Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle contraction onset time characteristics of the gluteus maximus, semitendinosus, and biceps femoris muscles at different knee flexion angles in individuals with shortened or over-lengthened hamstrings performing prone hip extension. Methods: Twenty-six participants were divided into a hamstring shortened group (n = 12) and hamstring lengthened group (n = 14). Wireless surface electromyography was used to verify the muscle onset time of the gluteus maximus, semitendinosus, and biceps femoris when performing prone hip extension at different knee flexion angles. Results: There were significant differences in the muscle onset times of the semitendinosus and biceps femoris between the hamstring shortened group and hamstring lengthened group (p < 0.05). In addition, there was a significant difference in the muscle contraction onset times among of the gluteus maximus, semitendinosus, and biceps femoris muscles when performing prone hip extension at a knee flexion of 90° in the hamstring shortened group (p < 0.05) and a knee flexion angle of 0° in the hamstring lengthened group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: In all groups, there was no effect on the onset time of the gluteus maximus muscle according based on the knee angle. In addition, the knee flexion angles affected the onset time of the muscle contraction of the gluteus maximus muscle in the hamstring shortened group and hamstring lengthened group with an abnormal length of the hamstring muscle.

The effects of shading - 90, 70, 50, 30, 10% on curing burley tobacco was investigated in pipe vinyl houses. The curing in sunlight under transparent materials resulted in an increase in temperature and a decrease in relative humidity. But amount of light on tobacco leaves were less than 10% sun light in all treatments. Shading was delayed curing period, but cured leaves under transparent shading materials were off color and brittle. Filling power and combustibility were deteriorated as decreased shading. But quality of cured leaves were non significant between treatments. Effects of shading were believed that resulted in a decrease in temperature and an increase in relative humidity than light.

This paper describes the importance of selecting explanatory variables(e.g. land price determinants) in hedonic pricing models employed in predicting real estate price, and explores dynamics of the land price determinants over time. The City of Junju was chosen as the study area, and repeated measured price data of standard lots over 17 years were analyzed. We applied a three-level modeling approach to this data in consideration of its nested data structure and longitudinal characteristics. Main land price determinants we focused on are primarily based on items included in the standard comparison table of land price, which is an official hedonic pricing model used by Government to estimate land price for tax levy. Our result shows that the land price fluctuation over 17 years was not uniform over the whole study area with each neighborhood revealing different price trend, and as such warrants longitudinal model components. In addition, some of determinants previously recognized as important were proved insignificant. It was also found that significant determinants at a particular time point lost its power gradually over time and vice versa. It is expected that more accurate prediction of price would be possible when taken account for this dynamics of price determinants over time in applying hedonic pricing model method.

To effectively lead "Innovative City Season 2", it is important to investigate whether the creation of an innovative city has a positive effect on the revitalization of the hinterland town economy. This study explores the effects (external effects) of increases in the number of workers at public institutions in the innovative city of Jeollabuk-do, located closest to the hinterland town (Jeonju-si). In the results, we show that increases in the number of workers positively affected the commercial real estate market, which is one of the barometers that show the revitalization level. On the other hand, the effect was found to be limited to the new downtown commercial real estate market with good accessibility and modernized facilities and services. This suggests that the innovative city adjacent to the hinterland town meets the purpose of the innovative city to some extent by generating a positive external effect, especially in accessible and modernized areas. To further expand the positive spillover effects of an innovative city on the hinterland town, it is necessary to expand public institutions for relocation, improve settlement conditions, and establish a practical cooperation system between specialized public institutions and hinterland-related industries.

The resource plants of the Mt. Geonji was listed 354 taxa; 92 families, 242 genera, 303 species, 48 varieties and 3 forms. 354 taxa listed consists of 205 taxa of edible plants(57.1%),234 taxa of medicinal plants(65.2%), 167 taxa of ornamental plants(46.5%) and 218 taxa of the others(60.7%). Specific plant species by floral region were total 22 taxa; Trapella sinensis var. antennifera in class IV, Iris ensata var. spontanea in Class II, 16 taxa(Salix glandulosa, Alnus hirsuta, Chrysosplenium flagelliferum, Mallotus japonicus, Ilex macropoda, Grewia biloba var. parviflora, Vaccinium oldhami, Lysimachia barystachys, Fraxinus mandshurica, etc.) in class I. The naturalized plants in this site were 12 families, 23 genera, 28 species, 2 varieties, 30 taxa(Bromus unioloides, Phytolacca americana, Oenothera erythrosepala, Ipomoea hederacea var. hederacea, Aster pilosus, Erechtites hieracifolia) and naturalization rate was 8.5% of all 354 taxa vascular plants. Wild plants disturbing ecosystem like Solanum carolinense and Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior have been increasing. So, it needs continuing control and conservation measures on the plant ecosystem.

This study is for species identification for each structure member such as Pillar, Bo, Changbang, Dori, Jangyeo, Judu, Donjaju, Chunyeo, Guitle, and Jongdae, of Pungnammun Gate (Treasure 308). Jeonju is the birthplace of Joseon Dynasty and Pungnammun Gate was the southern gate of old Jeonjueupseong which was walled town. Provincial Governor of Koryeo Dynasty, Yu Gyeong Choi built Jeonjubuseong and four gates at all cardinal points in 1388. And the gate was burnt down by Jeongyujaeran (war with Japan in 1597). It was rebuilt by King Yeongjo (Joseon Dynasty) in 1734 and renamed 'Pungnammun' after 34 years. It was designated for Treasure 308 for its unique style of architecture and historic values in 1963. In this study, all of wooden structure members were Pinus spp.. This result was matched for the result of major species for wooden building of late Joseon Dynasty. It can be used to complete database for architecture of Castle's Gate and help for restoration of cultural heritage in the future.

Nosong-dong is used to be center of the administration, education and transportation in Jeonju. It has ironically been the location of the city's prostitution quarter 'called Seonmichon'. This place is recently selected as an area of urban regeneration by Jeonju. The project has involved numerous programs which gradually transfer this place for the women's rights and arts. This paper focuses on exploring the socio-cultural meanings of a community museum, an archive for gender equality, and an exhibition site for local artists. The Seonmichon quarter has long been stigmatized as an area of ill repute and regarded with contempt by the surrounding neighborhood. It is space where polarized interests are entangled. City authority has tried to reflect this by presenting a variety of perspectives on the Seonmichon district. An initiative of the community museum has been its hosting of several exhibitions around the themes of women's rights and community arts. The most remarkable aspect of the exhibitions that have taken place in the heart of the Seonmichon district has been the active participation of local community residents as a catalyst for progressive social change. The paper's overall purpose is to provide an introduction and analyze the process of development of the exhibition initiative, and further examine the social role and meaning of the community museum in Nosong-dong, as well as its future tasks and directions.

Surface morphology and adsorption characteristics of charcoals prepared from Korean traditional kiln were analyzed, and their moisture adsorption capacities were examined with respect to humidity and temperature change. Moisture adsorption capacities of red-clay powder, activated carbon fiber fabric (ACF fabric) and activated carbon fiber paper(ACF paper) were also examined to compare with those of charcoals. Moisture adsorption capacity of charcoal was low less than 45% humidity due to its hydrophobic property, but it slowly and linearly increased as increasing the humidity. Moisture adsorption capacity of red-clay powder was similar to charcoal at low level humidity, it increased exponentially as increasing the humidity showing Type V adsorption isotherm. Therefore, the weather forecast annal prepared by employee of weather centre in Joseon Dynasty is experimentally approved. ACF fabric and ACF paper show excellent moisture adsorption capacities, which can be used to humidity measuring sensor. Adsorption isotherm of charcoal slice was peculear showing the mixed Type I and Type IV due to low-pressure hysteresis that was occurred from embedment of nitrogen in crevice of charcoal. The specific surface area of charcoal increased by grinding charcoal slice to powder, resulted in increasing the desorption amount of adsorbent at low relative pressure.

In this study, a programming class plan was designed for artificial intelligence education in technical high schools such as specialized high schools and Meister high schools. In elementary and middle schools or general high schools, it is not easy to secure the number of hours, so it is not easy to proceed with a lot of content and in-depth content. In addition, technical high schools have a good environment for nurturing human resources in the field of artificial intelligence. For this purpose, existing researches related to artificial intelligence education were explored, and programming classes related to artificial intelligence education were grafted into the units of the existing engineering high school programming classes.
