Development of the Vacuum Drying Process for the PWR Spent Nuclear Fuel Dry Storage (경수로 사용후핵연료 건식저장을 위한 진공건조공정 개발)

  • This paper describes the development of a dry operation process for PWR spent nuclear fuel, which is currently stored in the domestic NPP's storage pool, using a dual purpose metal cask. Domestic NNPs have had experience with wet type transportation of PWR spent nuclear fuel between neighboring NPPs since the early 1990s, but no experience with dry type operation. For this reason, we developed a specific operation process and also confirmed the safety of the major cask components and its spent nuclear fuel during the dual purpose metal cask operation process. We also describe the short term operation process that was established to be completed within 21 hours and propose the allowable working time for each step (15 hours for wet process, 3 hours for drain process and 3 hours for vacuum drying process).

  • As the service industry has been getting increased attention as the core for the national economic growth, in order to promote growth and development of the industry, in-depth research on the workers in the industry has been timely called for. Therefore current study aims to explore the effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior(ie OCB) for increased productivity of workers in the service industry, and the role of multi-dimensional justice in the relationship between them. The findings suggest that transformational and transactional leadership both have positive effect on OCB, implying that application of leadership style that is appropriate to the context may be more important, Also, mediation test of multi-dimensional justice resulted partial mediation effect except for the procedural justice in the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB.

  • 가격상한제가 효율적으로 시행될 경우 통신사업의 생산성 향상, 신규서비스 도입촉진 등으로 보수율 규제방식에 비하여 사회후생에 긍정적 효과가 기대된다. 즉 가격상한제는 규제대상의 사업자에게 제한된 범위내에서 요금설정의 자율성을 부여함으로써, 생산성 향상의 결과를 사업자가 일부 향유할 수 있어 원가절감의 유인을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 기술발전에 따른 신규서비스 도입과 수요행태에 부응하는 다양한 요금제도의 도입을 촉진할 수도 있다. 따라서 명시적인 규제기준과 합리적인 운용절차가 설정될 경우 경쟁활성화, 요금규제의 투명성 확보 및 공정경쟁 강화 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The Study of Relationship among Organizational Justice, Coworker Trust and Knowledge Sharing: Focusing on Government-funded Research Institute (조직공정성, 동료신뢰와 지식공유 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 정부출연 연구기관을 중심으로)

  • This study examines the relationship between organizational justice and coworker trust, and reveals that coworker trust can increase knowledge sharing. A survey was conducted on government funded research institutes located in Daejeon and Sejong regions, and finally, a questionnaire of 255 valid people was used for statistical analysis. To test the hypotheses, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and negative binomial regression analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, both distributive justice and procedural justice were found to have a positive effect on coworker trust, and coworker trust also have a positive effect on knowledge sharing. This study provides implications that organizational justice affects trust in coworkers, and as a result, knowledge sharing can be increased through coworker trust.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine potential moderating effects on organizational fairness and one's collectivism propensity as determinants of organizational effectiveness of construction site managers. In particular, this study sought to verify if site managers' collectivism propensity could have moderating effects on relationships between organizational fairness and organizational effectiveness, so that it could find out the importance of moderating effects on organizational fairness and site managers' collectivism propensity. In order to meet these goals, this study selected organizational fairness as a factor that affects organizational effectiveness. Organizational fairness can be divided broadly into distributive fairness and procedural fairness. And this study also selected organizational commitment and job satisfaction as variables of organizational effectiveness, which result from organizational fairness and collectivism propensity of site manager. Moreover, this study selected the collectivism propensity of site manager as a variable that moderates potential effects on organizational fairness and effectiveness. As a result, this study could come to the following findings in detail: First, it was found that organizational fairness had significant effects on organizational effectiveness, which was demonstrated in the result of relevant hypothesis test. Secondly, it was found that construction site managers' collectivism propensity had no moderating effect upon relationships between organizational fairness and effectiveness.

Influence of Justice on Empowerment Perceived by Nurses (간호사가 지각하는 공정성이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of justice on empowerment perceived by nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 388 nurses who were working at seven general hospitals in Seoul. The data were collected by structured questionnaires from April 1st to April 30th in 2007. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression on SPSS/pc 14.0 program. Results: The mean score of procedural justice was 2.64(0.48), distributive justice was 2.45(0.51), and empowerment was 2.80(0.43). The result of correlation among the study variables, the procedural justice were positively correlated with empowerment(r=.462, p=<.001) and distributive justice(r=.563, p=<.001). The procedural justice explained 24.9% of the empowerment and distributive justice explained only 2.9% of the empowerment and both explained 27.8% of the empowerment when the variables run hierarchial regression. Conclusion: The findings showed that procedural justice was the most important factor for nurses' empowerment therefore nursing organizations must establish the strategies to improve procedural justice in order to promote nurses empowerment.

  • The present study focuses on ethical leader ship of people who are member of organization. The survey was conducted to 209 spectators who participated in the corporate organization. Collected data were analyzed through the statistical and analysis program SPSS. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for analyzing the influence of ethical work climates on ethical leader ship and organizational citizenship Behavior. The results are below. First, the result of analyzing the relationship between ethical work climates and Ethical leader ship shows that principle have a positive impact on distributive justice, procedural justice, transparency, contribution, integrity and benevolence have a positive impact on procedural justice, contribution, integrity. Second, the result of analyzing the relationship between ethical leader ship and organizational citizenship behavior shows that transparency has a positive impact on conscientiousness, and integrity has a positive impact on sportsman ship. We discuss the implications of the results for the theory and the future research on the ethical leader ship.

  • Most of the researches on coopetition are focused on the effect of coopetion on firm performance in the firm level. However, few studies attempted to find out the effect of coopetition in team and individual level. In this paper, we examined the effect of individual perception of team climate for coopetition on the knowledge sharing and the moderating effects of procedural justice and personal initiative between the two variables. Empirical results using R&D researchers in research institutes of large-firms showed that individual perception of team climate for coopetition is positively related to knowledge sharing. In addition, we also found that procedural justice has positively strengthened the effect of coopetition on knowledge sharing. Finally, we addressed implications, limitations and future research directions.

  • 소프트웨어 시스템에 대한 요구사항이 증가하고 그 규모가 점차 거대.복잡해짐에 따라 시스템을 개발하기 위한 절차, 방법 등이 무수히 생겨나게 되었다. ISO/IEC 12207 소프트웨어 생명주기 공정 표준은, 존재하고 있는 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지보수에 대한 절차 및 방법에 대한 일반적인 지침을 제시하기 위해 제정되었다. 이 표준은 표준 자체의 특성의 하나인 보편성을 유지하기 위해, 특정 프로세서 모델에 치우치지 않고 기반 표준(Base Standard)의 성격을 갖는다. 결국 표준은, 어떠한 프로젝트에서 어떠한 프로세스 모델을 사용하고 임의의 방법론을 사용하든 모든 경우에 적용될 수 있어야 한다. 그런데 최근 소프트웨어 산업의 새로운 패러다임으로 받아들여지고 있는 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발(CBSD)환경에서는, 전통적인 개발환경과 많은 차이점을 지적하며 새로은 개발 프로세서들이 제안되고 있다.[4]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CBSD환경에서의 ISO/IEC 12207 표준의 적용성을 고찰해보고 표준의발전, 개선 방향에 대해 모색해 보고자한다.
