인터넷의 보급으로 데이터의 생산, 수요, 유통이 급격히 증가하였으며, 조직내의 정보의 공유 및 활용의요구가 점자 증대되었다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 스토리지 네트워크의 사용이 확산되어 중요정보의 백업,긴급복구등의 기능을 쉽게 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 조직내의 중요만 데이터에 대한 백업 및 공유를 수행하면서도 데이터에 대안 보안은 상대적으로 매우 취약만 신정이어서 향후 보안문제가 대두 될 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 SAN의 구성과 동향을 살펴보고 현재 보편화된 SAN 보안 기법인 LUN Masking과Zoning의 구조와 기능, 이들의 한계점등을 알아보도록 한. 또 향후 SAN 동향과 그중 IP네트워크의 결합으로 발생되어지는 보안 문제점과 해결책을 제시하도록 한다.

최근 구미지점 정전현황 분석결과 적극적인 배전설비 유지보수 활동으로 배전선로 전체 정전은 감소한 반면 고객설비 불량에 의한 파급정전은 꾸준히 증가하는 추세로, 고객 파급정전이 발생할 경우 동일 선로에서 공급중인 고객 전체에 피해를 주게되며, 특히 구미지역은 정전에 민감한 첨단점자제품과 섬유산업이 주종을 이루고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 구미 국가공단 고품질 전력공급을 위해 한전 구미지점에서 추진하여 온 고객설비 파급정전 예방활동 및 효과에 대해 정리하였음.

동굴은 관광개발과 동시에 그 환경은 점자 파괴오손 되는 것이 당연하다. 관광개발의 시설때문에 경관의 훼손은 물론이고, 그 밖에 입동객에 의한 이른바 오손공해는 우리들이 잘 아는 바이다. 그리고 조명시설에 의한 광도때문에 나타나는 녹색공해를 비롯한 흑색공해 등은 역시 무시할 수 없는 것이며, 이밖에도 대기질 변화, 건화현상 등에 유래되는 백색공해와 박리작용에 의한 퇴적물 오손 등은 참으로 개발에 따른 환경파괴와 오손현상이라 하겠다.(중략)

‘도서관탐방’팀은 가급적 모든 관종의 도서관을 골고루 소개하려고 한다. 그런데 지난 1월 이 지면이 신설된 이후 아직 가보지 못한 관종이 특수도서관이었다. 병영도서관 또는 점자도서관은 언론 등에서도 자주 다루어지고 있어 우선 순위를 교도소도서관 또는 환자도서관에 두었는데 알고 보니 교도소도서관은 여러 여건상 일반인이 접근하기 어려웠다. 관종 구분을 하는 경우 병원(의학)도서관은 전문도서관으로 분류된다. 하지만 병원 입원 환자들에게도 일부 서비스를 제공하고 있는 경우에는 특수도서관의 목적을 조금이나마 수행하고 있는 곳이라 할 수 있다. 전문이용자용 ‘맞춤형 교육’ 제공에서 환자용 ‘병실이동문고’ 운영에 이르기까지 병원 모든 가족들의 정보 ‧ 문화 ‧ 복지의 종합센터 역할을 책임지고 있는 삼성의학정보센터를 이번에 다녀왔다.

인터넷 서비스 풀질 레벨의 효과적인 관리는 고객과 서비스 제공자 모두에게 점자 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서서는 인터넷 서비스를 위한 서비스 레벨 협정 관리의 문제를 수학적으로 제시하고, 제시된 문제의 휴리스틱 해를 도출한다. 문제를 풀기 위해, 서비스 레벨 협정의 관리와 제어적인 측면을 나타내기 위한 유틸리티 모델을 제안한다. 유틸리티 모델을 이용한 SLA 관리의문제 정형화 및 휴리스틱 해는 인터넷 서비스에대한 승인 제어 및 품질 적응에 계산적으로 실현 가능한 해결책을 제공해준다. 마지마긍로 VoIP 서비스 시뮬레이션을 통해 제시된 해의 성능을 평가한다.

사용자의 빠르고 좋은 서비스 욕구에 따라 점자 음성, 데이터, 영상을 포함하는 광대역 정보전달의 필요성을 가속화 시켰고 기술적 측면에서 전송기술, 교환기술, 서비스 기술 등 기존의 통신망의 인프라를 고급화가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 사용자의 광대역에 대한 욕구를 가능하게 하는 VDSL (Very high bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line) 집중화 장치의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 구조의 설계 및 구현과, 구현된 시스템의 VDSL 성능 측정에 대하여 기술하였다. 성능 측정 시험은 거리에 따른 전송속도의 성능을 고찰하였고 이 결과를 바탕으로 VoD (Video on Demand)시험을 하여 시스템 기능이 정상적으로 수행되는 것을 확인하였다.

포항방사광가속기의 전자빔수명을 연장하기 위한 3차 하모닉 초전도 RF 공동기를 개발하고 있다. 저장링 빔물리 계산에 따르면 3차 하모닉 초전도 RF 공동기를 설치할 경우 점자빔의 수명이 약2.3배 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또 이 공동기를 설치할 경우 란다우 (Landau) 감쇄 (damping)에 의한 빔의 안정화도 개선되는 효과가 있다. 본 논문은 이것을 실현하기 위한 초전도 RF 공동기의 전자기장 분포와 고차원 전자장 계산을 통하여 최적의 공동기의 모양 결정과 설계 특성에 대한 것을 보고 하고자 한다.

The assistive devices for disabled people are being highlighted even in industrial aspects through the policy and support for disabled people, enactment of regulation for the improvement of accessibility of disabled, technological innovation and product development. Recently, internet access with the sense of touch and hearing and utilizing electronic publishing contents and e-mailing are being convenient through the product of ICT development such as screen reader for visually impaired people, braille display, screen enlarger, text converter and others. Even so, in rapidly changing digital media smart era, the accessibility of visually impaired people is still poor and assistive devices and alternative formats are in need of improvement. Therefore, in aspect of the research and development innovation, this study proposes the implementation directions for improvement of accessibility by analyzing the current situation and structure of alternative formats and assistive devices for visually impaired people. As a result, in the future, various types of digital information are expected to be converted into a customized and realistic forms and distributed through a dedicated disability products or smart devices.

Various urban transport policies have an effect on urban transit riderships and accessibility. This study reports variations of metropolitan subway travel patterns affected by an enormous change in bus routes and transfer discount fare policy between subway and bus mode conducted by Seoul city in July 1st of 2004. In an effort to see the difference between the before and the after policies, two data sets are prepared. Firstly, on a daily bassis. an origin-destination trip table of May of 2004 is used. Secondly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of August-September of 2004 is used as a counter measure. Even if seasonal variation was not considered, Seoul metropolitan area have experienced increasing riderships and accessibility. Finally, the effects of accessibility in spatial interaction model by rall service changes such as random shocks were scrutinized and interpreted in detail.

In this paper, we proposed a real-time education assistive technology system based on haptic display to improve education environment of total blindness people. The proposed system consist of a lecture and writing S/W for educator and a previously developed haptic display H/W for total blindness people. The one has the major function which is quickly and easily writing to the education data, that will be provided to total blindness people, through familiar UI, the other has the major function which print out the tactile information about the education data. The result of implementing system not only provides a similar result using existing braille instrument and printer, but shows that it is effective performance and functionality because it can print out the education data in real time.
