The objective of this study is to suggest useful directions to the companies providing tourism information through SNS and the related service providers through investigating differences of sharing and use intention of SNS tourism information according to the level of trust and satisfaction. To achieve the objective, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on 'trust and satisfaction about SNS tourism information' and 'information sharing and use intention' were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the people who experienced the service was conducted. The findings showed that there were differences of sharing and use intention of SNS tourism information according to the level of trust and satisfaction

첨단 통신기술 및 전자 기술의 급속한 발전으로 다양한 종류의 정보통신 서비스가 등장하게 되었고, 다양한 가입자의 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 뉴미디어가 등장하게 되었다. CATV는 이러한 뉴미디어의 가장 대표적인 서비스로 부각되었고, 기술개발의 파급효과와 사업적 측면의 수익성 때문에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 국내에서도 이미 다채널 CATV서비스를 위한 시험방송이 시작되고 있고, 민간 사업자의 참여가 개방되어 있어 조만간 사용사업이 가능할 것으로 예상되고 있다. CATV망은 영상전달 서비스 뿐만아니라 기타의 각종 영상정보 통신서비스의 제공에 이용될 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여는 효율적인망 구성이 전제되어야 한다. 본고에서는 CATV시스템의 환경변화에 따른 망진화 (network evolution)와 그에 관련된 망형대(network topology)를 조사하고, 각각의 특성 미 장단점을 비교하여 향후 CATV시스템 도입시에 효율적인 망구조와 망 구성 방식의 선택에 참고 될 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, leaks of the personal information of Internet users have been occurring too frequently. Generally, Internet users have email accounts. The use of email as a communications tool in the private and public sectors has increased. Therefore, in email usage, password management to ensure a more secure email service is most important. In this study, we conducted an online survey of email users and analyzed their responses by using structural equation modeling software to find the psychological and behavioral characteristics of their password management. The results of this study provide useful suggestions on information security strategies related to email password management at both the enterprise and individual levels.

국내 한국진력에서 관리 운영하고 있는 전자식 전력량계는 약 55만 여대이며, 이중 약 15만 여대가 고안용 전자식 전력량계로 2000년대 초반부터 원격검침을 통해 전력사용량을 측정하고 고객 측에 대해서는 역률과 누적전력량 등의 기타 부가서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전력량계와 원격통신을 이용한 전력부가서비스는 전력회사의 입장에서는 고객의 부하사용에 대한 다양한 정보를 효율적으로 수집하여 피크부하 제어 등의 수요관리를 효과적으로 시행할 수 있고 고객의 입장에서는 과거는 물론 미래의 사용량을 예측하고 기타 전력사용패턴 등을 관찰함으로서 고객의 능동적인 참여로 전력사용량을 절약하는 효과를 가져 올 수 있다. 현 시점에서의 국내 전력부가서비스의 활용수준은 초기단계로 매우 기본적인 정보에 한해서 활용이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 국내외 관련 연구사례와 적용사례, 그리고 시행현황의 조사 분석을 통해 향후의 국내 전력부가서비스 적용전망과 발전방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the usage and user behaviors of undergraduate students and to suggest the ways to promote the usage of e-journals. The methods used in this study are survey questionaires and interviews who are taking a general education course or Library and Information Science courses offered in D University. The study collected the data regarding usage, user behaviors, service quality, user instructions and advertisement of e-journals. In addition, the study analyzed the library website and interviewed librarians. Based on the findings, the study suggested the ways to improve the level of e-journal usage.

BcN에서의 멀티캐스트 특히 IPTV 방송서비스의 서비스 및 네트워크의 요구 사항을 살펴보고 기능 구조를 도출하였다. 방송서비스의 수익은 시청률에 민감하다. 특히 접속제어를 바탕으로 하는 BcN에서 IPTV 방송서비스를 제공한다면, 표본추출 방식의 기존 방송과 달리 시청자의 거동을 전수 조사할 수 있어 수익과 시청률의 관계는 더욱 밀착될 것이다. 품질 문제로 시청자를 잃지 않기 위해서는 전달망은 패킷의 손실을 최대한 막아야 하며, 네트워크 장애 발생시 서비스의 장애가 최소한으로 억제되도록 설계되어야 한다. 따라서 망은 OAM 기능 및 경로 보호 기능을 가져야 하며, 악의적인 사용자의 공격에 대한 대비책도 갖추어야 한다. 본 고에서 논의한 기능 구조에서는 서비스 인증 후 개별 채널 변환을 L2 스위치에서 접속제어하여 적법하지 않은 사용자의 접근을 막도록 하였으며, 코어 네트워크에서는 Multicast MPLS를 사용하여 OAM 및 경로보호를 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 채널 변환에 대한 정보를 파악함으로써, 자원의 사용 및 개별 사용자의 거동을 파악할 수 있도록 하였다.

정보 접근의 편리성과 신속성, 검색의 용이성, 원문제공의 즉시성이라는 장점 때문에 이용자들은 전자저널을 통하여 정보를 얻으려는 경향이 강해지고 있다. K기관에서는 이러한 이용자들의 요구를 만족시키는 정보를 제공하기 위해 평가를 거쳐 전자저널 패키지를 선정하여 구독하고 있다. 본 논문은 고품질 서비스를 이용자들에게 제공하기 위하여 이용자들이 전자저널 재구독 요구를 할 때 영향을 주는 객관적이거나 주관적인 요소들이 있는지 연구하였다. 가설을 수립한 후 가설의 검증을 위하여 종속변수인 이용자들의 구독갱신 요구가 독립변수인 전자저널의 수록 종수, SCIE 등재저널 비율 등의 객관적인 요소 또는 이용자설문조사를 통하여 파악된 이용빈도, 이용의 편리성 등의 주관적인 요소와 상관관계가 있는지 여부를 분석하여 보았다. 분석결과 객관적인 요소들은 재구독 요구와 상관관계가 없었다. 주관적인 요소 중에서도 이용의 편리성은 상관관계가 없었고 이용빈도만이 재구독 요구와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 즉 설문조사에서 이용자들이 이용빈도가 높다고 표시한 전자저널 패키지에 대하여 재구독 요구가 많았다.

The development and diffusion of PC network have impact on civil administration service that has become part of our daily lives. This study constructs the theoretical background on the civil administration service, examines the development of it, investigates and analyzes the actual conditions based on its information structure and contents, and suggests some recommendations to enhance the service.

Electronic reference service was defined as reference service designed for remote users and identified by a specific link from a library' website. This study examined whether academic libraries deliver web-based electronic reference services to remote users. Particularly, four types of electronic bulletin board services, free bulletin board, FAQ, Q＆A and reference question-response service were measured in terms of 8 types of questions and 12 contents of questions. The result showed that there was few differences among 4 services. Guidelines for effective use of electronic bulletin board services in academic libraries were suggested: standardization of service names, easy access to menu services, definition of each menu, search function for contents and standard web forms.

This study is to develop and provide a personal information protection framework that enables IoT service providers to safely and systematically operate personal information of IoT service subjects in the overall process of providing IoT devices and services. To this end, a framework for personal information framework was derived through literature survey, and FGI with experts, it was divided into three stages, each of three stages: IoT service provision process and IoT personal information processing process. The study conducted an e-mail survey of related experts using AHP techniques to determine the importance of the components of the selected personal information protection framework. As a result, in the IoT service provision process, the IoT product and service design and development stage (0.5413) is the most important, and in the IoT personal information processing process, personal information protection in the collection and retention of personal information (0.5098) is the most important. Therefore, based on this research, as the IoT service is spreading, it is expected that a safe personal information protection framework will be realized by preventing security threats and personal information infringement accidents.
