  • 본회는 산업자원부로부터 최근 중국의 강제인증제도(CCC,2002.5월)가 도입된 이후 중국으로의 수출시 관련 규정 및 절차에 익숙하지 않아 수출에 애로를 겪고 있는 기업에게 이번주 주중국대사관에서 각종 관련규정 및 절차 등을 정리한 내용을 참고하시기 바랍니다. 참고로, 별첨의 내용은 의료기기 관련한 절차이지만, 대부분의 품목의 샘플의 절차에 따라서 이루어질 것으로 사료됩니다.

  • In copyright dispute on software, appraisal procedure is needed, which is regarded as an implementation of the right to fast trial. Considering that, in practice, there has been a long discussion of attempting to operate the software appraisal as a summary procedure. This was done usually by reducing the resources devoted to the summary procedure, however, this way inevitably makes difference in a result obtained through the procedure. Therefore, this research reviewed the previous operation of summary procedure in software appraisal, focusing on intrinsic nature of the summary procedure and role of software appraisal in the trial process.

  • Since continuous descent operations (CDO) is one of several tools available to aircraft operators and air navigation service providers (ANSPs) to increase safety, flight predictability, and airspace capacity while reducing noise, controller-pilot communications, fuel burn and emissions, widespread implementation of CDO would result in significant reductions in the environmental impact and aircraft operation costs in south korea as well. After analyzing each procedure from standard terminal arrival routes used for the Incheon international airport, it can be noticed that one of the procedures has a relatively high altitude constraint at initial approach fix than others, which lead the pilots to use unnecessary drag device in certain situations. Therefore we came to a conclusion that some arrival procedures need to be revised, so unnecessary procedure required during approach can be minimized, thereby reducing fuel consumption, noise and emissions compared to current approach procedures. And it is going to increase the safety margin significantly during approach phase due to reduced workload.

Performance of Position Based Fast Fault Recovery Protocol for Industrial Bridged Ring Networks (산업용 브리지 망을 위한 위치 기반의 신속한 망 장애 복구 절차의 성능분석)

  • With the proposal-agreement procedure, RSTP can reduce the network recovery time to 400 ms or less in the case of 40 bridges. While the legacy RSTP reverts the previous agreement at the bridge with the alternate port role in the ring during the fault recovery, a new position based fast fault recovery procedure is proposed in this paper to guarantee a single proposal-agreement transaction which can provide more faster recovery. By knowing the relative position of the faulty link or bridge in hops, the bridge on the middle of the ring can complete the recovery procedure without revert. The performance of proposed procedure is numerically calculated and verified by simulation and the result shows that the recovery time can be reduced up to 100 ms, which is 1/4 times of the legacy RSTP.

Comparative Analysis of Circling Approach Procedure Design Standards Applied to Domestic Airports (국내 공항에 적용된 선회접근 절차 설계기준의 비교 분석)

  • In most countries, instrument flight procedures are designed by applying one of the following standards: the International Aviation Organization's DOC 8168, Air Navigation Services and Operation Procedures (PANS-OPS), or the US Federal Aviation Administration's TERPS, Terminal Procedures. In particular, the circling approach procedure has many differences between the two standards, and the US terminal procedure (TERPS) has become more complicated since 2013 by applying expanded standards depending on altitude. The circling approach procedures are more risky than straight-in approach procedures because it involves maneuvering the aircraft close to the ground at low energy for landing. In order to accurately understand these differences, this study provides to distinguish by what criteria the circling approach procedure is designed according to individual domestic airports in Korea, to calculate the radius for the range of circling approach areas that guarantee minimum obstacle avoidance during circling approach maneuvers, and to present methods for performing safe circling approach procedures.

초점 - 고준위 방사성폐기물 '국민 안전 관리 로드맵' 제시

  • 산업통상자원부는 5월 26일 행정절차법 제46조에 따라 "고준위방사성폐기물 관리 기본계획(안)"(이하 '기본계획(안)')을 행정 예고했다. 이번 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 담은 사실상 최초의 '중장기 안전 관리 로드맵'으로서, 사용후핵연료 공론화위원회가 고준위 방폐물의 안전 관리의 세부 절차와 틀을 제시한 "권고안"을 바탕으로 정부 차원의 기본 계획을 만든 것이다. 산업부는 이번 기본계획(안)에 대해 6월 중순경 공청회 등 의견 수렴을 거쳐, 7월경 총리주재 원자력진흥위원회를 거쳐 확정할 예정이다. 기본계획(안)은 현재에서 최선의 관리 방식을 선택하면서 현실적 대안도 감안한 것으로, 향후 여건 변화를 반영하여 5년 단위로 보완할 예정이며, 과학 조사, 부지 선정 등 투명한 절차를 담은 (가칭)"고준위방폐물 관리절차에 관한 법률"을 금년중 국회에 제출할 계획이다. 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 주요 내용으로 담고 있으며 세부 내용은 다음과 같다.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선을 위해 공유 데이터 환경(SHADE) 기반의 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 제안한다. 먼저 공유 데이터 서버의 개념과 특성을 제시하고 DB 세그먼트 네이밍 및 패키징에 대한 정의 및 형식 등을 분석한다. 그런 다음 SHADE 기반하에 DB 세그먼트 개발환경 및 개발자 역할을 제안하고 DB 세그먼트를 효율적으로 구축할 수 있도록 세그먼트 등록, 개발, 제출, 통합이라는 4단계 개발절차와 설치 및 사용절차 등이 포함된 구현절차를 제안한다. 향후 제안한 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 소프트웨어 재사용과 연결성 향상을 통해 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

  • We investigate a monitoring procedure for the early detection of parameter changes in location-scale time series models. We introduce a detector for monitoring procedure based on modified residual cumulative sum (CUSUM). The asymptotic properties of the monitoring procedure are established under the null and alternative hypotheses. Simulation results and data analysis are also provided for illustration.
