건축전기설비표준시방서 개정

  • 건축전기설비 표준시방서는 건축설비의 안전 및 공사시행의 적정성과 품질확보 등을 위한 표준적인 시공기준으로서 발주자 또는 설계등의 용역업자가 공사 시방서를 작성하는 경우 활용하기 위한 시공기준이다. 이번에 개정된 건축전기설비공사 표준시방서는 국제규격(NEC)등의 내용을 참조하여 종전 시방서의 수변전설비, 조명설비, 동력설비, 방재전기설비, 예비전원설비, 정보설비 부분에 대한 대폭적인 개정이 이루어졌다.

  • Recently, Contactless Power Supply(CPS) system has been broadly studied as a power supply system for Flat Panel Display(FPD) material transfer equipments. In mass production line, CPS systems on material transfer equipment are applied only in the straight sections with single operating vehicle. The formal CPS system was not adequate for curved section nor multiple operating vehicles. Therefore, this paper presents CPS system that consists of straight and curved section with multiple operation vehicles. The circuit topology of CPS system consists of full bridge configured serial-parallel resonant DC/DC converter. The control method for CPS system consists of duty control method on the primary power supply system to maintain constant resonant current. And the secondary power supply systems of multiple vehicles are self controled to maintain constant output voltage. Practically, the test result of dual vehicles on straight and curved section of material transfer equipments were satisfactory, and proved it's applicability on commercial use.

  • 형광램프는 일정전력을 소비하는 경우, 전원주파수 1[kHz]부근에서 전류는 최대 값을 램프전압은 최소값을 갖는 현상을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 원자레벨의 방전 모델식을 만들어 입자밀도와 전자온도의 변화를 수치해석을 이용하여 계산하고, 이를 이용하여 전원주파수에 따라 형광램프의 전류와 램프전압이 변화하는 현상을 이론적으로 설명하였다.

  • 본 논문은 인가된 전원 주파수와 파형이 형광램프의 광효율에 미치는 영향에 대해 다루고 있다. 실험결과를 살펴보면 각 파형별 전원전압의 주파수 변화에 따라 광효율은 완만한 증가를 하고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 25[kHz]에서의 각 파형별 인가전압에 따른 램프전압에 대한 FFT분석에 있어 파형에 따른 spectrum power 변화는 크지 않았으며, peak spectrum은 주파수 15[kHz] 부근임을 확인하였고, 차후로 좀 더 넓은 주파수 대역에서의 실험이 행해져야 할 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 EMTP / ATPDRAW를 이용하여 II-등가모델을 이용한 DC 전원 가압 시 과도현상 분석 결과를 제시하였다. T-등가모델 보다 II-등가모델이 정확히 우리가 원하는 고조파를 완전히 제거하지는 못하지만 간단한 직렬연결을 통하여 제거할 수 있는 고조파의 종류를 늘릴 수 있다는 장점 때문에 송전 설비의 추가적인 건설이 어려운 우리나라의 상황에 송전 설비를 최적으로 사용할 수 있는 적절한 방법이 됨을 알 수 있다.

  • Generally, high frequency switching DC-DC converter that DC power supply for discharge lamp drive to generate ultraviolet rays(UV) is acted by hard switching mode is used. Therefore in this paper, wish to mix first existent first-side status phase shift PWM DC-DC converter and posing secondary-side status phase shift PWM DC-DC converter by high frequency link DC-DC converter that use soft switching circuit technology and develop DC power supply for discharge lamp drive. DC power supply driving Discharge lamp proposed describe validity through simulation and an experiment.

  • This paper gives an assessment criteria and reliability improvement for high frequency power supply of high efficacy electrodeless fluorescent lamp. The electrodeless fluorescent lamp system consist of electrodeless fluorescent lamp, high frequency power supply and lighting fixtures. The high frequency power supply has a shortest life at the system. Therefore It is need th assess the Failure Rate or mean Time To Failure(MTTF) for the high frequency power supply of electrodeless fluorescent lamp system and improve the reliability at design. We suggest the assessment criteria and improve methods of the reliability on the design basis for the electodeless fluorescent system.

  • Diesel generator is most widely used for supplying of emergency electrical power. There have been extensive research efforts to develop ways to Ensure stable electrical power delivery to the loads using hybrid power sutures, such as power source, storage batteries, fuel cells and solar cells. Furthermore, as the role of these diesel generators for emergency electrical power supply has recently become very important, they should assure high reliability and flexibility according to the operation load. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce a controller to be used in diesel generator toenable tracking control of maximum power according to the load variation and suppressing high-order harmonics while maintaining stable frequency.

  • ITER 전원장치(CPS: Coil Power Supply System)는 핵융합 초전도자석에 전기를 공급하는 중요설비로서 컨버터의 고장이나 초전도코일에 이상발생 시 주요장치들을 안전하게 보호하여야 한다. 이를 위해 설계된 전원장치 보호계통(PIS: Plant Interlock System)은 Event 발생 시에 언제든지 작동하여 전원장치를 보호할 수 있도록 높은 신뢰도가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 ITER 설비의 중앙보호계통(CIS: Central Interlock System)과 전원장치 PIS의 계통연계 및 신호흐름을 분석하고, 신뢰도 계산을 위해 RBD(Reliability Block Diagram) 방법을 사용하여 PIS 모델을 구성한다. PIS 비가용도 계산은 Reliasoft사의 BlockSim 소프트웨어 툴을 사용하여 분석하고, 계산결과가 설계기준을 만족하는지 평가한다.

  • Failure and malfunction of the unmanned surveillance facility cost can lead to delays occurring until the person in charge arrives at the unmanned surveillance facility, and theft, damage, and information leakage damage caused by intruders. In addition, due to equipment failure and malfunction, additional costs are incurred due to constant inspection by the manager. In this paper, in order to compensate for the malfunction of unmanned facility costs, we propose a system that diagnoses the monitoring facility in real time, displays the contents of the problem, automatically restores the facility power, and informs the person in charge of the situation by text message. The proposed system is a surveillance facility consisting of main facilities such as video equipment (CCTV), sound equipment, floodlights, etc. And SMS server that can send text messages in real time. Through experiments, the effectiveness of the proposed system was verified.
