영화와 같은 사실적인 영상은 너무 많은 정보를 포함하고 있어서 때로는 사용자에게 제작자의 의도를 쉽게 전달하기 어려울 수 있다. 이와 달리 만화와 같은 비사실적인 영상은 중요하지 않은 부분을 아주 간단하게 표현하거나 혹은 중요한 부분만을 강조해서, 작가의 의도를 직관적으로 훨씬 잘 전달해 준다. 만화는 스피드라인, 말풍선, 배경 텍스쳐 등과 같은 만화 고유의 표현 기법들을 통하여 일반 정지영상들보다 많은 부가적인 정보를 전달해 준다. 특히, 말풍선은 장면 내의 인물들의 대사를 전달하는 매체로, 올바른 내용 전달을 위해 읽기순서(reading order)에 따른 말풍선간의 관계 및 말풍선과 인물간의 관계를 고려하여 적절한 위치에 배치 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 영상에서 추출된 장면의 만화적 변환을 위한 기법들 중에서 말풍선 자동 배치 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 지도에서 지명을 배치할 때 흔히 사용하는 특징점 라벨 배치(Point-Feature Label Placement) 방법에 기반하였다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 말풍선 배치가 얼마나 잘 되었는가를 평가하기 위한 객관적인 평가 함수를 제안하였다. "Love Actually", "살인의 추억"등의 다양한 영화 장면들을 이용하여 실험한 결과, 제안한 방법의 말풍선 배치 결과가 사람이 수작업으로 배치한 것과 비교해 크게 부족함이 없는 것을 알 수 있었다.

When it comes to the paintings in Joseon Dynasty, landscape and a genre paintings were popular but it was Minhwa that people of every dass loved. Minhwa contained not only true meaning of a picture, but also it was simple and straighforwardly depicted. Among them, paintings in books belonging to the Joseon Dynasty (hereinafter called Checkgeori paintings) describe a small universe in which people live harmoniously in nature on the basis of a Confucian society. In addition, it shows modern philosophy in paintings and makes a feature of human life. In this paper, 'Ssangpok Checkgeori 'in Checkgeori paintings illustrates the relationships between things such as color, arrangement, place and direction. They have outstanding features such as the direction of things in composition, multiple vanishing points, a folding screen constituent and movement of viewpoints. Therefore, we come to know the painting method of 'Ssangpok Checkgeori' can be applied to modern paintings.

The purpose of this study is to find a better way for placement of teacher librarians. So, the literature research is applied for the study. It is unreasonable to arrange one school librarian staff per 1,500 students, based on the criteria of the total number of personnel including that of teacher librarians and practice teachers and librarian, in accordance with the existing enforcement decree of Article 7. In fact, this clause, linked to other related regulations, makes it difficult to place teacher librarians. And the quota of teacher librarians is noticeably low as compared with that of other teachers who are not-teaching the subject matter. This operates disadvantageously to teacher librarians when it comes to assigning quota in secondary teacher selection test and the accumulation of this phenomenon gradually worsens the current situation. The roles of teacher librarians and librarians should be defined separately when amending the Enforcement Decree of School Libraries Promotion. And we should also take into consideration that the number of students per school is around 500. Therefore, Enforcement Decree of School Libraries Promotion Act should be revised toward placing teacher librarians depending on the size and number of schools. Predictability should be secured in teacher librarians selection test. In addition, flexibility should be granted to the training institute so that many people can prepare the teacher librarians qualification. Finally, it is necessary to increase the teacher librarian capacity for private schools. This study will be the basis of the theoretical foundation for stable teacher librarian placement.

연구에서는 SPOT-3 인공위성 영상으로부터 얻어진 영상 스테레오 스트립과 GCP(Ground Control Point)자료를 이용하여 다양한 GCP배치에 따른 궤도기반 센서모델의 정확성에 대해 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 기준점자료는 춘천지역에서부터 나주지역에 이르기 까지 약 420km 길이의 지역에 대해 GPS측량을 통해 획득하였다. 궤도기반 센서모델에 적용된 미지수는 위성의 위치와 속도, 자세를 표현하는 방정식의 계수를 미지수로 선택하여 일곱 가지 방식으로 조합하였다. 실험은 우선 모델점의 위치를 일곱 가지 경우로 결정하고 각 경우에 대해 일정한 개수의 모델점을 선택하였다. 그리고 각 경우의 모델점의 위치에 대해 궤도기반 센서모델의 미지수 조합 모델을 각 각 다르게 적용해 본 후 그 결과를 시각적, 수치적으로 분석해 보았다. 실험 결과 모델점의 위치에 관계 없이 궤도기반 모델에 적용할 수 있는 높은 정확도를 나타내는 미지수 조합모델을 찾아낼 수가 있었고, 여러 가지 모델점의 위치를 궤도기반 센서모델에 적용해 본 결과 지리적, 시간적, 경제적 효율성을 갖는 최적의 미지수 조합을 찾을 수가 있었다.

It is known that triangular QAM with triangular signal constellations gets better SER gain than square QAM with rectangular signal constellations. In the paper, we propose an exact and general closed-form expression of the probability of symbol error for generalized TQAM, which has been currently researched. We verify that the simulation is consistent with the derived equation of generalized TQAM. And, we also suggest the optimal signal constellation schemes for generalized TQAM at given SNR values.

In order to improve the efficiency of frequency bandwidth, various modulation methods such as QAM and PSK have been widely used, and their variation APSK(Amplitude Phase Shift Keying) type modulation methods were proposed and are being used in some satellite communication systems. In this paper, a new constellation method named as $4L^2$-APSK is proposed, which places symbol points circularly as the existing APSK constellations do, but has different number of points and different distance between adjacent points on each layer. An equation for error probability in AWGN channel is also induced for $4L^2$-APSK. In addition, a new Gaussian noise channel is proposed in which noise variances are in the amplitude and in the phase and the two are not equal, and a method of obtaining error probabilities in this channel is also suggested. The equations for error probabilities are verified by computer simulations, and error probabilities of $4L^2$-APSK and QAM are analyzed and compared in the AWGN channel and the proposed noise channel, respectively.

The single photo method has a lot of applications in forestry, traffic accident managements, industry, criminal investigation, and in daily life. In this study a new single photo method was developed by classifying into the Space resection method and the 2 Dimensional Perspective Transformation method. Metric and nonmetric cameras were used to analyse the accuracy by means of single photo method, and the errors in coordinates and lengths were studied by changing the number and arrangement of control points to obtain the optimum condition for the single photo method. The influence of number and arrangement of control points on the accuracy was relatively small in case of the Metric WILD P31 and ASAHI PENTAX 6$\times$7 cameras, where as for errors it was a major factor in the Non-metric Nikon FM2. To overcome these defects, at least 6 control points should be used for the errors to be convergent and they should be distributed evenly over the surveying area. It was found that accuracy increased as the object to be photographed was placed in the perpendicular direction to the axis of camera.

본 연구에서는 절연파괴가 일어나기 쉬운 변압기 1차권선의 절연내력을 향상시키기 위하여 전위분포가 일정하게 되도록 인입선 부근의 권선 배치를 최적화하는 프로그램을 작성하여 유한요소법(Finite Element Method; 이하 FEM)을 이용하여 반복 분석하였다. 우선 기존의 권선 배치에 대한 국소점의 전계 분포를 고찰한 후 전계의 최대치를 구하였다. 그리고 권선 배치를 자동화된 순환 계산형 시뮬레이터를 제작하여 적절한 분포로 교정하고 최초의 기대 함수치를 극소화하는 형상을 반복하여 추적하는 알고리즘을 이용하여 기존의 PT에 적용될 수 있도록 고압측의 권선 배치를 최적화하는 설계 기법을 개발하였다.
