  • 우리나라 하천에는 33,893개의 보(국가어도정보시스템)가 설치되어 있는 것으로 조사된다. 다양한 형태 및 가동여부 등으로 인해 동일한 산정 방법을 적용할 수는 없으나, 각각의 특성을 파악하여 유량 산정이 가능하게 한다면 홍수 시 유량측정이 이루어지지 못한 하천의 유량을 추정 하는데 활용 할 수 있을 것이다. 횡단구조물을 이용한 유량산정 방법은 다양한 실험식이 존재하여 보의 형태 및 수집 가능한 정보를 고려한 적절한 선택이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 북한강 지류인 화천천에 위치한 배머리보(폭 122m)를 이용하여 유량산정을 실시하였다. 배머리보 상류에는 2018년 유량측정이 이루어진 용신교 수위관측소(한국수력원자력(주))가 위치하여 연속적인 수두 측정이 가능하였으며, 자유 흐름 조건이 유지된 2018년 8월 29일~31일 홍수사상에 대해 보를 이용한 유량산정 적성성을 검토하였다. 배머리보 형태를 고려해 광정위어공식과 한국산업규격에서 제공한 유량계수를 적용($Q=2.026bh^{3/2}$)하였다. 배머리보를 이용하여 유량을 산정한 결과 유량 $200m^3/s$ 이상에서 수위-유량관계곡선식에 의한 유량과 광정웨어 공식을 이용하여 산정한 유량이 잘 일치하는 것으로 검토되었다. 유량 $200m^3/s$이상에서 유량편차가 $-13.96{\sim}14.02m^3/s$(절대편차 평균 $9.02m^3/s$)를 보였으며, 편차율은 -2.98~6.04%(절대편차율 평균 2.09%)를 보였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 실제 하천에서 보를 이용한 유량산정이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, a technique for estimating water surface velocity fields in the Universal Transverse Mercator coordinate system using the GPS information of a propagating drone but not ground control points is developed. First, we determine the image direction in which the upper side of an image is directed based on the navigation information of the drone. Subsequently, we assign the start and end frames of the video used and determine the analysis range. Using these two frames, we segment the measurement cross-section into a few subsections at regular intervals. At these subsections, we analyze 30 frame images to create spatio-temporal volumes for calculating the velocity fields. The results of the developed method (propagating drone surface image velocimetry) are compared with those of the existing method (hovering drone surface image velocimetry), and relatively good agreement is indicated between both in terms of the velocity fields.

  • Generally, brushless DC motor(BLDCM) driving system uses hall sensors or encoders as the mechanical position or speed sensors. It is necessary to achieve the information's of rotor position for driving trapezoidal type brushless DC motor without any position sensor. This paper proposes a sensorless driving system with absolute rotor position detecting circuit which acquires both commutating phase and commutating time by analyzing motor phase voltages. Proposed system is applied to a 10k[W] rating motor which actually used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles. The experimental results will show the validity of the proposed system and the practical use of proposed sensorless drive.

  • In order to accurately track the trajectory of the smartphone indoors and outdoors, the WiFi Fingerprint method and the Pedestrian Dead Reckoning method are fused. The former can estimate the absolute position, but an error occurs randomly from the actual position, and the latter continuously estimates the position, but there are accumulated errors as it moves. In this paper, the model and Kalman Filter equation to fuse the estimated position data of the two methods were established, and optimal system parameters were derived. According to covariance value of the system noise and measurement noise the estimation accuracy is analyzed. Using the measured data and simulation, it was confirmed that the improved performance was obtained by complementing the two methods.

  • In this paper, the shape of the slit to provide a view of the sensor in such a manner as to encode the rotor position information using a single sensor for studies of economic rotor position and speed detection method for electric motor drive has a special electronic commutator bar-and proposes a robust encoder can produce a rotor position information for each of the woman, and reads out the location information by using the position detection method of the proposed new method compared to traditional DSP Capture function of incremental encoder that its validity was verified through experiments.

최적화알고리듬을 이용한 세기변조방사선치료의 정량적인 정도관리

  • 목적 : 세기변조방사선치료의 정도관리 중 선량 분포의 비교에 관한 새로운 정량적인 방법을 제시하였다. 이 과정 중에서 선량의 기울기가 큰 영역에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 최적화 알고리듬을 사용하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 필름을 통해 측정된 선량분포와 컴퓨터를 통해 구해진 선량분포를 각각 5mm 간격과 lmm 간격의 해상도로 컴퓨터를 이용해 2 차원 선량분포로 구현한다. 그 후 두 선량분포사이의 차이를 각 선량분 포의 원점을 일치시킨 후 구해낸다. 이때 일반적으로 두 선량분포 사이의 차이는 선량의 기울기가 큰 영역에서 상당히 크게 나타나게 되는데 이것은 측정 장비의 원점을 구하는 과정에서 발생되는 이차원 상의 미세한 원점의 불일치 효과로 선량의 차이가 선량의 기울기가 큰 영역에서 더욱 커지기 때문이다. 이 불일치를 보정하기 위해서, 측정된 선량분포를 계산된 선량분포 위에서 lmm 간격으로 이동시켜가면서 선량의 차이를 계산하여 이 값이 최소가 되는 위치를 확인한다. 이때의 이동치는 가속기가 갖는 허용오차 이내에 있어야 하며 이 값은 2mm로 알려져 있다. 이 과정과는 독립적으로 이온 챔버를 통해 측정된 절대선량 값을 이용하여 두 선량분포 사이를 재 규격화한 뒤 차이를 구하게 되면 우리는 5mm 간격의 2 차원 절대선량 분포 비교를 실험상의 오차들 중 가장 크게 작용하는 원점 오차로 인한 오차를 제거한 뒤 수행한 것과 같은 결과를 얻게 된다. 여기서 계산된 선량분포의 해상도는 장비의 허용오차 보다 항상 작아야 한다. 결과 : 머리와 목에 환부를 갖는 여러 환자들에 대한 선량분포 비교 결과를 통해서, 측정된 선량분포와 계산된 선량분포사이의 허용오차 범위에 대한 일시적 기준을 마련하였다. 이 기준은 물론 더 많은 환자들에 대한 선량분포 비교를 통해 개선되어질 수 있다. 결론 : 측정 장비의 원점 불일치의 보정뿐만 아니라 측정 장비의 회전에 의한 오차 보정, 필름의 광학적 밀도에 관한 보정 등 여러 가지 계통적 오차들에 대한 보정들이 선량분포 확인과정의 이해와 그 기준마련에 도움이 되겠지만 우리가 다룬 원점 불일치에 비해서 상대적으로 무시할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 선량분포 확인의 최종목표인 3 차원 선량분포 확인의 실제 적용을 위한 연구가 최적화 알고리듬을 이용하여 실험 중에 있다.

Estimating Location in Real-world of a Observer for Adaptive Parallax Barrier (적응적 패럴랙스 베리어를 위한 사용자 위치 추적 방법)

  • This paper propose how to track the position of the observer to control the viewing zone using an adaptive parallax barrier. The pose is estimated using a Constrained Local Model based on the shape model and Landmark for robust eye-distance measurement in the face pose. Camera's correlation converts distance and horizontal location to centimeter. The pixel pitch of the adaptive parallax barrier is adjusted according to the position of the observer's eyes, and the barrier is moved to adjust the viewing area. This paper propose a method for tracking the observer in the range of 60cm to 490cm, and measure the error, measurable range, and fps according to the resolution of the camera image. As a result, the observer can be measured within the absolute error range of 3.1642cm on average, and it was able to measure about 278cm at 320×240, about 488cm at 640×480, and about 493cm at 1280×960 depending on the resolution of the image.

Experimental Study on Source Locating Technique for Transversely Isotropic Media (횡등방성 매질의 음원추적기법에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • In this study, a source locating technique applicable to transversely isotropic media was developed. Wave velocity anisotropy was considered based on the partition approximation method, which simply enabled AE source locating. Sets of P wave arrival time were decided by the two-step AIC algorithm and they were later used to locate the AE sources when having the least error compared with the partitioned elements. In order to validate the technique, pencil lead break test on artificial transversely isotropic mortar specimen was carried out. Defining the absolute error as the distance between the pencil lead break point and the located point, 1.60 mm ~ 14.46 mm of range and 8.57 mm of average were estimated therefore it was regarded as thought to be 'acceptable' considering the size of the specimen and the AE sensors. Comparing each absolute error under different threshold levels, results showed small discrepancies therefore this technique was hardly affected by background noise. Absolute error could be decomposed into each coordinate axis error and through it, effect of AE sensor position could be understood so if optimum sensor position was able to be decided, one could get more precise outcome.

Quality Assurance for Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (세기조절방사선치료(Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy; IMRT)의 정도보증(Quality Assurance))

  • Purpose : To setup procedures of quality assurance (OA) for implementing intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) clinically, report OA procedures peformed for one patient with prostate cancer. Materials and methods : $P^3IMRT$ (ADAC) and linear accelerator (Siemens) with multileaf collimator are used to implement IMRT. At first, the positional accuracy, reproducibility of MLC, and leaf transmission factor were evaluated. RTP commissioning was peformed again to consider small field effect. After RTP recommissioning, a test plan of a C-shaped PTV was made using 9 intensity modulated beams, and the calculated isocenter dose was compared with the measured one in solid water phantom. As a patient-specific IMRT QA, one patient with prostate cancer was planned using 6 beams of total 74 segmented fields. The same beams were used to recalculate dose in a solid water phantom. Dose of these beams were measured with a 0.015 cc micro-ionization chamber, a diode detector, films, and an array detector and compared with calculated one. Results : The positioning accuracy of MLC was about 1 mm, and the reproducibility was around 0.5 mm. For leaf transmission factor for 10 MV photon beams, interleaf leakage was measured $1.9\%$ and midleaf leakage $0.9\%$ relative to $10\times\;cm^2$ open filed. Penumbra measured with film, diode detector, microionization chamber, and conventional 0.125 cc chamber showed that $80\~20\%$ penumbra width measured with a 0.125 cc chamber was 2 mm larger than that of film, which means a 0.125 cc ionization chamber was unacceptable for measuring small field such like 0.5 cm beamlet. After RTP recommissioning, the discrepancy between the measured and calculated dose profile for a small field of $1\times1\;cm^2$ size was less than $2\%$. The isocenter dose of the test plan of C-shaped PTV was measured two times with micro-ionization chamber in solid phantom showed that the errors upto $12\%$ for individual beam, but total dose delivered were agreed with the calculated within $2\%$. The transverse dose distribution measured with EC-L film was agreed with the calculated one in general. The isocenter dose for the patient measured in solid phantom was agreed within $1.5\%$. On-axis dose profiles of each individual beam at the position of the central leaf measured with film and array detector were found that at out-of-the-field region, the calculated dose underestimates about $2\%$, at inside-the-field the measured one was agreed within $3\%$, except some position. Conclusion : It is necessary more tight quality control of MLC for IMRT relative to conventional large field treatment and to develop QA procedures to check intensity pattern more efficiently. At the conclusion, we did setup an appropriate QA procedures for IMRT by a series of verifications including the measurement of absolute dose at the isocenter with a micro-ionization chamber, film dosimetry for verifying intensity pattern, and another measurement with an array detector for comparing off-axis dose profile.

  • 본 논문은 여러 음향신호의 도달각에 기반한 실내측 위성능을 분석한다. 도달각 측정을 위해 송출전력이 같은 총성, 벨소리, 그리고 의사충격음을 사용하였다. 음향 신호는 약 32 평방미터의 실험실에서 한 개의 음원 스피커를 통해 송출되고, 두 쌍의 서로 동기가 맞는 배열 마이크를 통해 수신된다. 수신된 음향신호로부터 한 마이크 쌍 사이의 도달지연시간차가 측정되고, 이로부터 도달각이 산출된다. 끝으로, 음원 스피커의 최종 위치는 도달각의 교점으로 결정된다. 본 논문은 설치한 실험환경에서의 참 도달각과 측정 도달각의 평균절대오차와 측위오차의 상보누적분포를 보이고, 이에 대한 성능특성을 분석한다.
