세상은 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 들어섰고 사회의 많은 부분들이 스마트화되었다. 이러한 기술들의 발전으로 집 안의 가전기기들을 태블릿 pc, 스마트폰 등을 통하여 장소와 시간에 구애받지 않고 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 모든 전자 제품들이 전력 사용량을 알 수 있는 것은 아니다. 그렇기에 대부분의 가정이 전력이 과소비되고 있는 것은 아닌지 외출 시 전열 기구의 전원이 제대로 꺼졌는지 등 이를 확인이 쉽지 않다. 본 과제물은 위의 문제를 해결하기 위해 아두이노로 라즈베리파이와 앱을 무선통신하여 '전력사용 확인이 가능한 전원제어 시스템'을 고안했다. 전력측정이 가능한 플러그를 사용하여 가전제품의 전력 사용량을 측정할 수 있으며 전원을 원격으로 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 터치스크린으로도 이것을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며, 애플리케이션과 같은 역할 수행이 가능하다. 이 기능으로 전력의 과소비 및 누전으로 인한 화재를 막고 전기세를 최대한으로 줄이면서 동시에 편리함을 증대 시킬 수 있다.

An inverse photoemission spectrometer has been built and tested to study the unoccupied electron energy states of solid surfaces. It consists of a low energy electron gun and a band pass photon detector in an ultra-high vacuum chamber. The electron ray tracing simulation and current measurement of the electron gun show a good focus and a high flux of electron current. The overall resolution of the spectrometer is 0.74 eV and the sensitivity of the photon detector is about 10 counts/$sec{\cdot}{\mu}A.$ As a test experiment, the inverse photoemission spectra of a Ge(111) sample is in good agreement with the theoretical result.

매년 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지문인식, 스마트키와 같은 도어록 제품들이 출시되었지만 오히려 범죄에 악용되는 사례들이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식장치(face identifier, FI)를 통해 객체를 인식하고, 원격 도어록 관리자(remote door lock manager, RDM)를 통해 잠금제어부(locking control unit, LCU)를 관리하는 긴급 상황 인식 스마트 도어록을 제안한다. 사용자의 얼굴을 얼마나 빠르고 정확하게 인식하는지 속도와 신뢰도에 대한 테스트를 진행하였고, 긴급 상황 시 사용자가 안전하게 집으로 들어갈 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 제품을 통해 주거 침입, 스토킹 등 1인 가구 대상 범죄율과 도어록 악용 범죄율이 낮아질 것으로 사료된다.

4차 산업혁명 시대로 들어서면서 인공지능, 로봇산업이 크게 떠오르고 활발해지기 시작했으며 특히 가정용 제품들이 많이 나오고 있다. 최근 들어 미세먼지, 황사 등 공기 중의 미세먼지나 세균 바이러스로 인해 호흡기 질병에 많이 걸리고 이러한 환경문제 때문에 많은 사람들이 집안 공기를 정화 시킬 수 있는 공기청정기를 많이 구매하고 있다. 대부분 집의 일반적인 공기청정기는 한 자리에서 한정된 공간의 공기만 정화 시키고 다른 공간에 필요하면 직접 옮기거나 추가로 구매해야 하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결 하기위해 비교적 가정에 많이 사용하고 있는 로봇청소기에 공기 청정기 기능을 접목시켜 청소를 하면서 생기는 먼지들을 걸러내는 동시에 공기청정기능 까지 접목시켜 로봇청소기가 움직이며 여러 공간을 청소도 하며 공기 청정 기능 까지 하고 로봇청소기가 작동 안 할 때는 공기청정기의 기능만 하여 따로 로봇청소기와 공기청정기를 구매할 필요가 없어 공간절약과 비용감소 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

The traditional farm houses in Yongdong area of Kangwon province have a different spatial structure from those of the other areas because of the characteristics of the climatic, geographic and sociocultural circumstances between the Taebaek mountains and the East Sea. So the purpose of this study is aimed at grasping how the spatial features of traditional farm houses in Yongdong area have been different in each regional circle. The plans of traditional farm houses of this region which are four types - ㅡ typed house without floor, ㅡ typed house with floor, ㄱ typed house without floor, ㄱ typed house with floor - show very similar but different space arrangements.

This paper discribes the reflector type ultrasonic concentrator which makes hghintencity of ultrasonic field. This was made by rotating parabolic surface which only using total reflection aria, that makes boundary by the critical angle of reflection of sound. I made two binds of concentrator acording to the type of ultrasonic transduser: one is internal surface reflector type concentrator, which is available for disc type transducer, and the other is external surface reflector type concentrator which is available cylinderical transduser. In the mony aspects the reflector tripe concentrator is supel'ier to the reflection type concentrator as plastics lens; It is more durable in high temperature and high intencity ultrasonicfield then refrector type concentrator because of it is made by glass or metal, and it has higher. efficiency because of it wasts made by only total reflection aria that is without absoption lose. I think this is useful ultrasonic concentrator in mony industrial field, in which high intencitr of ultrasonic energy was used.

The conventional PI controller are fragile in parameter variation and load-variation. Therefore, in this paper, a speed control algorithm based on the Fuzzy PI controller is proposed for the high performance speed control of a voltage-source inverter to drive 3-phase induction motors. The computer simulation results show that the proposed controller are more excellent control characteristics than conventional PI controller in transient-state and steady-state response.

본 연구에서는 위상적 Dirac nodal line 준금속으로 알려진 fcc 구조의 Ca과 hcp 구조의 Be에 대하여 LCPAO (Linear Combination of Pseudo Atomic Orbital) 방법을 이용하는 코드인 OpenMX를 통해 제일원리 전자 구조 계산을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 두 물질에서 밴드의 교차가 일어남을 확인하였으며, 준금속적인 성질이 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 EDISON의 사이언스 앱을 이용한 물질의 위상적 특성에 대한 연구의 가능성을 살펴보았다.

$MoS_2$ 단일층에 단축 방향으로 스트레인을 가해 Mo와 S 사이의 거리를 변화시키면서 밴드 구조의 변화를 밀도 범함수 이론에 기반해 계산했다. $MoS_2$ 단일층의 전자 구조는 스트레인에 민감하게 변화하여 밴드갭의 감소와 직접 밴드갭에서 간접 밴드갭으로 밴드갭의 특성이 변화함을 확인했다. 이러한 전자 구조의 변화는 스트레인에 의한 전하 분포의 변화와 로컬 오비탈의 상호작용에 의한 영향으로 해석된다.

이동통신과 인터넷 사용에 대한 사용자의 요구는 집이나 회사 등 도심지역에 국한되지 않고 언제 어디서나 그 사용을 요구하고 있다. 하지만 이런 요구를 충족시키기에 지상망의 제한된 서비스 영역은 그 한계를 가진다. 이에 반해 위성은 광역 서비스가 가능하여 이런 욕구를 충족시키기에 좋은 장점을 가진다. 이런 특징에 기반하여 유럽에서는 현재 열차, 항공기 및 선박에 이동 인터넷 서비스 지원을 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 이에 대한 동향을 알아보고자 한다. 동시에 지상망이 미치지 않는 외각지역에 대해 위성을 이용한 3G 서비스와 함께 MBMS 제공을 위한 연구에 대해서도 알아보고자 한다.
