최근 20년간(1996년 12월~2016년 2월)의 자료를 사용하여 우리나라와 일본 서해안의 풍속 분포 특성을 분석하였다. 우리나라 서해안의 관측점 3곳 중에서 2곳(군산, 목포)의 풍속은 시간의 흐름과 함께 약해지는 추세를 보인다. 풍속이 약해지는 추세는 목포보다 군산이 더 크다. 일본 서해안의 관측점 3곳 중에서 1곳(Akita)의 풍속은 시계열 분포 상 큰 변화 없이 일정한 상태를 유지하나 2곳(Kanazawa, Tottori)은 풍속이 시간의 흐름과 함께 약해지는 추세를 보인다. 관측점별로 차이는 있으나 전체적으로 풍속이 시간의 흐름과 함께 약해지는 추세가 있음을 확인하였다. 특히, 우리나라 서해안의 경우가 일본 서해안의 경우보다 그 추세의 정도가 더 크다. 일본 서해안의 풍속은 우리나라 서해안의 풍속보다 강한 특성을 보인다. 이는 겨울철 동해의 해상이 서해보다 더 거칠고 그에 따라 선박 운항 상의 위험도가 더 높다는 것을 의미한다.

다리우스 풍력터빈의 속도설정을 터빈이 만드는 토크와 발전기가 요구하는 토크의 \평형을 통해 찾아 낼 수 있음을 검토하였다. 풍속에 따른 속도-토크곡선에서 일정충력곡선이 만나는 점이 터빈의 동작점으로 되며 이는 안정 및 불안정이 될 수도 있다. 풍속과 출력이 각각 변할 때 이 동작점이 어떻게 이동되는가 하는 점을 제시하였다. 또한 터빈의 속도에 관한 제어 블록선도를 제시하여 그 출력변화에 따른 속도변화의 전달함수를 알아내고 이의 형태는 1차 시지연 함수로 유도된다.

As the wind has become one of the fastest growing renewable energy sources, the key issue of wind energy conversion systems is on how to efficiently operate the wind turbines in a wide range of wind speeds. In general, the wind speed is the main factor that impact on the dynamics of wind turbine system. Wind turbine algorithms are thus required to improve the performance of wind speed measurements. However, the accurate measurement of the effective wind speed using wind gauge and similar sensors is difficult such that control systems are needed for wind speed estimation using various techniques. Therefore, this research suggests the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) method for tracking the wind speed based on neural networks. Design experiments were carried out in laboratory environment to validate the application of the proposed method.

화석에너지의 유한성과 공해문제로 인해 대체에너지 개발에 대한 관심이 고조되는 가운데 태양광발전과 풍력발전이 그 중에서 가장 활발하게 연구되고 실제 이용비율도 상당히 높은 편이다. 이는 외기 기후변화에 대한 상대적인 보완성을 가진 두 가지 형태의 에너지원으로부터의 에너지변환과정으로 인해 그 이용이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 기존의 풍력발전시스템, 태양광발전시스템 또는 풍력/태양광 복합발전시스템 중 대형발전시스템의 경우는 일사량센서나 풍속센서를 부착하여 최대 출력점 제어나 외기환경 인식을 위해서 일사량이나 풍속과 같은 외기환경정보를 획득하여 사용하며 이를 교육용 또는 외기환경정보를 분석하는데 이용하기도 하고, 다양한 표시장치를 통해 표시하기도 한다. 그러나, 일사량센서나 풍속센서는 고가의 센서로 대형 태양광발전시스템이나 풍력발전시스템에서는 여러 개소의 설치를 통해 보다 정확한 정보를 획득해야 하며, 이를 위해 많은 개수의 센서가 필요하다. 현실적으로 여러 개의 센서는 고가의 설치 비용으로 인해 샘플링을 위해서만 설치될 뿐 발전시스템의 설치사이트의 다양한 분석이 어려운 점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 풍속센서나 일사량센서 없이 태양전지모듈로부터 직접 일사량을 검출하는 방식의 일사량 정보획득과 풍력발전시스템에서의 풍속정보를 획득하는 방법을 제안한다.

겨울철에 우리나라는 서고동저형 기압 배치에 의한 북서계절풍이 지배적이다. 그리고 수시로 온대저기압이 발달하면서 우리나라 인근을 동진하면서 때때로 악천후를 동반하기도 한다. 지속성이 강한 계절풍은 선박의 안전운항과 기상재해에 큰 원인을 제공한다. 이 연구에서는 최근 20년간(1993-2012년)의 장기간의 데이터를 이용하여 우리나라 연안의 관측점 8곳에 있어서의 겨울철 바람 분포의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 우리나라 서해 연안에 있어서의 겨울철 풍속은 인천을 제외한 군산 및 목포에서 시간의 흐름과 함께 약해지는 경향을 보인다. 그리고 동해 연안의 관측점 3곳(포항, 울진, 속초) 모두에서 시간의 흐름과 함께 풍속이 약해지고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 남해 연안의 경우는 여수 및 통영에서 시간의 흐름과 함께 풍속은 크게 변하지 않았다. 계절풍의 영향이 남해 연안보다 강한 서해 및 동해 연안의 바람이 약해지는 경향을 보이는 것은 겨울철의 전형적인 서고동저형 기압 배치의 변화 등에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 남해 연안의 풍속에 큰 변화가 없는 것은 계절풍보다는 온대저기압의 영향을 더 크게 받기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.

This paper is dealing with speed control of Darrieus Wind Turbine, which can be figured out from torque equation. The operating point of Darrieus Wind Turbine can be found from speed-torque curve, which is either stable or instable. The transfer of operating point due to variation of wind speed and generating power is shown in this paper.

The mini-weather buoy using newly developed Weather Observation Through Ambient Noise (WOTAN) technology is developed. The buoy uses the cellular phone system for communication between the mini-weather buoy and the receiving station. The developed mini-weather buoy was deployed near Kijang and the comparison with land observation station was good: the rms error for wind speed estimation from underwater ambient noise was about 1 m/s. The only shortcoming of developed mini-weather buoy is that the buoy must be within the range of the cellular phone system, but it can be easily solved when satellite phone system is available.

전주시의 도심 내에 고층건물의 건설전과 후의 풍속변화를 알아보기 위한 풍동실험을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 고층건물의 건설은 도심주변의 풍속변화에 절대적 영향을 끼치는 요소인 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 건설 후에 최소 50% ${\sim}$ 최대 90%까지 풍속이 감소하는 부분이 발생하고 있다는 점은 고층건물과 같은 인공구조물의 건축과 입지가 주변의 기류변화가 급격한 영향을 주는 요소인 것이다. 이는 해당입지를 중심으로 바람의 원활한 소통이 발생하지 않아 국지적으로 도시기온이 신선한 바람의 흐름에 영향을 받지 않아 온실효과와 같은 현상을 발생시키게 되며, 이는 결과적으로 국지기온의 상승과 같은 문제를 발생시키게 됨을 의미하는 것이다.

This study is for the understanding of the role of fortunetelling and the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" through the relationship between the manners and customs of Koreans and the Buddhist Scripture dealing with the fortunetelling. It is meaningful to understand how it is related with Buddhism. As a result, I perceived that Koreans have lived with fortunetelling and that the role of fortunetelling in from private person to the country. I saw there were four big roles; to clean the uncertainty of the future to fulfill the expectations, to confirm the justice of what he or she did, to cure, and to choice. Looking into "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms(三國遺事)", I see that the Scripture of Fortunetelling and the ceremony of fortunetelling was popular and those great monks such as Wongwang, Wonhyo, Jinpyo and Jihye presided these ceremonies. The structure of the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" has the hierarchy of Fortunetelling, Penance, Practice, Awakening, and Salvation of the world. So fortunetelling motivated every stage of practice. The role of fortunetelling in "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" is to intermediate. For this purpose it divided the attitude for the fortunetelling into two categories; for the urgent real life and just for enjoying. But they seriously dealt with both results. They used the fortunetelling in order to accomplish the ultimate purpose of Buddhism. So the fortunetelling is a mean of propagation of Buddhism and a intermediary of awakening and salvation.
