현재, 인터넷이 정보화 사회의 핵심 인프라로 자리를 매김에 따라 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하게 되었고, 이로 인한 주소 부족 현상이 심화되고 있다. 한편, 국방정보통신망에서도 통신대상의 증가 및 서비스 품질보장, 전술통신체계의 이동성 및 생존성 보장을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 주소부족 문제 해결, 이동성, 보안성, QoS 보장 서비스 등 다양한 기능 지원이 가능한 IPv6의 도입이 요구된다. 이에 따라 국방정보통신망에서의 IPv6 도입 전략에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 이미 시작된 IPv6 도입 전략과 연계하여 본 논문에서는 우리 군에 IPv6로의 전이를 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 웹 기반 IPv6 전이 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 그리고 설계된 체계를 활용하여 국방정보통신망 시스템 자원을 기반으로 IPv6 전이 지원 절차에 따라 점검 자원 DB를 구축한다. 웹 상에서 IPv6로의 전이 요청 부대 실무자가 전산자원에 대한 전이절차 정보 및 예산산출 정보를 지원 받음으로써 IPv6로의 전이를 체계적이고 신속하게 지원하게 된다.

박람회 전문기업 동아전람은 바르고 유익한 건축정보를 제공하고 업체 마케팅 장소 제공 및 관련산업의 활성화를 위해 '2006 제16회 mbc건축박람회'를 지난 8월 17일부터 212일까지 5일간 지하철 3호선 학여울 역의 서울무역전시장에서 개최했다. 박람회에는 200여 업체 참가하여 총 2,000여 아이템을 전시됐다. '동아전람 사이버 건축박람회'와 병행해서 동시에 개최된 이번 전시회는 건축자재전, 인테리어전, 건축Renovation전, 전원주택전, 조명산업전, 건축공구전, DIY산업전, 가구전, 부동산 분양 및 펜션 정보전으로 펼쳐졌다.

지금까지의 전쟁은 주로 국가 및 군사 분야에 한정하는 경향이 있어왔으나 정보전은 기업은 물론이고 일반 개인에게까지 직접 관련이 되고 있다. 그러나 아직 까지 정보전에 대한 명확한 개념이 정립되지 않은 상태에서 정보전과 관련된 용어들이 난무하고 있어 일반인은 말할 것도 없고 정책 입안자나 군사 기획가마저도 많은 혼란을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 이러한 정보전에 대한 명확한 이해를 도모할 목적으로 정보전이 출현된 배경, 정보전의 정의 및 분류, 정보전의 특징 등을 살펴보고 몇 가지 쟁점들에 대해 논한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current right-turn operation at signalized intersections and suggest appropriate right-turn operation strategy. From field investigation, right-turn signals have not only operated various type and shape, lacking of consistency, but also there was no clear regulations or standards. It could increase drivers' confusion and cause vehicle-to-pedestrian accidents. In order to improve pedestrian safety, there is urgent need to study the regulations and standards regarding to right-turn traffic control. This study suggests appropriate right-turn signal operation strategy. In case of permissive right-turn operation, it should be stated on regulations that red light means right-turn vehicles must stop temporarily at the stop line and then turn right. Necessary conditions for installing right-turn signal for protected operation are that there should have one or more exclusive right-turn lanes and right-turn signal face should contain the lenses with three-color arrow indication. In addition, we assort right-turn operation types as permissive, protected and protected/permissive right-turn and suggest specific signal operation strategy by the types.

Purpose: The purpose of this convergence study is to examine the factors influencing disease related knowledge in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: A descriptive regression design was used and the participants were 100 patients with heart failure from one general hospital in 2015. Data analysis included .multiple regression. Results: The average scores were $9.59{\pm}1.77$ for disease related knowledge. The significant factors affecting disease related knowledge were severity(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), duration of disease diagnosis(year) (${\beta}=.30$, p=.003). The regression model explained approximately 17.3 % of disease related knowledge. Conclusion: The findings recommend that nurses have to improve health related knowledge of patients with congestive heart failure by considering severity and duration of disease diagnosis.

The tacit knowledge transfer cultivate the value and mount of tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge transfer plays the most important role for improving the competitiveness of the organization. Despite the tacit knowledge transfer is very important, the research related with tacit knowledge transfer has not been actively carried out. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer interfere with the tacit knowledge transfer. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer are lack of understanding knowledge experts, heavy over-work, insufficient compensation, trust shortage and knowledge stickiness. In order to overcome the barrier of the tacit knowledge transfer, it is necessary to promote knowledge broker. The knowledge broker is the foundation for the tacit knowledge transfer and the critical success factor for efficient tacit knowledge transfer. However, most research related on the knowledge broker had focused on the degree, centrality and density of the knowledge network. The framework is needed to performance indicator for diagnosing the tacit knowledge transfer. Therefore, we suggest the knowledge broker framework based on the social network analysis.

월경전증후군은 여성만이 경험할 수 있는 생리 전 불편감을 치료가 필요할 정도로 심각하게 느끼는 병을 말한다. 여성의 65%가 가벼운 우울감과 같은 생리 전 불편 증상을 호소하고, 20~40%는 월경 때마다 반복되는 치료가 필요한 정도의 다양한 증상으로 월경전증후군을 앓고 있다. 또한, 이들 중 2~9%는 사회적, 직업적으로 더욱 심각한 증상 때문에 치료를 받게 되는데 이를 월경 전 불쾌장애라고 부른다.

본 논문은 주파수 전이신호와 시간 전이 신호에 대해서 고조파 잡음 여기 방법과 시간 분리 여기 방법을 적용한 2.4 kbps 음성부호화 방법을 제안한다. 혼합 여기 부호화 방법은 주기 신호와 비 주기 신호를 효과적으로 표현하기 위해 하모닉 잡음 모델을 사용한다. 혼합신호에 대한 잡음 성분은 캡스트럴 분석 방법을 사용함으로써 추출되고, AR (Autoregressive Model) 모델에 의해 표현된다. 시간 전이구간 신호에서의 모호한 음성을 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 또 다른 방법이 제안된다. 제안된 시간 분리 방법은 시간 에너지 변화정도를 관찰함으로써 전이 시점을 감지하고 다른 시간 길이를 가지는 두 블록으로 분리하여 분석한다. 시간 분리 방법은 분석을 위한 비대칭 윈도우와 합성에서의 위상 합성 방법을 포함한다. 제안된 방법을 사용한 2.4 kbps 음성부호화 방법은 주관적 음질 평가에서 전이구간에서의 지각적 음질의 향상을 보여주었으며, 원본 음성 스펙트럼과의 고조파 비 매칭에 의한 윙윙거리는 기계적인 잡음을 감소시킨다.

문제 해결 상황에서의 전이 학습에 관한 연구는 실제 학습 장면에서 학생들이 문제를 좀 더 쉽게 이해하도록 하고, 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 학습이 일어나도록 한다는 점에서 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 학습 환경에서 학습 자료의 난이도와 예제의 사용이 전이에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 알아보고자 수행되었다. 첫 번째 실험에서는 문제 구조가 비교적 잘 정의되어 있는 확률 문제를 대상으로 하여 학습 자료 유형과 난이도가 전이에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 학습 자료 유형은 재인(recognition), 증명(verification), 유추(analogy) 세 가지 조건이었으며, 문제의 난이도는 피험자의 수행 평가를 기준으로 하여 세 가지 수준으로 조작되었다. 두 번째 실험에서는 학습 자료 유형과 예제(earlier example)가 전이 학습에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 실험 결과 학습 자료 유형과 난이도 각각의 주효과가 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 예제의 제시유무는 전이 검사에서만 경향성을 보였다.
