  • 웹기술에 기반한 전자상거래 시스템은 시간과 공간을 초월한 상품판매를 가능하게 함으로써 새로운 전략적 도구로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 상품 매매 에이젼트 시스템은 주어진 가격에 의해 단지 상품을 팔고 사는 단순 검색시스템이 아니라 판매자와 구매자가 서로 대화하듯이 절충함으로써 양측의 흥정을 최대한 반영할 수 있게 하고, 또한 신선도에 민감한 농축수산물과 같은 매매물품을 시간의 흐름에 따라 가격을 재조절할 수 있는 물품가격조절 모듈을 제시하여 공산품에 한정된 각종 에이젼트 시스템의 단점을 극복하고자 한다.

  • 오늘날 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래 시장의 꾸준한 성장으로 수많은 쇼핑몰 회사들이 생겨났다. 이러한 쇼핑몰을 통해 고객들은 다양한 상품들을 손쉽게 구매할 수 있게 되었지만, 원하는 상품을 찾기 위해 수많은 쇼핑몰들을 검색해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 또한 고객이 상품을 검색하는데 있어서 고객이 원하지 않는 상품 정보를 제공함으로써 불편함을 초래하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통합 쇼핑몰 검색시스템을 설계하였다. 통합 쇼핑몰 검색시스템은 온톨로지 매핑 기법을 통해 쇼핑몰 간의 온톨로지를 통합하고, 추천시스템 기법 중의 하나인 사례기반추론 기법을 활용하여 고객이 원하는 정확한 검색 결과를 제공하도록 설계하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털TV 데이터방송에 있어 전자상거래용 연통형 데이터방송 컨텐츠를 제작학 수 있는 저작도구를 제안한다. 연통형 데이터방송이란 오디오/비디오 스트림과 데이터 스트림으로 이루어진 컨텐츠로 오디오/비디오와 연동되어 애플리케이션이 실행된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 저작 시스템은 비디오와 상품정보인 부가데이터의 동기화 작업을 수행하여, 비디오의 특정시간에 상품을 광고하고 구매를 할 수 있는 효과적인 전자상거래 컨텐츠를 제작 학 수 있도록 하여 준다. 애플리케이션 제작에서부터 전송스트림 생성까지 통합적인 데이터방송 컨텐츠 제작환경을 제공함으로서 연통형 데이터방송 실시에 대비하여 매우 적합한 도구이며, 사용자의 편리성과 효율성을 위하여 손쉬운 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 활용을 용이하게 하였다.

A Sentiment Analysis Algorithm for Automatic Product Reviews Classification in On-Line Shopping Mall (온라인 쇼핑몰의 상품평 자동분류를 위한 감성분석 알고리즘)

  • With the continuously increasing volume of e-commerce transactions, it is now popular to buy some products and to evaluate them on the World Wide Web. The product reviews are very useful to customers because they can make better decisions based on the indirect experiences obtainable through the reviews. Product Reviews are results expressing customer's sentiments and thus are divided into positive reviews and negative ones. However, as the number of reviews in on-line shopping increases, it is inefficient or sometimes impossible for users to read all the relevant review documents. In this paper, we present a sentiment analysis algorithm for automatically classifying subjective opinions of customer's reviews using opinion mining technology. The proposed algorithm is to focus on product reviews of on-line shopping, and provides summarized results from large product review data by determining whether they are positive or negative. Additionally, this paper introduces an automatic review analysis system implemented based on the proposed algorithm, and also present the experiment results for verifying the efficiency of the algorithm.

  • 현재 B2B 및 B2C 등 다양한 형태의 비즈니스가 진행되고 있으며 여기서 카탈로그 정보는 구매의사를 결정짓는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 현재 각 기업이 보유하고 있는 웹 카탈로그 정보는 상호 이질적인 구조를 지니고 있으며 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기존의 데이터베이스 관리 시스템과 연동하여 플랫폼 독립적이고 이질의 데이터을 통합 및 저장, 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문은 B2B 사이에 이루어지는 e-Business를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 Catalog DB Module, Catalog Management Module. Interface Module로 구성된 개선된 통합 E-Catalog 시스템을 개발하여 상거래의 상호 이질적인 카탈로그 정보에 따른 상호 연동성 문제점을 해결하고 전체상품에 대한 View 정보, 실시간 업데이트, 확장성 및 유연성을 제공하고자 한다.

  • Since B2C(Business to Customer) from which e-commerce had originated was replaced by B2B, e-Business has shown fast growth so fa., Recently, e-Procurement by l:n concept is on the development as self-purchase system associated with their own ERP In many conglomerates in the Korean market. However, in order to vitalize e-Biz in the plant industry, we need to set up e-marketplaces where many sellers and buyers can meet each other at the same time, which has become the essential part for success as an expanded business model. In this paper, we expect that the foundation for e-transformation in the plant industry is set up by developing Purchase Process System and related modules as the prerequisite for e-Biz in the plant industry, and this report will provide an exemplary model for e-commerce. The Purchase Process System consists of 1) e-Purchasing Module that manages bidding and contract information based on quotation inquiry, 2) e-Expediting Module that manages information to guarantee the on-time delivery, 3) e-Certification Module that controls user authentification, 4) e-Basic Module that manages the bulletin boards, Q&A, etc.

  • This paper propose the Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchical Process)-based negotiation support (FAHP-NEGO) mechanism to support the dynamic negotiation process in Electronic Commerce(EC). Negotiation is a form of decision-making with two or more actively involved agents who can not make decisions independently, and therefore must make concessions to achieve a compromise. Having concerned that point, the theoretical framework of FAHP-NEGO mechanism is presented by means of fuzzy membership functions and AHP. This mechanism encompasses both qualitative and quantitative conditions, and the use of multiple negotiation procedures for solving the electronic negotiation problem, adjusting the fuzzy membership function, and restructuring the problem representation. A hypothetical example of a healthcare products purchase is given to illustrate the quality of the proposed mechanism. The results showed that the Fuzzy AHP-based negotiation support mechanism could reflect both qualitative and quantitative conditions in EC. The implications of the study for future directions of research on electronic negotiation support modeling and systems are presented.

  • The electronic stores have realized that they need to understand their customers and to quickly response their wants and needs. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, recommender systems are adapting data mining techniques. One of most successful recommender technologies is collaborative filtering (CF) algorithm which recommends products to a target customer based on the information of other customers and employ statistical techniques to find a set of customers known as neighbors. However, the application of the systems, however, is not very suitable for seasonal products which are sensitive to time or season such as refrigerator or seasonal clothes. In this paper, we propose a new adjusted item-based recommendation generation algorithms called the exponentially weighted collaborative filtering recommendation (EWCFR) one that computes item-item similarities regarding seasonal products. Finally, we suggest the recommendation system with relatively high quality computing time on main memory database (MMDB) in XML since the collaborative filtering systems are needed that can quickly produce high quality recommendations with very large-scale problems.

  • Korean public organizations create electronic documents through electronic document management systems under the e-Government scheme. A majority of these public documents are saved in vendor-dependent file formats, mainly HWP. Vendor-dependent formats can be opened only with specific software, which requires purchase. As the license does not guarantee compatibility between past and future versions, interoperability problems occur in long-term preservation, which need to be solved. Any error from the elimination of styles or no matching elements in document definition during conversion from vendor-dependent formats to the XML-based standard exchange format leads to file open failure or the modification of original documents. This study introduces the Open Document Format (ODF) and investigates the effects of adopting ODF in the creation, exchange, management, and preservation of public records.

Development of a Book Recommender System for Internet Bookstore using Case-based Reasoning (사례기반 추론을 이용한 인터넷 서점의 서적 추천시스템 개발)

  • As volumes of electronic commerce increase rapidly, customers are faced with information overload, and it becomes difficult for them to find necessary information and select what they need. In this situation, recommender systems can help the customers search and select the products and services they need more conveniently. These days, the recommender systems play important roles in customer relationship management. In this research, we develop a recommender system that recommends the books to the customers of Internet bookstore. In previous researches on recommender systems, collaborative filtering technique has been often employed. For the collaborative filtering technique to be used, the rating scores on books given by previous purchasers have to be collected. However, the collection of rating scores is not an easy task in reality. Therefore, in this research, we employed case-based reasoning technique that can work only with the book purchase history of customers. The accuracy of recommendation of the resulting book recommender system was about 40% on the level 3 classification code.
