PACS(Picture archiving communication system) is a system that enables medical images such as X -ray, CT, MRI, PET to be stored electronically viewed on computer screens so that doctors and other authorized people can access search the information as needed. But if they are not in hospital area for example on holiday or at night, that are not able to access the PACS system instantly. We have to solve this problem for more efficient patient care. So we try to suggest a method that use the PDA system that wireless LAN and CDMA cellular phone are equipped. This system may help to access easier to PACS system regardless of the location and can also attribute the development of telemedicne.

Although it is relatively difficult to eavesdrop the commonly used PSTN in that it is connected with direct circuit, it is difficult to ensure the secret of call on Internet because many users can connect to the Internet at the same time. However, it is needed to ensure secret of voice call in a special situation. Due to the fact that many users can connect to the internet at the same time, VoIP can always be in a defenseless state by hackers. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed the increased voice security internet telephone terminal and measured conversation quality by adopting VPN PPTP based on SIP and using tunnel method in transmitting voice data to prevent eavesdrop of internet telephone.

Today, Internet Telephony Services based on VoIP are gaining tremendous popularity for general user. Therefore a various demands of the user keep up increase, the most important requirements of these is voice security about telephony system. It is needed to ensure secret of voice call in a special situation. Due to the fact that many users can connect to the internet at the same time, VoIP can always be in a defenseless state by hackers. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed VPN IP-PBX for the voice security and measured conversation quality by adopting VPN IPsec based on SIP and using tunnel method in transmitting voice data to prevent eavesdrop of voice data. This VPN IP-PBX that is connected Soft-phone provide various optional services.

Government-related organizations and institutions are stepping up their efforts to establish information system and service for disaster prevention because of the increasing occurrence of disaster. Therefore, they are collecting numerous disaster data using various way such as using mobile device or disaster history document. However, these method requires large amount of time and effort. Moreover, it is difficult to connects with another system because previous ways fall short of standard and connectivity. Therefore, this paper focused on collecting various disaster information using smartphone application and then complement the drawbacks of previous system.

This paper investigates the tolerance stack-up in a commercial sliding-type mobile phone model developed by a Korean electronics company, with focus on the dimensional quality of the gap between the sliding top and the main body. The tolerance analysis in this study is done using a commercial software package, which runs Monte Carlo simulations to produce the statistical distributions of the gap size at desired locations. Such an analysis revealed that the original design did not yield the desired dimensional quality of the gap. Through a series of systematic analyses and syntheses, an improved design is proposed for the nominal dimensions and tolerances of selected features of the parts. The proposed design was validated, through tolerance analysis simulation, to meet the desired requirement of the gap quality.

The use of human actions as context for object class recognition is quite effective in enhancing the recognition performance despite the large variation in the appearance of objects. We propose an efficient method that integrates human action information into object class recognition using a Bayesian appraoch based on a simple probabilistic graph model. The experiment shows that by using human actions ac context information we can improve the performance of the object calss recognition from 8% to 28%.

This research implemented VoIP phone for Advertisement service that used display(LCD) of internet telephone. If it is advertised using this advertisement service model, We don't make payment printing cost and delivering cost for advertisement. And the advertisement using VoIP phone can deliver to customers in real-time that high grade advertising exposure. The customer can use information about opening and closing store in real-time. Hence, in this paper we suggest more efficient advertisement technique using VoIP phone for Advertisement service.

With rising demand of Internet Service, the existing communication for users (aced the restricted capability and speed, and also failed to satisfy consumer's desire for providing service-quality to them. It can be accomplished the broad-band on subscribe-line to offer various multimedia service to subscriber. But it takes a lot of times and costs. Consequently, it stands out the most economic subscribe-line for acheving a broadband scheme that new transmission technology can be realized the high-speed data communication as the present telephone-line and telephone by the general public of FTTH(Fiber To The Home). As using the pseudo line, this paper have the result that the mesured speed was improved by connecting a variable resistor on the line.

We propose a compact internal quard-band antenna with sufficient impedance bandwidths and gains for the GSM(Global Systems for Mobile), GPS(Global Positing System). DCS(Digital Codeless System), PCS (Personal Communication System) operation. The proposed antenna on a substrate. which is small enough to be installed in practical mobile phones, has heights of only 6mm from the substrate. In addition, the proposed antenna decreases the construction complex on the substrate. The GSM ($880MHz{\sim}960MHz$) GPS(1575MHz) DCS($1710MHz{\sim}1880MHz$). PCS($1750MHz{\sim}1870MHz$) bands. Details of the design and analysis of the proposed antenna are described and the experimental results of the constructed prototype are presented.

2000년 말 현재 이동전화기가입자 중 약 $91\%$가 무선 인터넷 가능 단말기를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 단말기의 보급에도 불구하고 무선인터넷 서비스 이용률은 매우 저조란 실적이다. 여러 가지 이유가 있겠지만 그 중의 하나로서 본 연구는 소비자 특성인 무선인터넷 이용에 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 1)무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 소비자의 인구통계학적 특설변수는 무엇인가? 2) 무선인터넷 단말보유자는 라이프스타일에 따라 어떻게 유형화되는가? 3) 무선인터넷 단말 보유자의 유형별 특성은 무엇이며 무선인터넷 인용에 있어서 어떠한 차이가 존재하는가? 이 문제에 대한 답을 구하기 위해 본 연구에서는 전국의 무선인터넷 단말기 보유자 1500면을 대상으로 일대일 면접방식으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인구통계학적인 변수 중에서는 연령과 직업, 결혼여부, 학생, 개인용돈 등인 무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합적으로 요약해 볼 때 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용하고 있는 소비자들의 인구통계학적인 특징은 학생 중심의 젊은층이었다. 한편 성별이나 가족의 월수입은 무선인터넷 이용여부에 통계적으로 유의란 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 라이프스타일에 따라 무선인터넷 가능 단말 보유자 집단을 세분화해 본 결과 선구자형, 실용성추구형, 보수추구형, 자기과시형 둥 네 유형으로 분류할 수 있었으며, 집단 간에 무선인터넷 이용에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다.
