전술데이터링크 기술 표준화 동향

  • 미래의 전장환경은 기존의 플랫폼 중심전(PCW: Platform Centric Warfare)에서 센서로부터 들어온 디지털 정보를 타격체계에 곧바로 전달하는 Sensor-to-Shooter 개념의 네트워크 중심전 (NCW: Network Centric Warfare)으로 기본 패러다임이 급속히 바뀌고 있으며 네트워크 중심전 수행 능력의 기반이 되는 전술데이터링크의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 전술데이터링크는 1960년대부터 개발되기 시작하였으며 정보통신의 발전과 함께 무기체계의 디지털화 및 작전개념의 발전 등으로 다양한 전술데이터링크가 개발되고 있다. 현재 미군은 최신의 전술데이터 링크인 LINK-16을 다양한 무기체계에 탑재하고 있으며 연합작전 및 합동작전을 위한 전술데이터링크를 구축하고 있는 반면 아직 우리군은 각 무기체계별로 일부 선진국의 전술데이터링크를 도입하여 적용하고 있을 뿐 모든 무기체계에 적용 할 수 있는 표준 전술데이터링크 및 한국군 단독으로 작전을 수행하기 위한 전술데이터링크가 학보 되지 않아 미래 네트워크 중심전 수행이 미흡한 실정이다. 본고에서는 네트워크 중심전의 핵심인 전술데이터링크에 대한 전반적인 개념과 선진국의 주요 전술데이터링크에 대해서 알아보고 현재 한국군의 전술데이터링크 구축 현황 및 미래 한국군 전장환경에서 적용할 수 있는 한국형 전술데이터링크에 대해서 알아본다.

  • 현재 사격 및 전술훈련에 반드시 필요한 실전적인 소대급 이하에 적용 가능한 범용의 특화된 레이저 발사기를 활용한 사격 및 전술훈련 시스템의 개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사격 및 전술훈련에 필요한 개발 규격 및 사양은 군부대 표준규격을 적용하고, 개발 제품에 대한 성능평가는 군부대 및 경찰사격장 및 전술훈련장에 설치하여 사용자 요구사항을 기준으로 테스트 및 평가하여, 소대급 이하 전문 사격 및 전술훈련용 장비를 개발한다. 실질적인 소대급 이하 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 레이저 발사기, 격발장치, 감적장치, 각종 제어모듈 개발을 통하여 유 무선 송수신을 체계화하여 통합 제어 시스템을 구축함으로써, 실제 총기에 레이저 발사기를 부착하여 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 다양한 기술 확보를 통하여 관련 시장 선점 및 관련 산업활성화에 기대할 것으로 전망된다.

  • 새로운 전술 정찰장비의 개발은 미 공군 이외에도 미 해군과 해병대에서도 F-14와 F-18 전투기에 장착 가능한 전술 정찰용 장비의 개발이 추진되고 있으며, 영국에서는 Tornado를, 프랑스에서는 Mirage와 Rafale을, 이스라엘, 덴마크, 네덜란드 등은 F-16을 유인 전술 정찰기로 사용하기 위해 새로운 전술정찰 체계를 자체 개발하거나 합작 생산을 추진하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the customer's attitudes and behavioral responses, depending on the persuasion tactics of salespeople in customer service and meeting point. The tactics of persuasion of customer acceptance and purchase depending on the type of salesperson with proven effectiveness of even comes out to investigate what results according to the purchase form and the customer that the customer consumes gender. Results First, the tactics of persuasion tactics of coercive tactics to mention the loss of a salesman showed that increasing the degree of acceptance than non-coercive tactics to help consumers buy the information provided above. Second, coercive tactics to adjust the effect with respect to the degree of acceptance of the purchase of helping consumers to purchase in the online form has been proven to be more effective than non-coercive tactics case. Third, adjusted for gender effects were proven to help women with respect to the degree of acceptance of a consumer purchases more effective than men. That is, in consumer contacts, the persuasion tactics of salespeople depending on the customer's acceptance and purchasing intention showed that coercive tactics has the more positive impact on online forms and women.

  • Due to its self-configuring nature, the tactical mobile ad hoc network is used for communications between tactical units and the command and control center (CCC) in battlefields, where communication infrastructure is not available. However, when a tactical unit moves far away from the CCC or there are geographical constraints, the data link between two communicating nodes can be broken, which results in an invalid data route from the tactical units to CCC. In order to address this problem, in this paper we propose a hierarchical connectivity maintenance scheme, namely ADLCoM (Autonomous Data Link Connectivity Maintenance). In ADLCoM, each tactical unit has one or more GW (gateway), which checks the status of data links between tactical units. If there is a possibility of link breakage, GWs request ground or aerial unmanned vehicles to become a relay for the data link. The simulation results, based on tactical scenarios, show that the proposed scheme can significantly improve the network performance with respect to data delivery ratio.

  • ROK Forces operate Link-11, Link-16 and Korean Tactical Data Link System with Link-K(JTDLS: Joint Tactical Data Link System). As the change from Link-11 to Link-22 approaches, in the JTDLS Completed Business will be added tactical data link processing such as Link-22. In this paper, we propose the data management structure for data from multiple tactical data links. Also, we simulate to find ways to process a lot of data quickly using Shared Memory, In-Memory DB, Self Development DB in DLP, and then we confirm the result.

  • There is a tendency that next-generation tactical information network for the military has been developed from tactical environment based on commercial Internet technology to Tactical Internet(TI) of which purpose is providing various informations such as data, voice and image. On the other side, with an introduction of commercial information communication technology onto Tactical Internet had progressed rapidly on the basis of U.S. Army, threats and attack patterns against Tactical Internet have changed into various types gradually. In this paper, we will examine security factors and technologies to be considered in case of accepting Tactical Internet as a next-generation tactical information network, and discuss its countermeasures with those technologies for a basis.

  • To prepare for the network centric warfare, Korea Joint Tactical Data Link System(KJTDLS) has been developed by the South Korean military recently and its development is divided into two phases: basic and complete ones. Due to the limited bandwidth and low transmission efficiency of the developing KJTDLS (basic), lots of problems could be occurred when the TDMA protocol in Link-16 is applied. In this paper, a new dynamic TDMA frame structure for KJTDLS(basic) is proposed and the performance of the proposed is evaluated through the implementation of simulation.

  • A tactic manager which can change the behavior of a simulation model according to the tactic definition file has been studied and implemented. Based on the DEVS(discrete event system specification) formalism, we generated a simulation model which is equipped with the inter ace to the tactic manager. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the tactic manager, a target motion analysis simulation of the warfare between a submarine and a surface ship is simulated.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, the military's battle environment is changing greatly to network centric warfare in where weapon system is connected in a network and carries out mission by exchanging the real-time data. The core of the network centric warfare is Tactical Data Link(TDL) system, and subscribers of TDL exchange tactical information in real time through wireline, wireless and satellite network to share the battlefield situation. The amount of data sent and received through TDL inevitably increase as military's weapon systems equipped with TDL systems increase over time and the performance of communications equipment improves. This study proposes ways to improve the transmission speed and processing capacity of the TDL system by improving the Data Link Processor.
