The Relationship Between Managerial System and Knowledge Management, and the Moderating Effects of Decentralization and Formalization in Small Business (중소기업의 관리시스템과 지식경영의 관계 및 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between managerial system(CEO support, pay system, education & training) and knowledge management, and the moderating effect of decentralization and formalization in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 227 subjects in Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge acquisition, 2) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge transfer, 3) the moderating effects of decentralization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management, 4) the moderating effects of formalization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and transfer appeared to be positively related with CEO support and education & training. Second, education & training was verified to be more positively related with knowledge transfer in higher decentralization group than in lower group. Third, CEO support and education & training were more positively with knowledge acquisition in lower formalization group than in higher group. Fourth, pay system were more positively with knowledge transfer in lower formalization group than in higher group.

  • Recently companies are confronted with a much more sophisticated business environment than before and at the same time have to be able to adapt to rapid changes. Accordingly, the need for selecting among alternatives and managing systematic decision-making has been steadily increasing to respond to a more diverse customer needs and keep up with the fierce competition. In this study, we propose a framework that consist of problem solving procedures and techniques and knowledge structure built on processes to support strategic decision making. and discuss how to utilize simulation tools as the knowledge-based problem solving tools. In addition we discuss how to build and advance the knowledge structure to implement the proposed architecture. Management decision support systems architecture consist of three key factors. The first is Problem Solving Approach which is used as reference. The second is knowledge structure on business processes that includes standard and reference business processes. The third is simulators that are able to generate and analyze alternatives using problem solving techniques and knowledge base. In sum, the proposed framework of decision-making support systems facilitates knowledge-intensive consulting processes to promote the development and application of consulting knowledge and techniques and increase the efficiency of consulting firms and industry.

  • 지식 정보 사회라 불리는 현대사회에서 학생의 정보 활용 능력의 증진은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 학교에서의 프로그래밍 교육은 문제 분석 능력, 논리적 사고력, 절차적 문제 해결 방식 등의 긍정적 역할을 한다. 그러나 제 7차 교육과정 중 초 중등 학교의 기본 교육과정에서 프로그래밍 교육이 제외되어 있는 상태이다. 따라서 GBS이론에 기초하여 초등학교 성장 발달 단계에 맞는 비주얼 베이직 학습 시스템 설계를 제안한다. GBS를 활용하여 학생들에게 미션, 커버스토리 제공, 역할을 주어 주입식의 교육이 아닌 능동적으로 학습할 수 있는 프로그래밍 학습 환경을 조성한다. 계속적인 연구와 설계에서 구현까지의 개발 완성을 통해 실제 수업에서 활용을 기대해 본다.

  • 21C 정보화, 지식 사회 속에서 교육 분야에서도 교수 학습의 패러다임 변화와 기술의 발달로 다양한 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이런 정보화 사회 속에서 학생의 정보 활용 능력의 증진이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 학교에서의 프로그래밍 교육은 문제 분석 능력, 절차적 문제 해결력, 논리적 사고력 증진 등의 긍정적 역할을 한다. 그러나 7차 교육 과정 중 초 중등학교의 기본 교육과정에서 프로그래밍 교육이 제외 되어 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스토리텔링 기법을 활용하여 초등학생의 성장 발달단계에 맞는 비주얼 베이직 학습 시스템 설계를 제안한다. 학습 내용 제시, 설명 등의 따라하기식 학습이 아니라 학습을 하면서 각 목표별로 어떤 내용이 전개될지 스토리텔링을 통해 모험에 따른 상황을 제공한다. 이를 통해 주입식의 학습 전개가 아니라 자기 주도적으로 적극적인 학습을 할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다.

Study on Policies for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (통합적 환경관리의 정책적 도입방안에 관한 연구)

  • Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC) has become an idealistic environmental prevention concept in developed countries and corresponds with principles of Industrial Ecology. The concept of emissions regulatory integration is a key factor for an integrated environmental management system. While most EU member countries have a cross-media regulatory system, Korea has a media-specific regulatory system which was found to have significant environmental management problems. The purpose of this study is to integrate the emissions regulatory system by resolving difficulties through procedural, organizational, and substantive analysis of integration. To this end, the following research was performed: The first task was to determine the target of the integrated emissions regulatory system. In connection with this, the "IPPC directive" of the EU and the "PPCA 2000" schedule 1 of the UK, as well as environmental laws in Korea were compared and analyzed. The second was to design a regulatory system model. This model was divided into three groups after considerations were made regarding the time it would take for the pre-application,application, and permission stages. Lastly, on the basis of this research, a revised bill for an integrated emissions regulatory system was suggested. Nevertheless, substantive analysis of integration focused on BAT requires supplementation in order to make the integrated emissions regulation system operate normally as an environmental management policy and regulation method. To this end, the specific characteristics of Korean society, culture, and law should be actively considered.

  • 레지오 접근법을 토대로 한 구성주의적 지리교육이 현실적 적실성을 갖기 위해서는, 첫째, 도식적 언어를 통한 상징적 표상을 지식 구성의 결과가 아닌 과정적 도구로, 또는 토론의 매개체로 전환하여야 한다. 둘째, 주제(선도) 개념을 중심으로 연계성과 위계성을 가진 개념을 조직하고, 이를 토대로 여러 차시의 내용을 연계하여 수업해야한다. 섯째, 개인적 구성보다 사회적 구성이 보다 고차적이고 심층적인 지식 구성을 가능케 한다. 따라서 구성주의 수업은 협동적.토론적인 모습일 때가 바람직하다. 넷째, 수업의 방향성과 학습의 목적성을 위해 안내자, 조력자로서 교사의 역할을 다하여야 한다. 이때 안내는 학습자 스스로 자신의 학습 목적과 방향을 판단하는 매개체로서, 그리고 사고력을 증진시키는 디딤돌로써의 안내이어야 한다. 다섯째. 선행학습에서의 구성과정과 구성맥락을 재 상기시키고, 이를 통해 구서의 지속성과 심층성을 강화하는 나선형적 구성의 절차를 반드시 밟도록 해야 한다.

Study of the Assessment Criteria for Programming Education of KAIE curriculum based on Bloom's Theories (블룸 이론 기반 KAIE 교육과정의 프로그래밍영역 평가 기준 탐색)

  • This thesis is to presented a theoretical fundamental of an assessment criteria available to a conventional curriculum because informatics subject matter education became it. We analyzed Bloom's Knowledge Dimension, Taxonomy that have suggested most general theoretical base in the educational assessment area. Also a programming area which can improve computational thinking can be the most important chapter of the informatics subject matter. Thus this thesis applied Bloom's theory to KAIE's informatics subject matter curriculum made by 2017. And the result of the qualitative research through the expert panel was 14 items, 87% of Conceptual, Procedural Knowledge and 12 items, 75% of Understand, Apply Taxonomy of Bloom's Theories in the 16 items of the curriculum outlines. Applying Bloom Criteria to like these can provide theoretical fundamental of assessment trend, development of assessment tool requested in the conventional education.

Analysis of Relative Combat Power with Expert System (전문가 시스템을 이용한 상대적 전투력 분석)

  • This paper's aim is to suggest the Expert System for analyzing relative combat power in ground operations. Since relative combat power analysis in terms of comparing combat power of friendly forces with one of the enemy can determine how the commander and staffs operate their unit afterwards, it requires fast and rational decision-making process. However, it has relied on manual method so far though Tactical Information Communications Network(TICN) into which numbers of applications can be loaded has been developed over a decade. 3 methods for analyzing relative combat power were expressed as mathematic rules to be used knowledge in the expert system after reviewing previous studies, and it studied how intangible power as well as tangible were reflected on total combat power. The expert system that will be built using EXSYS Corvid tool is expected to lessen error rate, provide faster decision-making, and reflect both intangible combat power and tangible one by using an appropriate weights in analyzing relative combat power. Next research filed includes how to build expert systems related with military personnel and intelligence areas for fast and rational decision-making processes.

한국인 인체영상 정보시스템의 구축

  • 한국인의 인체 절단면 영상으로부터 인체의 3차원 데이터를 생성하였다. 다양한 종류의 3차원 렌더링 영상을 제작하고 이를 기반으로 하는 웹 기반정보시스템을 구축하였다. 인체 영상 정보시스템은 크게 렌더링에 필요한2차원 데이터를 생성하는 단계, 3차원 렌더링 데이터를 생성하는 단계, 영상을 데이터베이스화하고 이를 서비스하기 위한 시스템 구현 단계의 세 부분으로 나눌수 있다. 렌더링을 위한 2차원 영상처리는 절단면 영상의 분할과 정렬을 포함한다. 분할은 절단면 영상에 보여지는 인체의 부위를 구분하도록 하는 절차이고, 정렬은 왜곡된 영상 위치를 바로잡기 위한 절차이다. 3차원 렌더링은 절단면 영상들로부터 3차원 모델의 뷰를 생성하는 절차이다. 병렬처리를 통한 광선 추적 볼륨 렌더링 기법을 사용하여 잘라보기 및 돌려보기 렌더링 뷰를 생성한다. 각 절단면 영상 및 렌더링 영상은 인체영상 브라우저 및 검색기가 접근할 수 있도록 웹 시스템에 로드 하였다. 브라우저는 인체의 위치를 시각적으로 탐색 할 수 있도록 구현되었다. 각 단계별 기술적인 내용을 소개한다.

Customized Knowledge Creation Framework using Context- and intensity-based Similarity (상황과 정보 집적도를 고려한 유사도 기반의 맞춤형 지식 생성프레임워크)

  • As information resources have become more various and the number of the resources has increased, knowledge customization on the social web has been becoming more difficult. To reduce the burden, we offer a framework for context-based similarity calculation for knowledge customization using ontology on the CBR. Thereby, we newly developed context- and intensity-based similarity calculation methods which are applied to extraction of the most similar case considered semantic similarity and syntactic, and effective creation of the user-tailored knowledge using the selected case. The process is comprised of conversion of unstructured web information into cases, extraction of an appropriate case according to the user requirements, and customization of the knowledge using the selected case. In the experimental section, the effectiveness of the developed similarity methods are compared with other edge-counting similarity methods using two classes which are compared with each other. It shows that our framework leads higher similarity values for conceptually close classes compared with other methods.
