Because XML is a W3C standard and has characteristics like platform independent, it has a critical role in electronic commerce. Many electronic commerce systems are already using XML. Business rules and procedures should be standardized for efficient B2B electronic commerce. But a lot of companies have its own XML documents instead of standard documents. In this paper an XML message processor is designed. Clients may request services in XML and server returns response in XML in this system. This XML message processor can be applied easily and used efficiently in electronic commerce systems.

Recently, Internet solution market is focused on competition in Electronic Commerce (EC) rather than necessity and effectiveness of EC. In this paper, we propose a policy-oriented matching agent system that makes EC market active. We can pursue diverse promotion since policies are objects, and we can formulate, carry out, pursue, and evaluated a policy consistently on the proposed solution since our solution is integrated into merits of rule-based system and operation space (release post). There are three important points of the implementation. It is component-based structure that fits to be a basic platform for EC. It is connected with other system easily, so it can help marketing. 최근 인터넷상에서 B2B 전자상거래는 상당히 급성장 하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전자상거래 시스템들은 각기 다른 전자상거래 플랫폼과 시스템을 구축하여 사용했기 때문에 전자상거래 시스템간의 상호 호환 및 운영에 많은 어려움이 있다. 분산 환경 시스템들로 구성되는 다수의 인터넷 쇼핑몰들의 통합 정보 검색 시스템으로 허브 사이트들이 등장하여 고객들이 구매하고자 하는 상품에 대한 정보를 보다 쉽게 검색을 할 수 있도록 각종 쇼핑몰 사이트를 연결하여 통합하는 과정이 진행 중이다. 그러나 분산 환경의 시스템을 통합하는 것이 데이터 통합이 아닌 링크 해주는 정도로 그치고 있는 게 현재 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서의 통합 정보 검색을 위한 허브 사이트를 효율적으로 관리하는 XML Hub System을 이용한 DIIS(Distributed Information Integration System)를 설계 제안한다.

Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.

Crowdfunding is growing up SNS spread, raising funds from numerous people which are offering necessary funding of private and enterprise using the internet-based platforms. The function of crowdfunding uses innovative financing in being business and start-ups having difficulty in financing. Crowdfunding in our domestic is concentrated on culture and arts in the early adoption phase, and is numerous projects with public features. However, the investment case of crowdfundig in e-commerce trade start-ups is rarely in spite of a increased attention for crowdfunding.. The purpose of this study examined the factors to be considered when using successfully crowdfunding on e-commerce trade start-ups. This study is understanding the legal and policy of crowdfunding market status and other countries, and suggests the activation of the direction of government policy, legal system, and participation of financing suppliers and investors as activating the law and policy system related the crowdfunding on a domestic in terms of e-commerce trade start-ups investment.

The ESES system has been developed to supply a digital signature function, an encryption function, and a library of cryptographic primitives and algorithm for securing an XML document and the existing non-XML documents that are exchanged in the electronic commerce. In this paper, we will introduce the overview of ESES system and explain how the ESES processes to offer security services Finally we\`ll conclude our talk by presenting the summary and further works.

The social curation service that selectively provides information generated by individuals or groups with the same interests can have a synergistic effect when combined with the recently used SNS-based chatting function. If these kinds of chatting-based curation technologies are applied to the Internet shopping malls, particularly, buyers can obtain more reliable information in real time basis, and sellers can provide them with more differentiated and rich information in a continuous manner. This research suggests a chatting-based commerce platform that provides the social curation service based on chats among sellers, existing buyers, and potential buyers. The proposed commerce platform can organize a chat channel for each store and product not only to immediately respond to new and existing customer inquiries about stores, brands, and detailed products, but also to continuously activate differentiated sales strategies to customers subscribed to the channel. In particular, MongoDB is used to permanently save and archive the information and chatting history of each channel, so that the buyer can search and refer to them recorded in the corresponding channel at any time.

초기의 이동통신 서비스는 음성 위주였으나, 현재에 와서는 음성뿐만 아니라, 무선 인터넷, 게임, 위치, 동영상, 전자상거래, 모바일 오피스 등의 다양한 무선 인터넷 서비스에 대한 비중이 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 서비스 아이디어를 신속히 제공하기 위한 개방형 무선 애플리케이션 플랫폼에 대한 요구가 커지자, 자바, BREW, stinger, SIM toolkit 등의 다양한 애플리케이션 플랫폼들이 등장하게 되었고, 비동기 표준 단체인 3GPP에서는 이들 현재 기술들을 바탕으로 한 모바일 애플리케이션 실행 환경인 MExE를 제안하고 있다. 본고에서는 무선 데이터 서비스 애플리케이션 플랫폼에 대한 이동통신 사업자의 입장과 각 요소 기술을 살펴보고자 한다.

현행 한글 입력방법은 운영체제 의존적 문자입력 방법을 채택하고 있다. 즉 운영체제가 채택하는 문자입력방식에 의존적이다. 특히 인터넷의 발전으로 세계 어느 곳에서나 인터넷을 통한 정보 검색이나 전자상거래와 같은 일을 할 수 있게 되었다. 정보검색이나 전자상거래와 같은 각종 한글 인터넷 응용은 전 세계 어느 곳에서나 이용 요구가 있다. 여기서 한글의 출력은 대부분 가능하지만 입력은 운영체제의 입력기(IME, AMI)에 의존적이어서 입력을 하려면 한글 입력기를 설치해야 한다. 또한 대부분 일반 이용자는 이를 설치하기 어렵고, 국외에서 이용하려면 플랫폼은 개인 휴대 시스템이 아닐 경우 입력기를 설치할 수 없을 것이다. 이를 편리하게 가능하도록 하기 위하여 해당 한글 웹 응용이 직접 한글 입력기능을 제공하여 플랫폼에 의존하지 않고 독립적으로 한글 입력이 가능한 방안을 제시하고 이를 구현하여 가능함을 보였다. 본 논문은 플랫폼 독립적인 환경에서 인터넷을 통한 한글의 입력방법의 필요성과 그것이 가지는 한계점을 검토하고 응용프로그램과의 연동하는 한글 입력방법을 제안하고 구현하였다.

최근 여기어때, 인터파크 등 전자상거래 기업을 대상으로 발생한 개인정보 해킹사고 사례를 보면, 사람의 취약점을 노리는 지능화지속위협(APT) 공격과 알려진 해킹 기술이 복합적으로 이루어지고 있다. 해킹사고가 발생한 기관은 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA) 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 의무대상 기관으로써 정보보호관리체계를 유지 관리하고 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대형의 개인정보 유출사고가 발생한 주요 원인은 정보보호관리체계가 적용되지 않았던 정보시스템과 인력을 대상으로 해킹이 이루어졌기 때문이다. 해킹 위협의 변화에 따라 전자상거래 보안 수준도 변화해야 하는데, 개인정보보호 관련 규제 준수도 전자상거래 기업에서는 힘든 상황이다. 고객의 개인정보 유출 사고는 일반인을 매출 기반으로 서비스하고 있는 전자상거래 기업에서는 치명적이다. 안전한 전자상거래 플랫폼 기반에서 고객에게 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 중요 자산인 고객의 개인정보보호를 위해 역량을 집중해야 한다. 한정된 예산과 자원으로 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 기존에 구축된 정보보호관리체계를 기반으로 IT보안감사체계를 전사적으로 확대하여 지속적으로 모니터링 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최신 사이버 보안 위협 동향과 전자상거래 기업 대상으로 발생한 최근 개인정보유출사고 사례를 분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 전자상거래 개인정보 보호를 위한 IT보안감사체계를 제시하였다.
