근 각 나라별 공개키 기반구조 표준안의 진행 상황을 알아보고 IETF PKIX 표준안으로서 공개키 관리 프로토콜, CRL CRL 확장, 인증서, 그리고 인증서 확장에 대해 살펴본다. 곧 실현될 디지털 위성방송의 유료화 서비스는 가입자 인증과 서비스에 대한 접근 통제가 가능해야 한다. 따라서 가입자에 대한 관리부분에 공개키 기반구조를 적용함으로써 가입자에 대한 인증과 서비스 및 접근 통제를 가능하게 한다.

  • This study examined some implications affected from that right to information access, among them that make up the core Web accessibility stipulated the Disability Discrimination Act that excepted visually impaired masseur, in addition to the professional diversity in present. Through that sought policy suggestions about direction of legislation and revision for improving Web accessibility for achievable professional diversity as a basic mechanism.

  • Information technology and internet became necessities of life facilitating communication and information access. Physically handicapped people, who cannot access to new Information easily due to economic, technical and physical handicaps, are likely to live with severe disadvantage in the high-speed information society in which information access right is considered as one of the basic human rights. Therefore, It is highly desirable to develop and improve library service programs for visually imparied at public libraries. In this study, the analyse of service activities for the visually unpaired at Hanbat Public Library and the investigation of user's needs and provider's points of view of staff members through individual Interviews were followed by the propositions gor the Improvement of services at local public libraries. And the consrtuction of cooperative networks with proper role-shares among service rooms for visually Imparired In public libraries, special libranes, social welfare organigations and government offices was confrimed to be the most urgent task.

Estimation of CO2 Abatement Cost Considering Allocative Inefficiency of Inputs for the Korean Steel Industry: A Cost Function Approach (국내 철강업의 생산요소 간 비효율적 배분을 고려한 CO2 저감비용 산정 및 분석: 비용함수접근법)

  • Analyzing the effects of carbon emissions trading, which is scheduled to be introduced in Korea in 2015, requires an accurate assessment of $CO_2$ abatement costs by both industries and firms. Firms faced with regulatory constraints are unlikely to minimize their production costs due to rising production costs caused by allocative inefficiency of inputs. The use of a distance function would results in underestimation of $CO_2$ abatement costs, because it fails to capture the allocative distortion costs. Recognizing the disadvantage of the previous approach, first, this paper tests for allocative efficiency of input for the Korean steel industry over the period 1990-2010, then derives the marginal $CO_2$ abatement costs by applying a cost function approach. The hypothesis of allocative efficiency in inputs is rejected and the steel industry pays an annual average cost of 92,000 won in removing an additional ton of $CO_2$ over the sample period.
