  • 음향공명 발생원인 가스가 들어있는 방전관내에 방전전류가 흐르면 전력에너지가 발생하여 열을 발생 시키고 이 열은 방전관내의 압력변화를 가져온다. 이 압력변화는 방전관내의 음향변화와 같다. 주기적인 압력변화가 내벽에 반사되어 정재파가 발생되는 현상이 방정관의 고유진동수이며 이 고유진동수와 전원주파수가 일치될 때 음향공명현상이 일어난다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기본적인 직류-직류 변환기 중 하나인 동기식 강압형 직류-직류 변화기를 디지털 제어로 구현함으로서 아날로그 제어기를 디지털 제어기로 변환 하는 과정에 관하여 설명한다. 먼저 전원단의 소신호 특성을 해석하여 제어대 출력전압의 전달함수를 찾아내고, 이것을 토대로 아날로그 제어기를 설계 하여 Simulink를 통하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 설계된 아날로그 제어기를 바탕으로 Matlab을 이용한 Emulation 기법을 사용하여 디지털 제어기를 설계 한다. DSP(TMS320F28335)를 사용한 동기식 강압형 직류-직류 변환기에 설계된 디지털 제어기를 적용하여 안정도와 부하변동에 따른 응답 특성을 확인 한다.

  • This paper describes the synthesis of robust decentralized controllers for uncertain large-scale discrete-time systems with time-delays in subsystem interconnections. Based on the Lyapunov method, a sufficient condition for robust stability, is derived in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI). The solutions of the LMI can be easily obtained using various efficient convex optimization techniques. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.

  • Today there is an ever increasing effort to control high-pressure discharge lamps with electronic ballasts. HID lamps can be ignited by high-voltage pulses and need an ignitor to start them. An ignitor gives high-voltage pulses to HID lamps, which have the type of the arc discharge. Two kinds of ignitor circuits have been analyzed by the P-spice program and we have shown experimental results in this paper. The result of this study seems to be able to help to develope various ignitors.

  • In this paper, a low wattage high frequency operation electronic ballast for double ended 70W metal halide lamp has been investigated As an input source of the proposed ballast, 220V, 60 Hz ac voltage is used and is converted high frequency ac voltage by power processing system. To prevent a physical destruction of the lamp from acoustic resonance phenorrenon, the proposed ballast sLWlies alternating voltage of 22kHz frequency to a metal halide lamp. It shows sorre efficacious result that reduce the start up tiIre of lamp and electric power consumption. By testing the proposed ballast, lamp voltage and lamp current are 155Vpeak, O.64A, respectively. Lamp luminous flux is 5300lm with 82W input power and ballast efficiency is 64.63 Im/w. The average starting tiIre and restriking tiIre of lamp are 3.9 and 4.5 minutes, respectively.tively.

  • The rectifier circuit has been used in the various fields of inverter progress. This is simple and low price. Otherwise it has many problems in harmonic low power factor and etc. This paper use the twin converter of two jewel booster. It doesn't need the detection of voltage current and control PWM. The twin converter has stably the rectification source. Also the circuit is used a half-bridge inverter in the electronic ballast for lighting. Therefore this method is confirmed in high efficiency.

  • New electronic ballast for metal halide laws is proposed New ballast has higher efficiency than that of conventional ballast. Proposed 2 stage ballast uses low arm switch as synchronous rectifier mitch. Switch-on voltage drop is smaller than that of diode in small current(<1.5A). High arm switch is turned on in zero voltage in proposed ballast.   • An electronic ballast for driving automotive HID lamps is presented. The circuit topology is composed of a fly back converter, a Ful bridge inverter, and an igniter. A prototype was developed and tested on a 35W lamp with a 12V input voltage. To avoiding the acoustic resonance, the full bridge inverter is operated at 250Hz and provided a squared-wave voltage source to the lamp. The transient and steady state characteristics of the tested HID lamps are measured and analyzed.
