본 연구는 웹의 비동기적 상호작용의 하나인 게시판의 교육적 효과에 대해 연구하는데 있다. 전자게시판의 활용은 주로 학생 상호간의 의사소통 수단으로 활용되어 왔다. 본 논문은 교사의 개입이 없는 방임형 게시판과 교사가 직접 개입하는 교사 개입형 게시판의 의사소통 능력과 상호작용의 질적 수준을 학습효과라는 관점에서 분석한다. 내용 분석을 위한 적절한 도구를 고안하고 교사 개입의 방법과 수준 등에 대한 논의를 한다.

인터넷의 급격한 발전과 광범위한 보급에 따라 과거 전화, 서신 또는 직접방문을 통하여 해결하던 고객상담의 상당부분은 인터넷을 이용한 전자우편 및 전자게시판을 이용하는 방향으로 꾸준히 대치되고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 고객과의 접촉방식의 대부분을 차지하는 전자우편과 전자게시판은, 기존의 방식 특히 전화에 비하여 즉각적인 응답을 기대하기가 어렵다는 측면이 고객에게는 가장 큰 불만사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서로 이루어진 전자우편 또는 전자게시판의 고객 상담 내용을 기계학습의 분류기법을 활용하여 담당자를 자동으로 선정함으로써 보다 신속히 고객의 요구에 반응할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제안한다. 실제 수집한 다년간의 데이터를 기반으로 다양한 분류기법의 성능을 비교 평가하였으며, 그 결과 k-NN을 이용한 기법이 성능 및 활용도 측면에서 유리함을 보였다 또한, 인터넷을 통한 질문의 경우 상당 수준의 오탈자 및 띄어쓰기 오류를 내포하고 있는데, 바이그램을 이용한 문서처리방법을 이용함으로써 이러한 상황에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있으며, 바이그램으로 문서 처리 시 발생할 수 있는 시스템의 부담을 큰 성능의 저하 없이 최소화하기 위하여 자주 등장한 단어만을 선정하는 방안이 실용성이 있음을 확인하였다.

Electronic bulletin boards, has been used as an effective tool in various information delivery. However, many electronic bulletin board as a one-way information passed by the interactivity is lacking. In this paper, the interaction of the information, while maintaining an electronic bulletin board that can be operated on a variety of platforms, the Android-based software and hardware for the design and implementation. The interaction of users of electronic bulletin boards, and information can be naturally-type content support Android framework was designed to allow Android APP. Android APP using the administrator also was designed automatic installation and FORUMS so that you can run. Naturally gather information, and all the people that interact through bulletin boards, so you can take advantage.

Electronic reference service was defined as reference service designed for remote users and identified by a specific link from a library' website. This study examined whether academic libraries deliver web-based electronic reference services to remote users. Particularly, four types of electronic bulletin board services, free bulletin board, FAQ, Q＆A and reference question-response service were measured in terms of 8 types of questions and 12 contents of questions. The result showed that there was few differences among 4 services. Guidelines for effective use of electronic bulletin board services in academic libraries were suggested: standardization of service names, easy access to menu services, definition of each menu, search function for contents and standard web forms.

본 논문에서는 스마트 폰 어플리케이션과 전자종이를 활용하여 현재 사용하고 있는 게시판을 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고, 이 시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현 결과를 보인다. 제안한 시스템에서는 전자 게시판을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 게시물의 게시기간 및 게시 영역의 지정, 게시자의 권한 등을 이용하여 우선순위를 지정하여 동적으로 게시물을 게시한다. 또한, 스마트 폰을 통해, 관리자는 전자게시판을 관리하고, 일반 사용자는 게시물을 등록하여 게시할 수 있다. 제안한 시스템은 기존 게시판이 가지고 있던 수동적인 게시물 관리를 개선하여 게시물의 우선순위와 게시 공간을 고려한 게시정책에 따라 자동으로 관리함으로써 효율적인 관리가 가능하다.

The customer's bulletin board is the important channel to get opinions from customers directly. The effective management of the bulletin board for the customer improves the reliance by providing the best replies and by accepting opinions of the customer and furthermore, that can raise the customer's reliance of the whole shopping mall is the important eCRM method. But, the present mostly customer's bulletin board is been replied without any classifying about many kinds of question. Consequently, The shopping mall should do systematic management of the best professional reply about many kinds of question. In order to resolve this problem, we implement a classifier called Naive Bayesian classifier is classified automatically bulletin board for eCRM of shopping mall.

The purpose of this study is to explore the way that power in cyberspace is constructed and work and the factors that contribute to forming the power by analyzing a bulletin board system(BBS) on an everyday drama, "Can't Take My Eye Off You"(MBC). Research findings are as follows. The participants in the BBS produce various discourses and constantly compete with each other. In the process, the participants who produce a dominant discourse in quantity tend to exclude other discourses from the BBS and the participants who produce the minority discourses sometimes resist the dominant discourse but tend to refrain from expressing the minority discourses. These tendencies have intensified, and eventually the dominant discourse overwhelmingly powers over the BBS at the end of it. The dominant discourse in the BBS is confucian patriarchal one and this is primarily due to the characteristic of the BBS as the fandom of the drama, the participants' experience and dominant culture in their embodied social world, and the authorship of the drama.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 정보의 접근을 위한 시간과 장소의 경계를 허물어 산업전반의 발전을 크게 이끌고 있지만 집중된 정보를 탈취하기 위한 해킹의 시도 또한 증가하고 있다. 특히 웹 기반의 클라우드 어플리케이션의 취약점을 통한 해킹이 주로 이루어진다. 가상화 게시판은 클라우드 서버에 등록되어 있는 프로시저 호출을 통해 동작하는 클라우드 가상화 어플리케이션이다. 본 논문은 가상화 게시판과 클라우드 서버의 통신을 위한 기술인 VaaS(Virtual as a Service)를 설계한다. 가상화 게시판을 통해 기술에 대한 설명과 검증결과를 제시한 후 클라우드 가상화 어플리케이션의 보안에 대한 기대효과에 대해 논의한다.
