In eddy current testing(ECT), differential probes have been frequently used since they .an reduce the number of parameters that influence ECT signals. However, differential signal is actually the difference of the two coils' impedance so that signal prediction and interpretation are not easy, On the other hand, absolute coil signal is rather straightforward to predict and analyze. Therefore, combined use of the two types of signals would increase the test reliability. In this paper, absolute coil signals from Inconel plate and tubes are predicted by the finite element analysis and efforts of lift-off, fill-factor, conductivity, operating frequency, test specimen thickness, inner diameter defects, and outer diameter defects are investigated. As a result, various impedance plane diagrams are drawn and analyzed. Significant practical knowldege about absolute signals is accumulated and similar characteristics of the two types of signal could be understood. Finally, slope angle versus defect depth calibration corves are prepared for three different frequencies.

Our freedom is natural, however we are amazed at the fact that we don't sometimes have the freedom. we have to have a freedom and must be a freedom. But we think our life is restrained. Why do we think that? This is due to epistemological thinking. Also critic of Sartre' freedom is due to that. Especially Merleau-Ponty's researchers say that Sartre is an epistemologist on the problem of the freedom and his freedom is an absolute freedom. Aim of this paper is to find out problem of the critic. To achieve this, first we need to exmaine what absoulte freedom is. It is abstract and ideological. According to Merleau-Ponty, it dosen't exist. This paper argues that Sartre's freedom is not epistemoligical but ontological. It is going to come out in relation between '$l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre-en-soi$' and '$l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre-en-soi$'. Then, on the problem of the freedom, we can discover that Sartre and Merleau-Ponty are no different from each other. Finally, As I argue about Merleau-Ponty's freedom, I will show that it is 'a freedom of situation' and 'a freedom of choice'. Also, This freedom is Sartre's freedom. Sartre showes a situation is my freedom.

The vague anxiety or disbelief about new media undermines the confidence of old media about controlling the future. The negative response of old media makes the vicious circle. In spite of the development of new media and IT industry, the conservative view regards computer game as taboo. The absolute taboo provokes the absolute fear. Then the absolute taboo is 'computer game' in today's Korean society. Computer game as play in the digital era is burdened by the critique on the non-productivity and the deviation. And what's more, the digital technology of computer game intensifies the image of 'virtuality'. It cause the fear about computer game. This article starts on the understanding about computer game and inspects the mass image about computer game which is caused by the various aspects of cultural or technological facts in computer game. From this inspection, the article explains the mechanism of gamephobia and suggests the view to catch the cultural value of computer game beyond the fear.

오늘날 스마트 시대의 새로운 소프트웨어 페러다임으로 변화하고 있는 IT 산업의 환경에서 소프트웨어를 사용하는 사용자와 공급하는 개발자 모두 품질 향상에 대한 중요성과 복잡성은 더욱 강조되어 가고 있다. 특히, 국내 게임시장의 절대적 시장점유율을 보이고 있는 온라인 게임의 경우 게임 사용자들과의 지속적인 관계 유지를 필요로 하는 서비스 제품이기 때문에 높은 수준의 품질보증이 절대적으로 필요하다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 필요성에 따라 게임 품질관리를 위한 정량적/정성적 게임성 평가 항목을 연구하여 이를 기반으로 한 게임성을 평가하기 위한 평가 모델을 제시한다.

현재 전 세계적으로 지속적인 인구증가와 도시화 및 산업화 영향으로 물, 에너지, 식량의 수요증가와 공급부족이 예상되는 가운데, 급격한 기후변화와 자원고갈로 인해 이는 더욱 가속화되고 심화될 위기에 직면하였다. 특히 물의 수요는 증가하나 공급은 제한되어 있어 지속가능한 인류의 생존을 위하여 인간에게 꼭 필요한 에너지와 식량의 문제를 물을 중심으로 상관성을 찾고 효율적인 물활용 방법을 개발하고 정책화할 필요가 있다. 세계 물공급량 중 농업으로는 70%, 에너지로는 15%로 소비되고 있다. 또한 유럽과 미국은 발전용 냉각수로 각각 담수총량의 43%, 50%를 사용하고 있는 등, 세계는 물, 식량 그리고 에너지 수급의 불균형이 심화되고 상호 위기가 증폭되고 있다. 향후 인간의 삶에 절대적으로 필요한 세가지 자원이 복합적으로 연계되어 상호 위기가 증폭될 수 있는 실정이나, 우리나라는 개별자원에 대한 관리 및 운영기술은 상당한 수준이지만 아직까지 연계성을 고려하여 자원간의 효율성을 찾는 물-에너지-식량 연계(Water-Energy-Food Nexus, WEF Nexus)에 대한 관리 및 기술은 부족한 실정이다. 국제적으로 세자원의 연계상황이 선진국과 개도국간에 편차가 크고, 사막지대 등 자연조건이 열악한 지역에서 자원들간의 위기 연계성이 높은 상황이므로 우리나라도 물-에너지-식량의 연계위기 상황을 정확히 파악하고 미래 환경변화에 대한 대응방안 수립이 필요하나, 현재 국내 물관리에 있어 저수지나 수리시설 관리가 제대로 실행되지 못하고 있어 이를 방치할 경우 중장기적으로 식량 및 에너지생산에 있어 부족이 우려되고 있다. 또한 부처간의 행정적인 간격으로 물-에너지-식량의 연계성 연구 및 정책수립에 있어서 자료 등이 절대적으로 부족한 실정이기 때문에 체계적으로 빅데이터 기반의 DB구축 및 인벤토리 정의 등도 현재시점에서는 절대적으로 필요하다고 할 수 있다. WEF Nexus를 실현하기 위해서는 각 자원간의 효율성을 극대화하여야 한다. 과거에는 개별적 자원의 확보를 추구했다면 이제부터는 각 자원간의 상생을 통한 연계성을 확보하여 서로간의 자원 확보를 고려하여 개발하여야 한다. 이를 위해 현재의 자원확보에 대한 문제점들을 고려하여, 상호 연계를 통한 효율성을 확보하고 그 효율성이 각 자원에 영향을 주어 시너지효과를 발생시킬 수 있는 방안으로 진행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: In this study, we tried to check the usefulness of two Linear Accelerators, Clinac IX and 21EX (Varian, Palo Alto, CA), which are equipped in Ajou Medical Center. From 2008 to 2010, we evaluated the error range of Absolute Dose based on the daily output, which was measured by CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ (Sun Nuclear, Melbourne, FL). Materials and Methods: For Daily Q.A, photon beams of two linear accelerators, 21EX and IX (6 MV and 10 MV, respectively) were measured daily by using CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ just before the treatment began, while the absolute dose was measured biweekly by using water phantom. We analyzed the data of measured values from the daily Q.A and the absolute dose from 2008 to 2010 for 21EX, and from 2009 to 2010 for IX. We utilized Excel 2007 (Microsoft, USA) to evaluate Average, Standard deviation and Confidence level of the data. Furthermore, in order to check the measured values of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ and the significance of absolute dose, each error value was compared and analyzed. Results: During the observation period, the output of two equipment's absolute dose increased in process of time and in both 6 MV and 10 MV, there was a similar increasing trend. In addition, the error rate of the measured value of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ and the value of absolute dose were under 0.34, which means that there is a similarity relationship between the two measured values. After checking that the measured value of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ increased, We measured the absolute dose to adjust that. When the error range was close to 2~3%, the number of changing the output was four for 21EX and three for IX. Conclusion: As a result of measuring and analyzing the daily output changes for two years by using CHECKMATE$^{TM}$, we could find that there is a significance between the output which we should obey during Q.A, and the measured value of absolute dose within the error tolerance of 2~3%. Thus, the use of CHECKMATE$^{TM}$ can be positively considered for more efficient and reliable daily output verification of linear accelerator. It can also be a good standard for other medical centers to understand the trends of linear accelerator and to refer to for the correction of each output.

Purpose: To evaluate the diagnositc value of the absolute and relative renal uptake rates on $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan of children with febrile UTI. Method: The absolute and relative renal uptake rates of $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ were checked in 68 children with febrile urinary tract infection (35 with unilateral focal defect; 13 with bilateral focal defect; and 20 with diffuse bilateral defect) and 49 children with afebrile UTI and normal $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan as control. Results: The renal absolute uptake rate in the control group were $21.8{\pm}3.9%(right),\;22.2{\pm}3.9%(left),\;and\;44.2{\pm}7.8%(total)$. The absolute uptake rate gradually increased until the age 12 months and then was stationary. In febrile UTI with unilateral focal defect on the $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan, both relative and absolute uptake rates were similarly diagnostic ($41.2{\pm}9.7%,\;16.5{\pm}5.4%$ vs $50.0{\pm}2.6%,\;22.0{\pm}3.9%$, p<0.01). In acute pyelonephritis with bilateral focal defect on the $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan, the absolute uptake rate was significantly more diagnostic than the relative uptake rate[$17.3{\pm}5.3%$ (right), $17.4{\pm}5.3%\;(left),\;vs\;21.8{\pm}3.9%,\;(right)\;22.2{\pm}3.9%$, (left)% p<0.01]. In febrile UTI with bilateral diffuse defects on the $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan, the absolute uptake rate was significantly diagnostic than the relative uptake rate [$18.1{\pm}3.9%\;(right),\;18.4{\pm}3.8%\;(left),\;vs\;21.8{\pm}3.9%,\;(right)\;22.2{\pm}3.9%$(left), p<0.01]. Conclusion: In the $^{99m}Tc-DMSA$ renal scan, the absolute uptake rate was more useful than the relative uptake rate to evaluate bilateral acute pyelonephritis.

최근 미국, 일본 등 선진국의 각종 수입규제 및 수입개방 압력과 기술보호주의에 의하여 우리의 무역환경 및 기술의 고도화가 날로 어려워지고 있습니다. 또한 국내의 임금수준이 빠르게 상승하고, 전반적인 국민생활 수준의 향상에 기인한 근무환경이 열악한 곳의 기피 현상이 나타나므로 인해 공장 자동화의 확산이 절대적으로 시급한 실정입니다. 이러한 공장자동화의 필요성은 산업계에 널리 인식되어 종래의 설비보다 국산화율이 높아진 설비들이 많이 사용되고 있으나 핵심부품 기술 및 소재기술, 시스템 설계 기술등은 아직 선진국에 절대적으로 의존하고 있는 실정입니다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내 중소 기업을 중심으로 한 자동화 현황과 문제점 및 대책에 관하여 소개하고자 합니다.

In this paper, an advanced successive elimination algorithm was proposed using mean absolute difference of neighboring search points. By using mean absolute difference of neighboring search points, the search point in motion estimation can be eliminated effeciently without matching evaluation that requires very intensive computations. By using adaptive MAD calculation algorithm, the candidate matching block can be eliminated early. So, the number of the proposed algrorithm was verified by experimental results.
