This study aimed to demonstrate the complex and structural relationships between (a) the purposes of using mobile phones, and (b) the levels of mobile phone dependency and depressive symptoms among elementary school students. We analyzed data from the 3rd Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey using structural modeling. Results showed the level of mobile phone usage for contacting family members negatively affected the mobile phone dependency. However, the levels of mobile phone usage for contacting friends and personal entertainment positively influenced the mobile phone dependency. Mobile phone dependency positively affected depressive symptoms. Mobile phone dependency partially mediated the relationship between the level of mobile phone usage for contacting family members and depressive symptoms. Mobile phone dependency fully mediated two relationships: (1) between the level of mobile phone usage for contacting friends and depressive symptoms and (2) between the level of mobile phone usage for personal entertainment and depressive symptoms.

본 논문은 현재 개발되고 있는 원격 중환자 관찰 시스템의 부 시스템인 호출 시스템의 호출 매체 결정 알고리즘에 대하여 기술한다. 이 호출 시스템은 중환자실에 입원중인 환자의 상태 변화에 따라 담당 의사나 환자 보호자를 신속하게 연락하는 역할을 담당한다. 전달되는 메시지는 연락 시점과 연락의 긴급성에 따라서 유선전화, 무선전화, 호출기, 전자우편, fax 등의 통신 매체를 한 개 또는 두 개 이상 이용하여 전달된다. 이러한 메시지의 효율적인 전달을 위하여 본 연구에서는 불확실성 추론 방법인 Dempster-Shafer 이론을 이용하여 주어진 상황에서 가장 효과적인 전달 매체를 선택하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. Dempster-Shafer 이론을 사용함으로서, 불확실한 상황에서 효율적이고 합리적으로 메시지 전달 매체를 결정할 수 있다.

Today, elderly people has desperately felt isolation and desolation due to the loss of activity at home and society by the change of social structure and the tendancy of nuclear family. The mutual-relationship between parants and their children is important to solve the problem of eldery people's isolation and desolation. The present study was conducted to investigate the status of mutual-communication by visiting, telephone and letter on 678 parents over 55 years of age and 1,316 their adult children from September 1st to 30th, 1982. It was investigated with questionaire by students. The frequency of communication from children to parents was highest in 25.4% by telephone and 21.6% by visiting, 4 times a month. Correspondence of letter showed only 18.1% in a year. The frequency of communication from parents to children was highest 16.1％ by telephone and 15.6％ by visiting, 4 times a month. Correspondence of letter showed only 11.3％ in a year. Urban parents showed higher frequency than rural parents by visiting and telephone, but lower by letter. The older age group of children showed higher frequency than the younger by visiting and telephone but 3rd decade was highest by letter. The younger age group of parents showed higher frequency than older age group. Mother was showed higher frequency than father by visiting and telephone, but father by letter. Higher education level group showed higher frequency than lower education level group. Merchants and factory workers showed the highest frequency by visiting and telephone, but officials by letter. Upper class group in socio-economic status showed higher frequency than lower class group generally, but lower class group dy letter from parents to children. The group within samedistrict between parents and children showed the highest frequency by visiting and telephone, but the group within long distance by letter.

본 논문에서는 어플리케이션 가입자의 주소록 정보를 기반으로 한 번호 확인 서비스에 대하여 설명한다. 이 서비스는 사용자 주소록에 존재하지 않는 번호로 전화가 왔을 때, 주소록에 등록된 지인들의 주소록을 검색하여 그 번호의 존재 여부를 알려준다. 이를 통해 지인간의 식별된 전화번호 그룹을 형성할 수 있게 되며, 원치 않은 통화를 피하고 잠재적 지인의 연락을 선택적으로 받아들일 수 있다.

Recently, various social network services have been grown. Among them, personal relationships based social network services such as Facebook and Twitter make a remarkable growth of industry. In such services, users' profiles are very important for establishing the relationship between two users. However some information in a user's profile causes the leakage of the user's privacy, and thus we have to deal with the information in the profile. Especially, we have to treat contact information, such as the phone number and the e-mail address, very carefully since an adversary can use the information to violate the user's privacy in real life. In this paper, we propose two profile management systems that can enhance the privacy of users in social network services. We compare our systems with existing profile management techniques in well-known social network services such as Facebook and Twitter, and show that our systems provide enhanced privacy.

본 고에서는 청각장애인 및 고령인을 위한 통화대책을 강구하고자, 청각과 전화통화와의 관계, 청각장애 정도와 장애부위에 따른 고출력 전화기, 골도 전화기의 복지형전화기 및 보청기와 전화기와의 결합방법을 종합 검토한다. 또한, 고령인을 위한 전화기로서 자동다디얼이나 수화증폭 등의 기능과 긴급시에 필요한 연락을 가능하게 하는 기능을 가지고 있는 긴급통보 기능의전화기에 관하여 기술한다.

This article describes several clinical usefullness of the telephone in psychotherapy with adolescents through case analysis by Tolchin, and discussed various management problems and some practical guidelines for therapists planning to utilize telephone psychotherapy with adolescents through literature analysis. In general, most adolescent patients in regular treatment benefit from knowing that the therapist can be reached by phone and that their call will be returned that same day. The therapist's telephone availability helps the young patient to develope a positive working alliance. Telephone psychotherapy had it's first widespread application in crisis intervention and suicide prevention. It's current uses also include enhancement of self-control in cases of self-destructive adolescents, and management of anxious, depressive, or anorexic adolescents. In addition, such widely divergent modalities of treatment as follow up of patients discharged from a psychiatric hospital, alcoholic rehabilitation programs, drug hotlines, sex counselling group therapy for visually impaired elderly, control of separation anxiety in girls, resolution of fear on the mental disorders, and helpful modality to continue psychotherapy without geographic barrier during longer periods of separation with therapist are currently available via telephone. But telephone psychotherapy is generally not suitable for more self-defensive and introverted cases, more dependent chronic callers, silent cases, test callers. the cases of telephone scatologias, the cases of intellectualized discussion, of more dependent cases calling phone in order to get attention from therapist. Telephone psychotherapy for adolescents serves as an important and useful method in the therapeutic armamentarium for this most challenging and rewarding population.

오늘날 수많은 사람들이 각자의 직업상이나 개인생활에 랩탑PC, 휴대전화, PDA 및 MP3 같은 여러 가지 휴대장비를 갖고 다니는 것이 일반적인 실정이다. 이들 장비들은 대개 분리하여 따로 사용되는데 이는 어플리케이션이 상호작용하지 않음을 의미하는 것이다. 그러나 이들이 하나의 시스템으로 통합되어 상호작용될 수 있다고 가정해 본다면 : 회의참석자들간에 문서나 발표자료를 공유하고; 명함내용을 랩탑PC의 주소등록 및 이동전화의 번호등록기에 자동기록하며; 통근자가 전차에서 내리면 랩탑PC가 온라인상태를 유지하고; 마찬가지로 수신되는 e-mail이 각자의 PDA로 전송되고; 마지막으로 사무실에 들어서면 자동적으로 사내무선망을 통하여 모든 통신의 경로가 지정되는 것이다. 이러한 예는 자연적으로 생성되는 장비간의 임시(Ad Hoc)무선통신을 ad hoc 망 구성이라고 부르는데 기간망을 거치지 않고 언제 어디서나 자기의 장비와 통신연락을 설정해 주는 것이다. 실제로 이 망 구성은 새로운 것은 아니지만 장치, 사용방법 및 이용자는 다르다. 과거의 임시 망 개념은 흔히 전쟁터와 재난지역의 통신과 관련되었다. 그러나 현재는 블루투스 같은 신기술의 중요성이 구체화됨에 따라 임시 망 구성 시나리오가 변화를 보이고 있다. 본 기사에서는 임시 망의 배경을 설명하고 기술적인 현안들을 제시하면서 임시망이 어떻게 구성되는지 그 개념을 설명하고자 한다.

엘리베이터의 고장 상태를 원격지에서도 상시 감시할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다 엘리베이터에 고장이 발생하는 경우에는 신속한 수리가 매우 중요하지만, 엘리베이터마다 전문 기술 인을 상시 근무시키는 일은 쉽지 않다. 본 논문은 최근 발달한 컴퓨터와 통신망 기술을 이용하여 대량의 엘리베이터를 원격지에서 전문적으로 감시하게 하여 엘리베이터 이용자에게는 보다 안전한 운전과 신속한 수리를 보장받게 하고 엘리베이터 관리회사는 신용과 효율성을 확보할 수 있게 하기 위한 것이다. 이 시스템은 엘리베이터 상태 감시 모듈, 비상사태 상태감시 모듈, 음성 및 데이터 통신망 및 원격 모니터링 시스템으로 구성된다. 상태 감시모듈은 엘리베이터의 비정상적인 동작을 상시 감시하여 이상 발생 시 엘리베이터의 관리회사에 즉시 통보하며, 비상사태 감시 모듈은 엘리베이터 내부의 소음 상태를 측정하여 강도나 엘리베이터의 갇힘 상태 등을 감시한다. 또, 음성 및 데이터 통신망은 기존의 전화 연결 망에 모뎀을 통하여 연결되게 함으로써 저렴한 가격으로 구성이 가능하게 하며, 원격 모니터링 시스템은 관리회사에 보고된 엘리베이터의 이상 상태를 그래픽을 통하여 적절히 표시하고 응급 조치 연락망에 연락하거나 수리에 필요한 기구나 부품들을 제시한다.
