목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학원 또는 RN-BSN과정에 등록하여 학업을 계속하는 간호사들이 학업과 직업, 가정에서 다양한 역할을 수행하면서 발생하는 역할갈등과 역할관련 스트레스의 관련성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법: 국내4개 간호대학 RN-BSN과정 또는 대학원에서 수업을 받고 있는 간호사 149명을 대상으로 역할갈등, 역할스트레스를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 서술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석과 함께 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 연구대상자의 work-school to family 갈등은 평균 $2.77{\pm}0.93$점, family-school to work 갈등은 $3.27{\pm}0.77$점, family-work to school에 대한 역할갈등은 $3.08{\pm}0.83$점이었다. 역할관련 스트레스는 평균 $5.99{\pm}1.66$점이었으며, 스트레스의 하위영역 중 가정스트레스 $4.77{\pm}2.62$점, 직장스트레스 $6.66{\pm}2.12$점, 학업스트레스 $6.84{\pm}1.87$점이었다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 중에서 직위가 스트레스변인의 2%를 설명하였고, 2단계에서 갈등요인 3변수가 추가 입력되었을 때 스트레스 변인의 23%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 학업과 근무, 가정으로부터 다양한 역할을 수행하는 간호사는 다양한 역할에서 오는 갈등과 스트레스의 연관성이 확인되었으므로, 이를 근거로 업무만족과 성취를 높일 수 있는 정책이 개발되어야 한다.

A distributed model can easily obtain discharge at any grids spatially distributed in a watershed. But if there are subwatersheds which have various characteristics in a watershed, it is needed to apply a model calibrated at each subwatershed to obtain reliable simulation results for each subwatershed. In this study, a multi-site calibration module that can calibrate a distributed model at each subwatershed using observed flow data was developed. Methods to select multi-site calibration parameters, to apply subwatershed parameters, and to set subwatershed network information are suggested. Classes to implement multi-site calibration technique are designed and a GUI was developed, and procedures for runoff modelling using subwatershed parameters were established. Multi-site calibration module was applied to Sunsan watershed($977km^2$) of Nakdong river basin. Application results showed that the multi-site calibration technique could be applied effectively to model the calibration for each subwatershed, and the simulation results of subwatershed were improved by the application of multi-site calibration.

본 연구는 1990년부터 2008년 사이 한국에서 발생한 공공분쟁 중 국회의 입법에 의해 종료된 공공분쟁의 전개과정을 살펴봄으로써 분쟁 종결에 있어 국회의 역할은 무엇이었는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이와 함께 입법에 의해 종결된 분쟁의 특징을 분석하고, 다른 분쟁과의 차이점은 무엇인지 비교해 보았다. 국회는 일반적으로 입법과 갈등해소 역할을 담당하는 데 이러한 역할에 얼마나 충실한지 입법에 의해 종료된 공공분쟁을 통해 알아보았다. 입법에 의해 종료된 60개의 분쟁을 분석하면서 나타난 중요한 특징은 입법에 의해 종료된 분쟁은 전국적으로 영향을 크게 미친 분쟁이라는 점이며 또한 분쟁의 강도가 매우 크다는 점이다. 이와 함께 무엇보다 입법을 통해 분쟁이 종료되었지만 입법에 있어 국회의 역할은 매우 미비하다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 입법에 의한 분쟁 종료이기에 국회의 역할이 클 것이라 기대해 보았다. 그러나 이러한 분쟁들은 높은 중요성과 함께 복잡성 띠고 있는 정책 혹은 낮은 중요성을 띠고 있는 정책과 관련이 있어 국회는 소극적 역할은 하는데 그치고 있다. 이러한 국회의 미비한 역할은 매우 실망스러운 결과로 공공 분쟁을 사전에 예방하고 분쟁이 발생한 후 커다란 갈등 없이 원활한 해결을 할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 국회의 적극적인 역할이 기대되는 실정이다.

기존의 유통연구는 주로 유통점 위주의 관점에서 이루어진 것들이 대부분으로 소비자의 구매의사결정과정 속에서 유통점들이 어떠한 상대적 지위와 역할을 담당하고 있는가를 규명하기 위한 실증적인 연구는 충분하지 않았다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 특성들을 갖고 있는 유통점들이 소비자 구매의사결정과정 내에서도 서로 다론 위치와 역할을 차지하고 있다는 입장에서 출발하였다. 즉, 소비자들이 자신의 구매의사결정단계마다 각 유통점들을 서로 다른 지위와 역할을 하는 것으로 지각한다는 것이다. 실증연구 결과, 가전제품 유통점의 경우 실제로 소비자들의 구매의사결정과정이라는 지각 속에 각 유통점들의 상대적인 위치와 역할의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 각 유통점별로 지각위험의 일종인 점포장애(store barriers)가 다르게 나타났고, 점포장애가 점포선호도, 방문빈도, 구매빈도와 일정부분 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 유통점으로서는 해당 점포장애를 줄이는 대책이 필요할 것이다. 한편 상표고려군(개수)에 있어서는 구매의사결정의 첫단계인 문제인식단계와 최종구매단계 사이에 차이가 없어 제조업체로서는 가전제품의 문제인식단계의 유통점에 제품을 유통시켜 소비자들의 상표고려군에 자사의 상표를 포함시키는 것이 중요하다는 시사점을 발견할 수 있었다.

One of the most important things in channel of distribution is the management of intrachannel conflict. In this study, 1 tried to find out the major sources of conflict among distribution channel members of gasolin industry and home electronics industry which have two types of distribution channels - sales branch and agency. I also investigated how the level of conflict influences the business performance of the channel member. The results of the study showed that the imbalance of power, nonfulfillment of roles by manufacturers, nonfulfillment of roles by dealer, divergence in perceptions, intrachannel communication problem have positive relation but role clarity has negative relation with conflict. The results also indicate that the more power supplier exerts upon dealer, the less supplier and dealer practice their roles, and the more communications problem there is, there will be more conflict between channel members. I also analyzed the relationship between conflict and business performance and the result came out as expected: the more conflict there is the less business performance. Some difference was found between sales branch and agency on that aspect. Managerial implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

This study was aimed to identify importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers for Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Expert (ICU CNE) roles. A questionnaire survey was performed with 138 intensive care unit health care providers between May 3 to 29, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). There were statistically significant differences in importance(t=2.33, p=.024) and satisfaction(t=5.43, p<.001) between physicians and nurses. The importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers were ranked in the order of advanced clinical practice, professional activity, coordination and cooperation, education and counseling and research. In the 'concentrate' area, it was found that 'Professional activity' and 'Education' should be improved. A strategy is needed to strengthen the expertise of ICU CNE and to enhance the competency in areas that need improvement.

Role model has received remarkable attentions in entrepreneurship literature over long time but majority of studies were conducted in western context. As an explorative study, this paper attempted to replicate the effect of role model in eastern context based on the discussions in the literature, using total 440 samples made of Korean and Chinese university students. This study examined the impact and effectiveness of role model on promoting entrepreneurship of university students, considering the main stream of entrepreneurship study has been concentrated on the effect of entrepreneurial education. Our findings presented that role model had a positive impact on both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Chinese university students. Also, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant and positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention of university students. The result of this study implies that role model need to be factored into entrepreneurship education curriculum in order to make it more effective and powerful promotional and educational tool for young university students. Theoretical and practical implications were presented based on the findings of this study.

The purpose of this study was to identify the attitude, role perception and nursing stress on life sustaining treatment of nurses. The participants were 160 nurses in G hospital of P city. Data were collected by using self-report questionnaires. The mean score of attitude toward life sustaining treatment was 3.33, role perception was 3.94 and nursing stress was 3.78. Attitude toward life sustaining treatment was significant difference for work unit and nursing stress was significant difference for gender, marital status and work unit. The nursing stress was positively correlated with role perception. The influencing factors of nursing stress were gender, medical ward, intensive care unit and role perception. Therefore, it is necessary to develop education program to reduce nursing stress and research is needed to verify the effectiveness of the program.

This study is for the understanding of the role of fortunetelling and the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" through the relationship between the manners and customs of Koreans and the Buddhist Scripture dealing with the fortunetelling. It is meaningful to understand how it is related with Buddhism. As a result, I perceived that Koreans have lived with fortunetelling and that the role of fortunetelling in from private person to the country. I saw there were four big roles; to clean the uncertainty of the future to fulfill the expectations, to confirm the justice of what he or she did, to cure, and to choice. Looking into "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms(三國遺事)", I see that the Scripture of Fortunetelling and the ceremony of fortunetelling was popular and those great monks such as Wongwang, Wonhyo, Jinpyo and Jihye presided these ceremonies. The structure of the "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" has the hierarchy of Fortunetelling, Penance, Practice, Awakening, and Salvation of the world. So fortunetelling motivated every stage of practice. The role of fortunetelling in "Scripture of Fortunetelling(占察經)" is to intermediate. For this purpose it divided the attitude for the fortunetelling into two categories; for the urgent real life and just for enjoying. But they seriously dealt with both results. They used the fortunetelling in order to accomplish the ultimate purpose of Buddhism. So the fortunetelling is a mean of propagation of Buddhism and a intermediary of awakening and salvation.

기존의 정보보호 방식은 시스템 설계 단계부터 반영된 것이 아니기 때문에 서비스 제공 이후에 발생 가능한 다양한 취약점 공격에 대한 효과적인 대응에 태생적 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 사이버 공격에 대한 기존의 수동적인 대응에서 벗어나 능동적이고 공격적인 대응을 할 수 있는 기술들이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 우선 기존의 망에 적용한 역추적 시스템을 분석한 다음, 정보통신망 자체를 사이버 공격으로부터 보호하며, 정보통신망의 보안 취약점을 없애 해킹이나 정보유출을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있는 능동형 보안 관리 기술인 역추적 시스템을 분석하여 액티브 네트워크 기반의 역추적 시스템을 분석하였다.
