The Christianity Education for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era (제4차 산업혁명 시대를 위한 기독교 교육)

  • This study attempts to look at the role that modern Christianity should play on an educational level in order to effectively prepare for the future society in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In the coming era, various areas of human life, including human labor, are expected to be replaced by AI robots. As new alternatives, the ability to empathize effectively and educate creatively to help develop personality qualities are proposed in a rapidly changing world of uncertainty. Modern Christianity, however, has the responsibility to help solve the problems facing this era in the public as a member of the community beyond the boundaries of the church. The purpose of this study is to examine what education the modern Christianity can present to the world as a public discourse and how that should be done. This study suggests the following points on the proper education for which Christianity will participate in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. First, it is necessary to emphasize a sense of belonging through a sense of community. Second, serious considerations and preparations for education that develops creativity are needed. Third, it is necessary to establish an educational direction that encompasses the entire generation. Fourth, practical education through digital utilization should be implemented in the local community. Finally, Christianity in the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution needs to be more integrated. As the Christian community recognizes that the agenda of the community is its task, it will be able to create a co-existing and symbiotic society.

  • The changes in the 4th industrial revolution era are not limited to specific sectors, but affect all sectors of industry. Thus all companies are required to respond effectively to changes. Some companies response by adopting cutting-edge ICT and some companies improve the organizational structure, or enhance the competence of individual employees. This study is based on the assumption that the responses to the change in the 4th industrial revolution era should not be uniform, and that the response strategies and priorities should vary according to the characteristics of the companies. The purpose of this study is to suggest both different response strategies and the priority of the responding factors(areas) to small and medium-sized enterprises. Data were collected through the semi-Delphi method. As a result of data analysis, the priorities of the medium-sized enterprises were as follows: introduction of IT-strengthening the competence of the individuals - establishing technology infrastructure-improving organizational structure - efficiency of work - improving organizational culture. While the priorities of the response factors(area) of the small-sized companies were as follows: strengthening the competence of the individuals - efficiency of work - introduction of IT - establishing technology infrastructure - improving organizational structure - improving organizational culture.

Competence Level Analysis Through Maker Program Education (메이커 프로그램 교육을 통한 역량 수준 분석)

  • In order to foster creative convergence talents in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, universities are changing from knowledge-oriented education to competency-oriented education, and the maker education program is attracting attention as a new educational method. Through maker program education, we tried to find out the level of convergence, creativity, caring, and communication competencies. A survey was conducted from May 2nd to May 13th, 2022 for 2nd and 3rd grade students in the Department of Radiology and Sports and Leisure who participated in the Maker Education Program at S University in Daegu City. Research results Convergence competency is 3.35 ± 0.78 points before maker program education, 4.37 ± 0.61 points after education, creative competency is 3.28 ± 0.78 points before maker program education, 4.07 ± 0.69 points after education, and caring competency is 3.71 ± 0.80 points before maker program education Points, 4.25 ± 0.64 points after training, and communication competency were 3.61 ± 0.70 points before maker program training and 4.16 ± 0.63 points after training. There was a statistically significant level difference in all four competencies compared with before training, and the level after training was improved (p<0.05). Through the operation of the maker education program, it was possible to see the effect of cultivating convergence, creativity, caring, and communication competencies. The maker education program can be seen as education for nurturing creative convergence talents in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, and I think that various maker education programs should be operated for more university students.

  • Recently due to the increasing uncertainty of the disaster environment caused by climate change the effects of disasters have become larger due to the confluence and solidification diversification into disaster type and secondary damage. In this paper, we apply ICBMS through intelligent information technology and big data analysis to all processes of disaster safety management to minimize human, social, economic and environment damage from accidents or disasters, and prevention by control technology preparation by education and training expansion to remember by body, response by advanced technology of disaster response unmanned technology restoration by creation of local community environment ecosystem, investigation and analysis by intelligent information technology learn about disaster safety management 4.0. In addition, technical limitation and problems in the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution and the application of big data were analyzed and suggested alternatives and strategies to overcome.

  • The role of the Internet of Things in the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in the era of collecting data at the end and analyzing big data through technology to analyze the future or behavior. Therefore, due to the nature of the IoT, it is vulnerable to security and requires a lightweight security protocol. The spread of things Internet technology is changing our lives a lot. IT companies all over the world are already focusing on products and services based on things Internet, and they are going to the era of all things internet that can communicate not only with electronic devices but also with common objects. People, people, people and objects, things and things interact without limitation of time and space, collecting, analyzing and applying information. Life becomes more and more smart, but on the other hand, the possibility of leakage of personal information becomes greater. Therefore, this study proposed security threats that threaten the protection of personal information and countermeasures, and suggested countermeasures for building a secure IoT environment suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  • 4차산업 혁명의 대표 영역인 인공지능은 과학기술뿐 아니라 사회, 경제, 문화 등 우리 사회의 전 분야에 적용되어가고 있다. 이것은 교육기관에서 인공지능 관련 컴퓨터 전공자만이 아닌 여러 전공 각 분야의 전공자 또한 인공지능 교육을 받아야 함을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 따라 전 분야에 걸친 A·I융합 인재의 양성이 관심사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항공정비사 양성을 위한 국토교통부 전문교육기관 지정기준에 제시된 교육과목 및 내용에 소프트웨어 교육을 위해 시스템 제어에 관한 이론/실습교육의 추가를 제안하였다. 제안한 교육내용은 항공정비 분야에서의 A·I융합 인재양성에 한 방안이 될 것이라 기대한다.

  • With the revolution of IT technology, cyber threats and crimes are also increasing. In the recent years, many large-scale APT attack executed domestically and internationally. Specially, many of the APT incidents were not recognized by internal organizations, were noticed by external entities. With fourth industrial revolution(4IR), advancement of IT technology produce large scale of sensitive data more than ever before; thus, organizations invest a mount of budget for various methods such as encrypting data, access control and even SIEM for analyzing any little sign of risks. However, enhanced intelligent APT it's getting hard to aware or detect. These APT threats are too much burden for SMB, Enterprise and Government Agencies to respond effectively and efficiently. This paper will research what's the limitation and weakness of current defense countermeasure base on Cyber Kill Chain process and will suggest effective and efficient APT defense operation model with considering of organization structure and human resources for operation.

  • After the Davos Forum, the recent 4th Industrial Revolution has become an area of interest to countries around the world. Among the technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, the ubiquitous computing environment requires a convergence environment of various devices, networks, and software technologies, and the RFID technology that identifies objects among the IoT technology fields is applied to all industries and has a competitive edge. Systems to which RFID technology is applied are being used in various industrial fields, especially! It is efficiently used for accurate inventory management and SCM management in the field of distribution and logistics. If the RFID system is built in a cloud-based environment, it will be possible to secure reliability in distribution management in consideration of an effective logistics management system and economic feasibility. This study is a study on the RFID system in a cloud computing environment to reduce the cost of operating or maintaining an application server to improve the economy and reliability.

해운이슈 - 엘지경제연(硏), 셰일혁명으로 부상한 Tight Oil 발표

  • 석유생산이 정점을 짝은 후 감소한다는 피크오일(Peak Oil)의 대표사례로 지목되던 미국에서 원유생산이 39년 만에 증가세로 전환됐다(<그림 1> 참조). 2012년에는 WTI 유가 1% 하락에도 불구하고 미국은 주요 신유국 중에서 이라크에 이어 세계 두 번째로 빠른 석유생산 증가율(8.9%)을 기록하면서 세계 최대 석유 생산국으로 발돋움했다. 최근 들에서는 멜릴린치와 삭소은행 등 일부 투자은행들이 2년 내에 WTI 유가가 배럴당 50달러로까지 하락할 수 있다는 견해를 내 놓았다. 석유 생산 확대세가 이어지면서 미국내에서 거래되는 유가가 절반 가까이 하락할 수 있다는 것이다. 미국이 빠른 석유 생산 확대를 보이는 데에는 비전통 석유인 타이트 오일(Tight Oil)의 역할이 크다. 타이트 오일은 셰일가스가 매장된 셰일층, 즉 모래와 진흙이 굳어진 지하 퇴적암층에 존재하는 원유다. 탄소 함유량이 많고 황 함량이 적은 경질유이기 때문에 LTO(Light Tight Oil)라고 지칭되기도 한다. 일부에서는 셰일층이라는 매장위치를 감안해 셰일오일(Shale Oil)이라 부르기도 한다. IEA와 EIA 등 주요 에너지 기관들은 동식물의 사체가 원유로 변하기 전 단계인 케로젠(Kerogen)이 주성분인 오일셰일(Oil Shale)과 오일셰일에 열을 가해 합성 석유로 만든 셰일오일을 타이트 오일과 구분하고 있다. 타이트 오일의 잠재력을 평가하고 중장기 생산 전망과 이로 인한 국제석유시장 파급효과를 살펴본다. 다음은 엘지경제연구원에서 발표한 '셰일혁명으로 부상한 Tight Oil, 유가 안정 역할 커진다'의 주요 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다.

스타트업 활성화를 위한 대학생 스타트업 교육 방향 및 사례

  • 오늘날의 4차산업혁명시대에서는 전통적인 대기업보다는 신속하게 사업을 추진하는 스타트업이 혁신을 주도하고 있다. 스타트업은 문제 해결에 도전하는 활동을 수행하는 프로젝트 조직으로서, 개인사업자 또는 법인 등 법적으로 인정되는 기업을 설립하는 단계인 창업과는 분명히 구분되어야 한다. 다시 말해, 스타트업 활동을 통해 일정 수준 이상의 사업성을 검증하는 준비 단계의 창업 전 스타트업과 그 결과로 창업 과정을 거친 창업 후 스타트업으로 구분해야 한다. 또한, 현재 대부분의 대학교에서는 다양한 창업 교육교과/비교과 프로그램들을 진행하고 있는데, 실제 대학생 졸업 후 취업률 대비 창업률은 비율이 극히 낮은 실정이다. 이를 감안할 때 대학생에게 창업을 목표로 하기 보다는, 도전적인 창업가 정신을 함양하고 스타트업 활동 중심의 교육을 통해 자신의 진로 적성을 찾고, 그 분야의 스타트업에의 취업을 우선 목표로 하는 교육이 스타트업의 인력난 문제를 해결한다는 측면에서 볼 때 스타트업 생태계 발전에 보다 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 캠퍼스 스타트업 문화 확산을 위한 교육 방향으로 스타트업 관련한 '경험 확대 - 진로 선택 - 실무 체험 - 진로 실행' 단계별 지원을 제안한다. 다음으로 실제 대학교에서 개설하고 운영한 일련의 교육 프로그램으로서 진로 지도, 스타트업 활동 이해, 스타트업 활동용 디지털 리터러시, 스타트업 협력 프로젝트, 스타트업 인턴 준비 교육 과정 및 결과들을 사례로 소개한다.
