인간의 주요한 경제행위로서의 어업은 현재 전세계에 걸쳐 여러 가지 문제들로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는데, 그 가운데서 주된 내용이 자원유지와 어업행위와의 조절이다. 이에 따라 어업문제에 대한 해결과 지속적인 어업 발전의 실현에 대한 열망으로 세계 각지에서는 각기 다른 학문영역, 예를 들면 생물학, 경제학, 사회학 등 각 분야의 전문가들이 모여 생태보호 주의적 접근법(Conservation-minded techniques)이나 시장 기구에 의한 방법(Market-based instruments), 그리고 공동체에 기초한 관리(Community-centered approaches) 등과 같은 여러 가지 어업관리정책을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 여러 접근 방법 중에서 현재 세계적으로 폭넓은 지지를 받고 있는 것이 재산권에 기초한 ITQs과 협동어업관리제도(Co-management)이다. ITQ제도는 어업행위에 대한 사적 재산권의 설정을 근간으로 한다. 그러나 어업자원은 회유성이라는 자원의 본질적 성질에 의해 진정한 의미의 사유화는 어렵다. 따라서 어업자원은 완벽한 사유화가 이루어진다 하더라도 특히 어업 인구가 거대한 지역 또는 자원이 한정된 국가에 있어서는 충허용어획량의 개별 할당량이 어업에 있어서 규모의 경제와 같은 경제적 운영을 도모해 나가기에는 너무 적을 수도 있다. 그렇다면 여기에서 어떻게 어업관리를 합리적으로 운영하면 ITQ의 제도적인 이점을 이용하고, 동시에 ITQ제도의 경제적 제약을 극복할 수 있는지에 대해서 묻게 된다. 본 연구의 주목적은 이러한 의문으로부터 출발한 것으로, 협동어업관리제도에 의한 어업 할당량의 공동소유는 ITQ제도의 경제적 약점을 제거하는 동시에 그 이점을 누리는 최고의 해결책이 될 수 있다고 보고, 다음과 같은 내용에 대해 고찰하였다. 어업 문제의 본질은 어떻게 인식되는가, 어업문제 해결의 전통적 방식과 새로운 패러다임은 무엇인가, 그리하여 본 논문에서는 결론적으로 어업문제 해결의 새로운 패러다임으로서 협동어업관리 제도의 본질을 이해함과 아울러 재산권에 기반을 둔 협동업관리 제도의 통합모형을 제시하였다.

국내광업은 '90년대 이후 석탄산업합리화조치와 국제금속광물시장 가격안정화로 그동안 광업을 주도한 석탄산업과 금속광업은 급격히 위축되는 한편, 산업원료의 수요증가 추세에 힘입어 비금속광물 개발은 비교적 활발한 상태이다. 이와 같이 국내 광업의 주된 영역이 석탄광과 금속광에서 비금속광 중심으로 개편되고 있으나, 현재 가행중인 비금속광은 고품위광체 확보 미흡, 고부가가치 기술낙후 등으로 고가의 주요 산업원료는 주로 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국내광업으로서는 비금속광 중심의 단순한 원광석 생산$\cdot$판매체계를 고부가 산업으로 전환시키기 위한 전략적인 방안이 필요한 시기이다. 본 발표문은 이러한 국내광업의 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내 광업이 국가 경제에서 차지하는 영역을 중심으로 $\ulcorner$광업동향$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 국내$\cdot$외 환경분석$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제활동 현황$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제적 위치와 역할$\lrcorner$로 분류하여 자료분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 자료를 토대로 국내광업의 중요성과 당면과제를 도출하고 이에 따른 광업의 새로운 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내광업은 각종 지표에서 나타난 바와 같이 여러 가지 구조적인 문제점으로 인해 개발에 어려움을 겪고 있지만 각종 산업원료의 중간재 공급원으로서의 전통적인 역할을 충실히 담당하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 과학기술의 급격한 발달, 소비패턴의 변화, 생활환경과 삶의 질을 중시하는 새로운 가치관의 확산 등으로 광업의 역할도 새로운 변화의 전기를 맞이하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 국내광업이 21C 급변하는 산업환경에 적응하여 생존하기 위해서는 각종 첨단산업에서 요구하는 소량 다품종의 원료광물을 적기에 공급 할 수 있는 전문화된 기술력을 하루속히 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해 고품위의 원료광물 확보를 위한 탐사 및 개발을 적극 추진하고 가공기술의 선진화를 위해 선진국과의 기술제휴 등 자원산업 글로벌화 정책이 절실히 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 삶의 질을 향상시키려는 현대인의 가치관에 부합하기 위해서는 각종 소비제품의 원료를 제공하는 광업의 본래 목적 이외에도 자연환경 훼손을 최소화하며 개발 할 수밖에 없는 구조적인 어려움에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 국내광업이 안고 있는 여러 가지 난제들을 극복하기 위해서는 업계와 정부가 합심하여 국내광업 육성의 중요성을 재인식하고 새로운 마음가짐으로 관련 정책을 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify levels of health-related quality of life (EQ-5D) and its related factors among merchants in traditional markets. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires and physical examination on blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol and BMI between February 12 and April 13, 2018. The participants were 175 merchants from two traditional markets in U. Metropolitan city. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Levels of health-related EQ-5D were significantly different according to demographic characteristics, smoking status, exercise, total cholesterol, BMI, subjective health status, stress, and depression. The EQ-5D related factors were variables that had significant influence on subjective health status (β=.30, p<.001), gender (β=.27, p<.001), BMI (β=-.16, p=.012), depression (β=-.17, p=.010), and working period (β=-.15, p=.021). They explained 27.2% of the total variance of health-related quality of life (F=13.91, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that disease prevention and health management is essential for merchants who work in traditional markets to promote their health-related quality of life. For better merchants outcome, the intervention program should consider factors that are subjective health status, gender, BMI, depression, and working period in order to improve levels of EQ-5D.

With the development of chinese online games rapidly, Game markets need the actual possibilities of practical game's technology increasingly. Additionally Lack of originality of the Chinese online games couldn't be appropriated for consumer's preferences, so it is necessary that the talents in a game design and management should be cultivated. When we cultivate the talents, we should pay attention to the various styles in different countries, that is why we will make a comparative study on the games respectively achieved in China, Japan, and Korea according to the romance of the three kingdoms. They respected the traditional Chinese cultures as materials of this theme, it is worth learning and referencing. We had selected representative 6 games among 25 three Kingdom games and 2 games for each country as a stimulus of the game architectural design in the backgrounds design, with using of SPSS regression analysis, Therefore, this research will provide the references for the better development talents of whom can not only understand Chinese traditional culture but also adapt to the needs of game development.

Based on the network, recruitment, education services, talent testing and human resources management etc. integrated services are expanded, and efforting to raise the market share of job information site. Job information site is an alternative finding job and recruiting environment, helping job seekers to conduct self-directed researching and applying for a job online. Directly or indirectly influential factors upon value of job information site are on the rise. Not only Korea but also China has already recognized the importance of these influential factors on job information site. However, the effective rate of implementing job information site is relatively lower among Chinese job market than Korea. This study suggests that there are differences of cultural background between Korea and China, and they were at different internet infrastructure, such differences impact on different job seekers.

Over the recent industry -wide virtual world and the real world, broadcasting and telecommunications, IT technology and traditional industries, such as the fusion research has been conducted in a variety of fields. And training in the field of education is changing the paradigm of creativity to break the intrusive training center. In addition, the quality of interactive educational content technology to foster self-directed future talent is a situation that is required. The market has already surpassed the smartphone PC, smart devices and e-learning technologies are appearing new service called 'smart learning' as a new form of convergence of the educational system. In this paper, based on the direct development of a content authoring applications and Web sites, and cloud environments to the students collect and analyze patterns. Utilizing this information, we studied the curation service plans that recommend the appropriate content to fit the tastes of the learner.

The most remarkable business model to Have merged in electronic publishing is the so-called 'Big Deal'. Major Publishers have begun offering libraries bundled packages that are across journals and across print and electronic versions. This paper examined consortium conditions of scholarly journals in the light of big deal. The result skewed that various pricing models have been appeared and freedoms to choose collections have been on the increase in comparison with the past. But many major Publishers have adopted a typical big deal contract condition that a library enters into a long-term arrangement to get access to large electronic journal collections at a dramatic discount interchange of a promise not to cut print subscriptions. The publishing and library communities need to find alternative pricing models that provide better deals for those disadvantaged by the prevalence of the big deal. Much in the world of scholarly publication is changing, combination of traditional publishing and open access publishing may well be gained public favor in the future.

It has become important to have some proper guidelines of how to provide public transport information services in response to the rapid IT developments and the wide spread of public information services. The current study takes a contextual approach to the analysis of public transportation information use under a dynamic decision situation, complementing the conventional cross-sectional approaches. Using the CHAID of decision tree induction based on decision table formalism applied to the survey data of activity travel and information use, the study found that the information type and medium choices are strongly affected by the decision contexts in addition to the individuals' socio-demographic characteristics. The results suggest an important implication to the market segmentation of information services for public transportation.

With the development of economy and culture, Korean traditional rice wine, Makgeolli, has been widely consumed with increasing popularity in Korea, China and other Asian countries. In this study, we examined the quality characteristics of red bean Makgeolli: pH, total acidity, alcohol contents, sugar contents, reducing sugar, color, total flavonoid contents, DPPH, microbial properties, sensory evaluation of Makgeolli added with red bean (0, 5, 10 and 15% by rice weight) during fermentation for 7 days. There were no significant differences between samples in acidity, alcohol contents, reducing sugars and yeat cell counts, but total flavonoid contents increased with increasing ratio of red bean(p<0.05). Makgeolli added with 10% red bean showed the highest antioxidation activity, and was not significantly different with Makgeolli without red bean in flavor, sweetness, sourness, bitterness and overall acceptance in sensory evaluation. Therefore, Makgeolli added with 10% red bean was considered to be the most suitable for the manufacturing.

This paper reviewed outline of Strategic Niche Management(SNM) and its usefulness and limits as policy tool. SNM is based on Multi Level Perspective(MLP) that traces technological innovation and makes transition of lock-in socio-technical system. This approach is one of systematical then traditional one, market failure approach. SNM had get a attention not only as a analytical frame of technological development, but also tool of radical innovation, although its limits of theoretical and empirical immaturity. SNM could provide a new perspective to analysis and action within urgent needs of alternative innovation policy for aging society, news energy policy for sustainable and disaster policy in danger society.
