In the recently our 21C, it is a necessary to provide the VLSI design education methods based on the electronic information systems. In this paper, we will show a education model of the venture study programs concern with Micro-Robot making. The development education systems apply into the industrial fields from the specification major module instruction including improve the VLSI design capability using the Micro-Robot making for information communication techniques. Also, the development instruction model provides one in the field system to the industrial applications specification technical staffs and VLSI design for the venture education programs. We expect the proposed education systems extended into a new venture instruction program sets for technical major members.

Electronic commerce offers the opportunity to integrate and optimize the global production and distribution supply chain. Rapid response to changes in demand and customer preference, and the ability to exploit new technologies, are becoming critical. The computer of the various corporations communicate with each other to determine the price and the availability of the components, to place and confirm orders, and to negotiate delivery time scales. In this paper, We describe a trading system that is based on mobile agent technology, called aglet. Aglets for the buyer and sellers are dispatched to the various marketplace, where they negotiate autonomously orders and deliveries, returning to the buyer and seller with their best deals for approval. We show that the electronic commerce system is feasibly built by using the Java aglet technology to demonstrate for simulating a traditional retail marketplace.

인터넷 상의 주문 결재로부터 생성되어지는 수백만의 결제로 인해 축적되어진 레코드들을 이용하고, 아울러 고객이 제공하는 데이터 등을 가지고 고객이 실제 카드 소지자인지를 판별하는 전자결제 신용카드 사기방어시스템 (Anti-Fraud System(AFS))을 제안하였다. 고객은 거래 콤포넌트에 의한 보안 메시징 프로토콜을 사용해서 인터넷에서의 서비스 요구를 시작한다. 거래의 위험도를 결정하기 하기 위해서 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 하이브리드 모델링기법을 사용하여 이와 같은 요구에서 생성되는 트랜잭션 정보의 위험도를 계산한 후, 미리 결정된 위험수위와 비교하여 부가적 신용 정보의 필요성을 판단하게 된다.

최근 각광받고 있는 웹에서의 전자상거래 구축 시 필수요소인 데이터베이스에 대한 접근 방법과 다수의 클라이언트가 하나의 데이터베이스 서버로의 접근 시 발생할 수 있는 접속 과부하 문제를 해결하기 위해 분산객체 기술인 CORBA를 이용하여 3계층 방식의 분산 DBMS를 구현하였다. 즉, 웹 상에서 전자상거래 시스템을 운용할 때 2단계 방식의 클라이언트/서버를 사용함에 따라 나타나는 여러 문제를 해결하고, 서버의 시스템 부하를 줄이기 위해 CORBA를 이용하여 3계층 방식으로 구현하였으며, 웹을 통해 고객이 주문한 상품을 서버의 구현객체 호출을 통해 분산된 데이터베이스 서버에 저장되게 하였다.

웹 상에서의 전자 상거래는 고객과 상인간의 정보 보호와 대금 결제의 신뢰성이 보장되어야 한다. 스마트카드는 자체내의 메모리기능과 연산기능을 가진 IC 카드로써 사용자 인증과 개인정보 보호 기능이 탁월하다. 따라서, 신용 카드 기반의 전자 지불 프로토콜의 표준인 SET을 사용하여, 보안 기능이 뛰어난 스마트카드를 지불 수단으로 하는 안전하고 효율적인 스마트카드 전자 지불 시스템을 설계하고 자바로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 지불 시스템은 지불 정보와 주문 정보의 기밀성을 제공하고, 공개키 기반의 암호 체계로 데이터의 무결성을 보장한다.

This study explores the importance of OSI standards in library environment and specifically of Z39.50/SR information retrival protocols and ILL protocol. Libraries and other information systems need to implement these ap lication protocols in order to facilitate the sharing of library information resources through information networks. The foreign systems which have implemented the standard protocols are reviewed in this paper, and it is suggested that search results of OPACs and other bibliographic databases be directly used for electronic document request for fast document delivery, first by implementing Z39.50 OPACs and standard interlibrary loan systems and next by integrating the two systems in Korean electronic libraries.

A representative payment broker system is SET and one of its signature shcemes is a dual digital signature scheme. A dual digital signature scheme expose neither user's payment information(credit card number etc.) to merchandiser, nor user's order information to bank So it keeps user's Privacy safe. The digital signature scheme like this is being necessary as E-commerce is revitalized. But a dual digital signature of SET is not appropriate for wireless environments because it needs so many computations and communications. In this paper, we propose a signcryption scheme that generates a polynomial using a payment information for merchandiser and an order information for bank in order to reduce communications. We analyze the problem of existing signcryption schemes and dual digital signature schemes. Also we analyze the security properties of the proposed scheme.

AGVs are often used in industrial applications to transport heavy materials around a large industrial building, such as factories or warehouses. In particular, in fulfillment centers their usefulness is maximized for automation. To increase productivity in warehouses such as fulfillment centers, sophisticated path planning of AGVs is required. We propose a scheme that can be applied to QMIX, a popular cooperative MARL algorithm. The performance was measured with three metrics in several fulfillment center layouts, and the results are presented through comparison with the performance of the existing QMIX. Additionally, we visualize the transport paths of trained AGVs for a visible analysis of the behavior patterns of the AGVs as heat maps.

방대하고 독자적인 시스팀 개발의 급증에 따라 대규모 집적회로의 주문형 설계가 크게 요구되어 지고 있다. 본고에서는 앞으로 그 수요가 팽창될 설계 방식인 표준 셀을 이용한 설계과정을 설명하고, 이제까지의 표준셀 라이브러리 개발 전략과 그 내용에 관해 기술한다. 또한 표준 셀을 이용한 설계 예로서 ICU(Industrial Control Unit)를 들어 다른 설계 방식에 대한 장단점을 고찰하였다.
