The immigration procedure at airports is vital to making passenger and cargo transport faster. The rapid procedure of immigration could be an important determining factor when passengers select an air transport company, one that should have high satisfactory in terms of their service level and efficiency. Therefore, the advanced airport makes it easy for customers and their cargo to proceed. The coordination between authorities related to the Korean international airport is not satisfactory for customers. This paper analyzes the factors necessary to enhance the airport immigration procedure with the movement of aircrafts, passengers, cargo, and post, using the CK(Cook and Kress) model of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). From this study, the author found that research and development will be needed to improve the immigration procedure, especially on facilities and their operating systems. There are needed, also, performance indicators and a continuous monitoring system.

The purpose of this study is to provide a guideline for the programming beginners, including SW non-majors, to reduce the difficulty of establishing procedures for solving problems and to refine the work process properly in a computing environment. To accomplish this, we derive the unfolding types of typical procedures that can unfold the working procedures typically implied in daily operation in terms of recognition(input)-judgment(processing)-behavior(output). Through learning to unfold the procedure for each type, it was confirmed that the learner define the scope and rules of the problem himself and extended the procedure implied in any action. The unfolding model of the procedure developed in this study can be used as a tool for constructing a procedure operable in a computing environment to solve problems in the early stages of programming learning for non-majors or beginners.

The manual ultrasonic examination for the nuclear power plant piping welds has been demonstrated by using KPD(Korean Performance Demonstration) generic procedure. For automated ultrasonic examination, there is no generic procedure and it should be qualified by using applicable automated equipment. Until now, most of qualified procedures used pulse-echo technique and there is no qualified procedure using phased array technique. In this study, data acquisition and analysis software were developed and phased-array transducer and wedge were designed to implement phased array technique for nuclear power plant in-service inspection. The developed procedure are qualified for performance demonstration for the flaw detection, length sizing and depth sizing. The qualified procedure will be applied for the field examination in the nuclear power plant piping weld inspection.

In this article, DHRMIS being developed with ERP at resent realizes the personnel affairs recording procedures that all the Ministry of National Defense, the army, the navy and the air force can use on personnel affairs in order to solve the problem of the personnel recording procedures of the MND and each of the troops such as using manual affairs together with computation affairs, absence of electronic recording managements in some of the institutions MND, insufficiency of real time recording, and excess of centralized managements to present and record the personnel data. The personnel recording procedures consist of standardized personnel recording procedures and definition of the personnel recording procedures. This personnel recording procedures propose 3 improvements such as an atomic electronic recording management, a real time recording affair, effective centralization and distribution of verification authority so as to guarantee authentication, integrity, reliance, and accessibility of personnel data. When proposed personnel recording procedures are realized through developing DHRMS, these can bring on unification of 10 recording management systems, reduction of recording management time from 45 days to 3 days, distribution of verification authority MND, each of the troops, each of the institutes, an individual, and reduction of some of the manual documents.

When current cyber attacks to information and communication facilities are examined, technologies such as chase evasion technology and defense deviation technology have been rapidly advanced and many weak systems worldwide are often used as passages. And when newly-developed cyber attack instruments are examined, technologies for prefect crimes such as weakness attack, chase evasion and evidence destruction have been developed and distributed in packages. Therefore, there is a limit to simple prevention technology and according to cases, special procedures such as real-time chase are required to overcome cyber crimes. Further, cyber crimes beyond national boundaries require to be treated in international cooperation and relevant procedural arrangements through which the world can fight against them together. However, in current laws, there are only regulations such as substantial laws including simple regulations on Punishment against violation. In procedure, they are treated based on the same procedure as that of general criminal cases which are offline crimes. In respect to international cooperation system, international criminal private law cooperation is applied based on general criminals, which brings many problems. Therefore, this study speculates the procedural law on cyber crimes and presents actual problems of our country and its countermeasures.

The generation, verification and validation of Emergency Procedures for Nuclear Power Plant is a difficult and complex process. Atomic Energy Control Board(AECB) requires that emergency procedure and plan be produced before obtaining the Operating License, that is, detailed plans and procedures to handle emergency situations for both on-site actions and off-site actions be developed. In this report Emergency Operating Procedures Standard for Canadian Nuclear Utilities which makes reference to U. S. practices and the current direction of emergency procedures for CAN-DU reactors are reviewed and compared based on scope(events covered), methodology (event-oriented or symptom-oriented or hybrid) and format(method of presentation) preponderantly, and an attempt is made to integrate these procedures and as a result the recommended strategy for Wolsong unit 2, 3, & 4 is presented as event-specific procedures, generic procedures(when event is not diagnosed) and whose format is combination of logic diagram and text.

This article intends to establish a creation, management and preservation process of digital oral records. Because oral records is the work that will record memories of survivors, it is necessary of creating, managing and preserving reliable oral records; Oral records is the work that needs cooperations among interviewer, interviewee and cameraman, the formulation of systematic process can be called an essential issues. Moreover creating, managing and preserving digital oral records need the formulation of systematic process. Therefore this article establish creation process and management and preservation process of digital oral records based on examining a generic character of digital oral records.

본 연구는 유지, 보수되는 상시 작동 시스템에 대한 신뢰성 분석을 위해 동적 불완전 수리모형 및 분석 절차의 개발을 수행하였다. 또한 수리 상태에 대한 데이타가 완전히 잠재적(masked)이라 하더라도 기본 분포(base-line distribution)가 와이블 분포라는 가정하에 모수적 추정 절차를 개발하였다. 개발된 추정 절차는 기본적으로 EM(Expectation and Maximization : EM) 알고리즘의 틀(framework)을 유지하고 있다. 특히 최소 수리 특성으로 인해 분포가 변화함에 따라 발생하는 추정의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 데이타 변환(transformation)식을 제시하고 이러한 변환 데이타를 사용함으로써 추가적 데이타의 요구없이 잠재적 데이타를 사용하여 추정을 가능하게 하는 모수 추정 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

우리 국방부도 무기체계 획득제도 및 절차에 대한 관리원칙을 설정함에 있어 미 국방부가 지난 25년간 획득정책의 절차의 근거문서로 적용해온 국방 획득계획 일반원칙(국방부 훈령 5000.1)과 주요국방획득계획 및 주요자동화체계 획득계획에 대해 위임된 정책 및 절차를 기술한 국방부훈령 5000. 2R을 참고하여 운영소요를 안정되고 가용한 계획으로 해석하고 성능이 우수한 제품획득과 효율성 제고를 위한 조직화에 적극 노력해야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 인체진동 실험을 수행하는 연구자들이 필요한 표준절차를 소개한다. 국내 연구자들의 인체실험에 관한 보건과 안전(health and safety)에 대한 인식이 부족에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 지적한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인체시험에 관련된 자료들(ISO 13090-1:1998(E)과 ISVR Technical Memorandum)을 비교 분석하여, 인체에 기계적인 진동을 수반하는 실험에 있어서 준수해야 할 실험의 절차들을 자세히 제시한다.
