The purpose of this study is to improve the KESLI consortium by analyzing the status of participant organizations and their needs. A survey questionnaire including questions on consortium selection, management, and evaluation was distributed. The findings from the 179 responses indicate that the needs of the participants include issues related to the collection development policy, the cataloging of e-journals, user education, and evaluation. Therefore, KESLI should provide the following: (1) examples of collection development policy used for reference, (2) system development for e-journal cataloging, (3) materials and program guidelines for user education, and (4) education related to evaluation techniques for e-journal usages.

The objective of this study was to provide the basic information necessary for the efficient library service policy for the graduate students in engineering field as investigating the academic information seeking behavior and demands of users who major in electronic engineering at a graduate program. Literature studies and survey through questionnaire were conducted for the purpose. The established theories were synthetically examined through literature studies, and theoretical systematization and structure for positive research were framed. Graduate students in engineering field were classified into two groups: those who major in electronic engineering and the others, and their demands for information and its seeking behavior were comparatively analyzed in this thesis.

This paper was studied on change for Marine Administration of telecommunications. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The three kinds of telecommunications network influence on Marine administration is National Information Infrastructure Network, Integrated Services Digital Network and Local Area Network. The five kinds of telecommunications service influence on Marine administration is Telecommuting Service, Electronic Approval Service, Teleconference Service, Electronic Data Interchange Service, and Internet Service. The results of this as follow: First, all Marine agency must be innovation. Second, Marine Administration must be use Telecommunications. Marine Administration must be for customer.

본 논문은 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 PC통신 및 인터넷에 의한 사이버 쇼핑행동을 이해하기 위해서 사이버 쇼핑경험자와 비경험자간의 차이를 비교하였다. 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용자를 대상으로 일대일 면접과 전자메일 설문방식을 병행하여 426명으로부터 설문응답을 얻었다. 주요설문내용은 인터넷 및 PC통신 사용실태, 사이버쇼핑 사용실태, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각된 위험요인(perceived risks), 그리고 인구통계적 변수 등이었다. 응답자를 인터넷과 PC통신을 통해 제품이나 서비스를 구매한 경험이 있는 집단(182명)과 없는 집단(242명)으로 나누어 분산분석(ANOVA)과 판별분석(discriminant analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 사이버 쇼핑구매 경험자와 무경험자간에는 인터넷 및 PC통신 행태, 인구통계변수, 사이버 쇼핑에 대한 지각위험, 사이버 쇼핑 중요속성 평가에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 효과적인 사이버 마케팅전략을 제시하였다.

국내외의 방송환경의 변화는 외부적으로는 방송의 다매체 다채널 시대로의 변화와 총체적 경기불황으로 방송사 수입이 격감하고 있고, 내부적으로는 고비용 저효율로 방송사 경영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 위기의 극복은 방송사 정보화 기반을 구축하여, 방송업무 프로세스를 BPR 하고, 방송CALS의 개념을 도입하여 방송사 내부의 경영혁신으로 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 방송장비 보수유지 프로세스의 리엔지니어링을 위하여 방송CALS의 요소인 전자교범(IETM)을 구현함으로써 저비용 고효율형의 방송장비 보수유지를 통한 방송경영 합리화의 실현을 도모함을 목적으로 하며, 기존 23단계의 방송유지 보수유지 업무 프로세스를 전자교범(IETM)을 도입하여 6단계로 개선된 모델을 제시하고, 설문지를 통한 실증 분석한 결과, 전자교범(IETM)을 이용한 방법이 모든 면에서 혁신적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 방송CALS의 구현이다. 진정한 의미의 방송CALS란, 방송사 내부의 디지털화뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부기관들(프로그램 외주업체, 장비공급자, 국내외의 언론사 등)과의 네트워킹을 통한 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 교류 및 전자 상거래를 뜻한다. 그러나 본 논문은 방송사 정보화 기반구조의 미흡과 국내 IT기술의 한계로 방송CALS를 포괄적으로 다루지는 못하였지만, 방송CALS의 궁극적인 목적에 도달하기 위한 첫 번째 시도이다.

The survey and interview about the management of e-book and its service scheme to the librarians who are actually charged with e-book service in libraries were performed and analyzed in this study. The objective of this study was to help the vitalization of e-book use and the realization of complete digital library based on the data.

This study analyzed the operation status of the military library and e-book service in order to improve the soldiers' access to the reading environment and to suggest a plan to revitalize the military library. As a result of the survey, it was found that it is necessary to improve the environment such as the IT environment, devices, and time allowed for access to activate the use of e-books. According to the interview results, problems such as low usage rate and awareness of the digital library, the use of different e-book viewers and management systems for each distributor when distributing e-books, and the dissemination of e-books for the management and accessibility of the Armed Services Editions in library were raised. In order to activate the e-book service of the library in the military, diversify e-book service promotion and education programs, activations such as establish standards for the e-book operating system for each county, use platforms and devices to promote e-book operation and use, and construction of e-book service using Armed Services Editions were derived.

Objectives : There may be methodological differences between pencil-and-paper and web-based questionnaires. But there are few reports about influences of that methodological differences. The Aim of this study is investigation of the differences in temperament characteristics in subjects who answered internet addiction questionnaires. Methods : We compare the characteristics between two groups. Four hundred thirty participants(189 males, 241 females) answered the online and offline questionnaires. We controlled sexes, addiction scores and psychiatric treatment histories using general linear model of MANCOVA. Results : There were statistically significant differences in temperament characteristics between two groups. Harm avoidance(HA) and novelty seeking(NS) scores were significantly higher in on-line group than off-line group. Reward dependence(RD) scores were significantly lower in on-line group than off-line group. Conclusion : This study suggested significant differences of temperament characteristics between on-line and off-line subjects. And there have been many studies on equivalence of on-line and off-line survey methods. Further studies on the difference are expected for the understanding of this results.

1990년대 중반부터 전자 자료의 이용 증가와 더불어 라이선스 계약이 증가하였으나 국내의 경우에는 저작권 및 계약에 관한 기초적인 지식과 협상 기술이 부족한 도서관 사서들이 라이선스 계약시에 지침으로 삼을 수 있는 자료가 아직 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 라이선스의 기반이 되는 계약과 저작권과의 관계를 정립하고, 문헌조사와 설문지조사, 국내외의 사례 분석 조사 결과를 바탕으로 도서관 사서의 라이선스 계약에 지침이 될 수 있는 라이선스 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

2010년을 전후로 하여 기존 미디어는 보다 강화된 컴퓨팅 기능과 플랫폼 채택, 차세대 네트워킹을 통해 스마트 미디어로 급속한 진화가 전개되고 있다. 스마트 미디어는 스피드, 인텔리전트, 소통과 개방을 통해 이용자에게 보다 편리하고 유용하며 오락적 가치를 제공하고 있으며 기업에는 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출하고 있다. 스마트 TV는 스마트 미디어의 핵심 서비스로 부각되고 있으며 멀티 스크린과 스마트 홈을 통해 스마트 IT 기기의 허브가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 글에서는 국내 전문가와 일반인에 대한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 스마트 TV에 대한 수용도를 파악하였으며 잠재 수용자의 프로파일을 분석하였다.
