Department stores, brand agencies/sales branches, and outlets constituted wellknown brand store group, and shopping malls, no brand street stores, and discount stores constituted unknown brand store group. The results are as follows. First, there were no significant differences in CSO dimensions except 'well known brand oriented' dimension between groups. Second, each group showed proper fitness for CSO structure model. Third, the relationships among dimensions within structure model were significantly different between groups. These mean that though it looks there are no differences between groups at the level of each dimension, but there are differences in the view of specific relationships among dimensions. Therefore, store managers must consider the complex CSO structure for marketing strategy development.

  • Approaches to spatial analysis differ from the type of spatial objects to be treated. Especially, in here, the case where two spatial data sets coexist is considered. The goal of such case lies on detecting a subset of spatial objects out of a large set that affects the distribution of the other object. However, it is not easy to extract a subset from a large set by visualization just with the help of GIS since huge amount of data are provided nowadays. In this research, therefore, relationship between two different spatial data are analyzed by quantitative measure in the case study of marketing geography. A purchase history data of a small retail store and the location of its competitors are given as source data for the analysis. The goal of analysis from the aspect of this case study is to extract strong competitors of the store that affects the sales amount of the store among many competitors. With the result, therefore, it is expected that market area pattern and competitive power of stores under micro scale retail environment would be understood by quantitative measure.

  • We will be establish the new $q(1{\leq}q{\leq}p-1)$ stores of firm $F_B$ to gain pop/(p+q) over rival firm $F_A$ that has already operate with p stores in a city of population pop. Han proposes inclusion-exclusion algorithm(IEA) that searches maximal pop top 5 location and select the maximum location take account of locate variation with increasing of $q=1,2,{\cdots},p-1$. This paper reduced the orignal graph into partial graph initially and search only q=1 node continually reduced in accordance with increasing $q=1,2,{\cdots},p-1$. If the final result is shown in the case of steel customer between q, the q locations farther separate in order to improve of solution. For the eleven experimental data, this algorithm is a relative simplicity and more optimal solution than Han's IEA.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the measures to measure the shopping satisfaction and to increase the shopping satisfaction. We conducted surveys and conducted empirical analysis on Chinese tourists visiting duty free shops in Busan using direct survey method. The results of this study are as follows. First, factor analysis for subdividing the duty - free choice attribute was analyzed as store attribute, product attribute, and service attribute. Second, based on this analysis, the effect of each attribute on shopping satisfaction showed statistically significant positive results. Third, the analysis of the relative size of the effects of analytic attributes on satisfaction showed that store attributes were the highest. That is, the quality of duty-free shops, services, and products increases overall shopping satisfaction. Therefore, it can be said that the strategy implementation that improves the quality of the attributes affecting the satisfaction is expected to contribute to the improvement of the management performance, and suggests the management implications for the activation of the operation of the duty - free shop. Future studies will be more meaningful if more variety of shopping places are studied.
