Centralized Controller High-altitude Work Car Elevations Lift Structure Safety Assessment (중앙집중식 컨트롤러 고소작업차의 고소리프트의 구조안정성 평가)

  • This study was conducted as a post - study on the development of a centralized controller and a hydraulic lift system including structural analysis and remote control for the development of a vertically elevated car. The safety review was carried out through the structural modification of the elevator lift which was developed during the previous research. 3D modeling was performed with Solidworks, and a model of finite element was created through Hypermesh S / W. In addition, the loading environment of the work vehicle for the evaluation is a condition in which the loading amount is 250 kg per position (total, upper, upper, lower, and lower) on the work table, ), The structural analysis was carried out under the condition that the load was 600 kg, and safety was examined in various aspects. As a result, when the allowable load of 250 kg and the excess load of 600 kg are excluded (except Case-11), the stress level is below the yield strength. In the case of Case-11, there is a region exceeding the yield strength at the center support portion of the safety bar at the upper end even after excluding the component which generates the maximum stress, but it does not affect the safety aspect of the whole structure Respectively. Looking at the deflection results, it can be seen that in all cases the maximum deflection occurs in the same table, and the tendency of sagging in both 250 kg and 600 kg is the same.

  • The system is consisted of arduino and sensors for protecting bicycle and safety of driver. The speed indicator is composed of speed alarms which are less than 15km/h, 15~30km/h, over 30km/h through limit switch. At that time, the accuracy is 96.6% compared to actual speed. Also, It gives a person warning ablut the obstacle of 5cm tall through ultrasonic sensor in night. Auto Lock System is operated to protect bicycle and the text message is sent to the user, if the bicycle lock was broken. This system puts emphasis on safety and usability, providing a application to know consuming calories.

  • Ubiquitous computing technology is widely used in not only our everyday lives but also in education, medical care, military, environment and administration. RFID system, the basis of ubiquitous, is in the spotlight which can be an alternative solution of a bar code recognition system and magnetic system as they basically have practicality and security issues. An electronic authentication named smart-key system is recently concerned by an alternative solution of the security unit for an automobile. RFID system which has a general purpose is also in the limelight by an application technology. In this paper we designed vehicle smart key system with general-propose RFID system that is already in use. First, we designed control unit and RFID card reader for vehicle smart key system. Then we propose an algorithm and prove that the vehicle key system is controllable by showing the result of implementing and testing, after installing. Also security level is enlarged by proposing a authentication protocol between RFID reader and control unit.

  • 기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 특히 전력통신망의 경우 전자메일, 회계관리, 전자결재, 도면자료관리 등의 데이터 통신망에서부터 IBM 온라인, 사내 방송망, 전력계통설비 원방 제어용 시스템들 간을 연결하는 EMS, SCADA 등 전골 수급용 전용 통신망에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 통신망이 구축 운용되고 있다. 이러한 기업환경에서 통신망의 장애는 기업의 엄청난 손실을 야기할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 장애관리에 대한 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 장애관리시스템들은 네트워크에 장애가 발생하였을 경우 장애에 따른 결과를 받아서 네트워크 상태가 정상인지 비정상인지를 네트워크 운영자에게 보고하는 기능만을 제공하고 있다. 또한 네트워크 운영자는 장애가 발생한 사실만을 관리시스템을 통하여 통보 받을 뿐 장애에 대한 해결은 관리시스템과 별도로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 전력통신망을 대상으로 전력통신망이 지닌 네트워크 특성을 반영하며 네트워크 운영 과정에서 축적된 네트워크 운영자의 의견과 이에 대한 조치를 지식 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 장애관리시스템을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 친환경 이동수단 중 1인용 이동수단인 퍼스널 모빌리티에 대한 관심과 수요가 증대됨에 따라 과거 전기자전거에서 현재는 전동퀵보드, 전동스쿠터, 외발휠, 세그웨이류 등 그 종류와 외관적 형태는 매우 다양하다. 하지만 공통적인 부분은 전기에너지를 구동원으로 하고 있으며, 전기에너지를 저장하기 위한 수단으로 리튬이온 배터리가 사용된다는 것이다. 리튬이온배터리에서 배터리를 안전하고 효율적으로 사용하도록 제어하는 부분이 배터리관리시스템이며, 기능중에서 배터리 셀간을 정밀하게 균형을 잡아주며, 모든 셀이 완전 충전상태가 될 수 있도록 도와주는 셀 밸런싱 기능이 있다. 이러한 셀 밸런싱 기술은 주행거리 혹은 사용시간을 늘려주는 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 충전과 방전을 반복하는 다셀로 구성된 리튬이온배터리에서 셀 밸런싱이 수행되는 과정을 살펴보고 단일 밸런싱과 다중 밸런싱의 차이 및 장단점을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 완속에서 급속충전으로의 변화, 빠른 셀 밸런싱 등의 필요성에 대해 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

The screening of the mutagenicity and desmutagenicity for cooked pork meats according to cooking conditions (조리 조건을 달리한 가열조리된 육류(돼지고기)의 변이원성 검색과 제어에 관한 연구)

  • Meat(beef, pork, chicken, duck) were cooked by three kinds of instruments (gas grill. electric grill, microwave oven) and extracted with 80% methanol. These methanol extracts were performed the Ames test, employing S. typhimurium tester strain TA100 (in vitro) and micronucleus test (in vivo). The methanol extract of cooked pork showed high mutagenicity in 5.0mg/plate without S9 mix and induced a higher mutagenicity with S9 mix than without S9 mix at 5 mg/plate. In all kinds of cookery methods, pork extracts showed high mutagenicity according to increase of cookery temperature (200$\^{C}$, 260$\^{C}$ and 320$\^{C}$). The methanol extract of cooked pork by electric grill (at 260$\^{C}$, for 5 min) showed high mutagenicity in all kinds of cookery instruments on the Ames test and micronucleus test. In all kinds of meat, the methanol extract of cooked pork showed a higher mutagenicity than the others and chicken showed a lower. The extract after pork soaked in ginger juice showed lower mutagenicity and micronucleus formation than the other vegetable juice.

  • Nowadays, the construction industry is suffering from the decrease of labor productivity caused by the lack of skilled workers and the aging labor forces. The hazardous work conditions and safety problems still exist at the construction sites. The earthwork operation is not the exception. The number of skilled earthwork equipment operators has been rapidly reduced and the equipment needs to be operated in dangerous / hazardous work sites. Thus, through the development of intelligent excavating system, Intelligent Excavating System(I.E.S) research team tries to enhance the safety of work environment, productivity, quality, and payability of the earthwork operation. It is also expected that this research contributes to the development of fundamental construction automation technologies and to the creation a new market sector.

  • In this paper, we propose the EPTS(Emergency vehicle Priority Transit system) for a rapid drive or emergency vehicles at the crossroads. The EPTS is one part of real-time traffic management system in the advanced traffic management system. The EPTS needs the connection or a traffic control system and a DSRC system. It can be applied to the real traffic situation considered with other traffic elements. As the result it is possible for the EPTS to nonstop drive because it induces an efficient drive of emergency vehicles. It is also relatively safe at the crossroad, it is expected that the EPTS is suitable for a telematics service which values efficiency above everything else.

  • The buildup of fission product, i.e. Xe-135 poisoning, is a prime factor in restarting a nuclear reactor from the shutdown, which was under normal operation in the high flux thermal reactor, It is caused by the high absorption crosssection of Xe-135 to thermal neutrons and its long half life, from which the thermal power is affected. It is then possible to restart a nuclear reactor after the sufficient excess reactivity to override this poisoning must be inserted, or its concentration is decreased sufficiently when its temporary shutdown is required. As ratter of fact, these have an important influence not only on reactor safety but also on economic aspect in operation. Considering these points in this study, the shutdown process was cptimized using the Pontryagin's maximum principle so that the shutdown mirth[d was improved as to restart the reactor to its fulpower at any time, but the xenon concentration did not excess the constrained allowable value during and after shutdown, at the same time all the control actions were completed within minimum time from beginning of the shutdown.
