  • 코로나-19는 4차 산업혁명은 산업 전 분야의 디지털 전환을 가속화할 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 시장환경에서 유연하게 변화하거나 새롭게 창출하지 못하면 빠르게 도태되어 실패에 이를 수 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 창업기업의 생존과 성장할 수 있도록 창업자와 창업기업 구성원들의 디지털역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업기업 CEO의 기업가 정신이 창업성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 시장의 변화 대응하기 위한 디지털역량이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업기업 CEP의 기업가정신이 기업의 창업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 디지털역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CEO의 기업가정신이 창업기업의 디지털역량을 증진하고, 디지털역량이 창업성과에 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 4차 산업혁명에 따른 변화에 따라 창업가를 대상으로 기업가정신, 디지털역량, 창업성과를 분석함으로 써, 창업기업의 경쟁력 확보와 성과창출을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • Product Lifecycle Management is a well-defined management method consisting of 8 knowledge areas. Since the 4th industrial revolution is closely related to smart factories, the importance of product lifecycle management, which effectively manages the entire process from product idea generation to disposal, is emerging. This study analyzed the current and future applications of the knowledge domain of product life cycle management from the perspective of the 4th industrial revolution for experts in the field of product life cycle management. The expert's perception was analyzed from the current point of view and the future point of view to see how the product life cycle management knowledge area is applied in the field. The current and future application degree of the knowledge domain of product life cycle management was analyzed, and whether there was a difference between the knowledge domains in terms of the level of application was analyzed. Based on the analyzed results, its meaning and future flow are presented.

  • The "cognitive warfare," which has emerged as a result of the Ukrainian-Russian war, has already existed in the previous war and is now emerging as a major aspect of the war, its meaning and influence are increasing. Recognizing the emergence and importance of cognitive warfare and understanding the meaning and characteristics of cognitive warfare must be accompanied by victory in the modern war. After Russia's alleged involvement in the U.S. presidential election in 2016 drew attention, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in 2021 confirmed its upward influence. In particular, 'cognitive warfare' using SNS played a major role in leading the war to its advantage and maintaining the initiative by selecting clear purposes and targets such as the international community, the people, and Hamas. This new pattern of war is gradually emerging as the world is hyper connected with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is expected that it will play a leading role in the future battle if it clearly recognizes the main contents of the new war, "Injijeon," and has the ability and ability to actively operate it.

  • 지구온난화의 주범으로 알려진 $CO_2$의 대기 중 농도는 산업혁명 이전 280ppm에서 산업 혁명 이후 375ppm으로 증가하였다. 정부 간 기후변화패널(IPCC)의 기후변화 시나리오에 의하면, 지금부터 다양한 감축노력을 한다 할지라도 $CO_2$ 증가추세는 계속되어 2100년경에는 대기 중 $CO_2$농도가 600~950ppm에 이를 것으로 예측하고 있다. 현재까지 화력발전부분은 온실가스($CO_2$)의 최대 배출 원으로 알려져 있으며 이 분야의 $CO_2$ 회수기술은 연소 후 포집(Post-combustion), 순산소 연소(Oxy-fuel combustion), 연소 전 탈탄소화(Pre-combustion) 3가지로 크게 구분된다. 이중 석탄가스화복합발전(IGCC)기술과 연계하여 $CO_2$를 회수할 수 있는 방법이 연소 전 탈탄소화 기술이다. 핵심기술은 $CO_2$ 분리공정으로 적용 될 수 있는 기술로서는 흡착 흡수법, 막분리법 그리고 가스 하이드레이트가 있으나 아직까지 우리나라의 가스 하이드레이트 기술은 전무한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 가스 하이드레이트 형성원리를 이용하여 정온 정압 조건에서 $CO_2/H_2$ 하이드레이트를 제조하였으며 특히, 하이드레이트 형성 촉진제인 TBAB(Tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide)를 첨가하여 TBAB 농도에 따른 상평형 및 속도론 실험을 수행 하였다. 또한 라만 분석을 통하여 $CO_2$ 회수 분리에 대한 연구도 병행하였다.

  • The unmanned aerial vehicle that emerged with the 4th Industrial Revolution attracts attention not only from Korea but also from around the world, and its utilization and market size are gradually expanding. For the first time, it was used for military purposes, but it is currently used for transportation, investigation, surveillance, and agriculture. China, along with the US and Europe, is emerging as a leader in the commercial unmanned aerial vehicle market, and Korea, which has the world's seventh-largest technology in related fields, is striving to promote various technology development policies and system improvement related to unmanned aerial vehicles. Military drones will revolutionize the means of war by using a means of war called an unmanned system based on theories such as network-oriented warfare and effect-oriented warfare. Mobile equipment, including drones, is greatly affected by environmental factors such as terrain and weather, as well as technological developments and interests in the field. Now, drones are being used actively in many fields, and especially in the military field, the use of advanced drones is expected to create a new defense environment and provide a new paradigm for war.

Analysis of the Educational Needs of Secondary Career Teachers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era (4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 중등진로전담교사들의 교육요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of the professionalism required for strengthening the effective career guidance capacity of the secondary career teachers who are required to prepare for the coming fourth industrial revolution era. Based on these research objectives, we derived the required roles(8), the required competencies(20), and the contents(23) for enhancing professionalism by the required competencies, based on this, the questionnaire was composed and 217 respondents were collected and analyzed. First, the t-test was conducted to confirm the statistically significant difference between the current level and the important level of each content item by each role. As a result, it was found that in all roles except role of 'administrator' The t-value is statistically significant and the t-value distribution is high. Second, the demand value calculation and the priority ranking using the Borich demand calculation formula were found, and as a result, the directionality between the t value and the Borich demand was in agreement. Third, as a result of prioritizing using the Locus for Focus model, the contents of all 5 (middle school 7, high school 2) education contents were given priority. Fourth, three middle schools and five high schools were derived from the subordinate. Finally, we confirmed the relevance of the contents of education to actual educational necessity. Although this study has many limitations and limitations due to the fact that there are few prior data due to the segmentation of the subject related to the 4th Industrial Revolution and career guidance, it is necessary to develop educational training program I hope to be able to use it as basic data of various follow-up studies and make some suggestions.

  • Future battlefield domains are expanding to ground, sea, air, space, and cyber, so future military operations are expected to be carried out simultaneously and complexly in various battlefield domains. In addition, the application of convergence technologies that create innovations in all fields of economy, society, and defense, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and big data, is being promoted. However, since the current Korean military C4I system manages warfighting function DBs in one DB server, the efficiency of combat performance is reduced utilization and distribution speed of data and operation response time. To solve this problem, research is needed on how to apply the 4th industrial revolution technologies such as AI, IoT, 5G, big data, and cloud to the Korean military C4I system, but research on this is insufficient. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems of the current Korean military C4I system and proposes to apply the 4th industrial revolution technology in terms of operational mission, network and data link, computing environment, cyber operation, interoperability and interlocking capabilities.

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose measures to respond to NK's nuclear threat by applying the concept of offset strategy in the US and the fourth industrial revolution technology innovation. Through this study, the concept, technology, and organization were examined to find measures to counter the NK's nuclear threat. The concept was to review the US offset strategy and consider the strategy of paralyzing the enemy's center as an operational concept. And the technologies that can support the 4th Industrial revolution and the 3rd US offset strategy. The organization analyzed the implications for the reform of the National Defense Reform 2.0 and the reorganization of the acquisition of the US DoD. Through the US offset strategy review, it is necessary to reconcile the strategic concepts of Korea and the US, and the interoperability of technologies and the cooperation fields of the ROK-US alliance. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of responding to NK's nuclear threat in connection with the 4th Industrial Revolution and the National Defense Reform 2.0 promotion. It is necessary to develop the concept of operational performance applying the new paradigm for the NK's nuclear issue and to apply advanced science and technology. And that it is necessary to organize effectively in conjunction with the National Defense Reform 2.0.

  • ICT기술이 전 산업으로 퍼져가며 모든 산업이 변화하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 바람이 불고 있는 것이다. 농업 역시 예외일 수는 없다. 특히나 일손 부족으로 허덕이는 농가에 ICT기술은 반가운 소식이다. 정부에서도 두 손 걷어붙이고 나서고 있다. KT, SK텔레콤 등과 시범사업에 착수한 것이다. 센서와 네트워크 기반의 스마트 농업생산 시스템 '스마트 팜(smart farm)'은 이제 미래가 아닌 현실이 되고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 농산물 포장 역시 변화하고 있다. LG가 세운 농축산 창업 특성화대학 연암대학교에서 스마트 팜을 위한 포장디자인 프로젝트를 진행 중인 김곡미 교수를 만나 스마트 팜은 무엇이고, 스마트 팜을 위한 포장디자인의 필요성, 차별화 전략 등에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

  • 산업화가 진행되면서 야기된 지구온난화와 프레온 가스등의 증가로 인한 오존층 파괴 그리고 화석연료의 사용으로 인한 산성비 발생 등은 지구 환경문제로서 전 세계적인 관심이 되고 있다. 특히, 산업혁명 이후부터 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 온실가스는 기후변화에 있어서 양의 복사강제력(radiative forcing)으로 작용하고 있으며, 지표면의 온도를 높임으로서 기후의 다른 변화를 일으키는 매개체로도 작용하고 있다. 대기중에 온실가스 농도가 증가하게 되면 지구가 에너지를 우주로 방출하게 되면서 냉각되는 효과를 감소시키게 된다.
