본 연구는 CSDP-선체 CAD 시스템 개발'4' 세부과제의 일환으로 수행되었으며 세부과제는 선체 구조 설계 기능을 전산화하기 위한 목표를 설정하고 CSDP 연구사업의 첫해년도부터 지금까지 4년간 수행하였다. 1차년도('88년∼'89년)에는 그 당시까지 단편적으로 개발된 구조설계 프로그 램을 통합하여 살물선 중앙부에 대해 선급규정에 의한 종강도 부재의 배치 및 치수결정 프로그 램을 개발하였다. 2차년도('89년∼'90년)에는 1차년도의 연구결과를 힁부재 및 힁격벽 부재까지 확장하여 살물선 중앙부의 종강도 부재, 힁격벽 부재의 배치 및 치수결정 프로그램을 개발하여 살물선 중앙부의 구조설계를 지원하는 프로그램을 완성하였다. 3차년도('91년∼'92년)에는, 이 중선각 유조선에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 바, 동 세부과제에서도 조선소의 요구에 따라 대상 선박을 살물선에서 이중선각 유조선으로 확장하고, 기존의batch방식을 대화식으로 교체하여 선급규정(DnV, L1oyd)에 의한 종강도 부재의 설계 기능과, 간이 해석에 의한 대화식 이중선각 유조선 중앙부의 구조배치 및 치수결정 기능을 갖는 프로그램(ISSMID_T)을 개발하였다. 당해 연도인 4차년도에는, 3차년도까지 개발한 프로그램의 기능, 성능을 보완 확장하였고, 또한 조선 전용 선체 CAD시스템(AUTOKON)과의 Interface도 삼성중공업과 공동으로 개발하였다.

To utilize the fast developing computer technologies for the preliminary design of ships a software system is under development. This paper describes strategies and methods taken in the process. Three key elements are identified which should be well harmonized in the system. First one is the conventional CAE part which is made of separate naval architectural modules. Second one is the design methodology which studies design procedure and working methods of human designers. Third one is supporting technologies coming from the computing fields, which are necessary for the development of such a system. Based on the study about three key elements several strategies and methods for the system development have been specified. Also same findings made in this process are introduced.

With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the service quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to help user to manage interface and maintenance easily.

오늘날 많은 병원이 전산화를 통해 병원 경영을 개선하고자 병원정보시스템을 구축하고 있다. 병원정보시스템의 한 부분으로 간호사들의 업무수행을 지원하는 도구인 간호정보시스템은 환자 간호에서 효율성의 증가와 환자의 안전과 만족도가 증가하는 데 한 몫을 한다. 그러나 기존의 의료정보시스템에서는 전산 시스템과 실제 간호업무가 분리되어, 업무가 이중적으로 이뤄지고 있다. 이런 비효율적인 사례의 개선방법으로 PDA로의 업무 전환을 연구 하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 Online 시스템과, 데이터 동기화 기반의 Offline 시스템을 선택적으로 사용이 가능하도록 하여 모든 업무처리를 방문한 간호 현장에서 실시함으로써 시간 및 비용을 절감하고, 신속한 의사전달 체계를 확립함으로써 간호 업무의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 업무의 중복과 오류의 가능성을 줄일 수 있도록 할 것이다.

전염병 정보화사업은 1995년 콜레라의 집단 발병을 계기로 1996년부터 추진되었다. 교통의 발달과 국제교류의 증가는 전염병의 전파와 확산속도가 빨라져 국민건강을 위협하고 있으며 기존의 수작업만으로 정보수집 및 효율적인 전염병관리가 어려워 체계적이고 효율적인 전염병관리를 위하여 국가적 D/B 구축, 전염병관리의 의사결정지원자료 축적의 필요성 제기되었으나 독자적인 망 구축에는 막대한 예산이 들고 망의 운영과 유지관리를 위한 예산과 조직의 한계가 있는 상황에서 콜레라 발생을 계기로 보건복지부 방역과, 국립보건원, 국립서울 검역소, 경기도 6개 보건소 및 경기 및 인천 보건환경연구원을 실험적으로 연계하여 전염병 관리에 필요한 정보의 내용과 흐름, 자료 관리를 위한 기관별, 자치단체별 역할과 기능 등에 관한 개념 정립 둥 전산개발과 함께 제도정비 방안 등이 동시에 수행되었다. 이러한 실험과 연구 결과를 토대로 1998년부터 인터넷을 활용한 전염병의 신고 보고, 전염병관련 자료의 D/B를 통한 전염병의 발생 예측, GIS 등 전염병에 관한 모든 정보를 제공할 수 있는 portal site 구축을 위한 2단계 정보화사업이 정보통신부 지원 하에 시도되었다. 약 2년간의 작업 결과 전염병관리의 전산화 가능성이 확인된 후 전염병예방법을 개정하여 전산 보고의 제도적 틀을 만들고 2000년 8월부터 법정전염병은 전산 보고가 이루어 지고 있다. 일방적이 보고이외 전염병관리의 쌍방화를 위하여 각종 지령/정보의 전파, 각종 통계, 지침, 교육자료, 전염병관련 논문 등을 제공하고 있으며, 상담, 민원접수는 전염병 관련 정보의 전문화와 함께 국민과 호흡할 수 있는 시스템으로 운영될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 그러나 현재 사용하고 있는 WEB EDI가 가진 속도 문제, 응용프로그램의 문제로 신고 보고를 C/S 버전으로 전환하여 사용자의 편리성을 증진하고 있다. 또한 예방접종자료의 전산화를 통한 이상반응 관리, 접종주기 관리, 예방접종으로 관리할 수. 있는 전염병관리(Vaccine preventable disease), 학교에서 발생하는 전염병의 감시 등 전염병 포탈 사이트에 걸맞게 정보 내용을 한층 확대하고 있고 일선의료기관도 활용할 수 있는 시스템으로 발전시키고 있다. 이를 위하여 정보관리과도 신설하였다. 그러나 전염병관리의 전산화는 궁극적으로 전염병 자료의 지역화와 그를 통한 전염병관리의 분권화 및 지방자치화를 이루고자 하는 것이다. 기술적인 측면에서 전산망은 쉽게 만들 수 있으나 전염병관리의 개선과 그 정착은 1-2년간의 전산프로그램개발 작업만으로 달성되기는 어려우며 범국가적인 노력과 더불어 일선보건요원의 교육과 훈련 및 보건소장 등 보건관리자의 전산마인드 개발 등의 작업도 매우 중요할 것으로 사료된다.

In the Recent rapidly changing technology environment the computerization of administration business which is driven or will be driven to give improved information services to people by local government or central government with a huge budget. The possibility of applying GIS application component to the computerization of administration business is investigated to prevent local government from investing redundant money and to reuse the existing investment at this point of time. Land civil service application component was developed at the $\ulcorner Development of Open GIS Component S/W \lrcorner$ project which was managed by Ministry of Information and Communication . GIS application component was based on Open GIS OLE/COM specification for development of standard interface and USD(Unified System Development ) for development method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for system design and Visual C++ for component implementation. Implemented components were Process Control, Map, Print, Statistics component and were verified by using Visual Basic and Delhi. tis study shows that the development of component is very useful at the GIS application development for local governments. But the standard of business and data and system is the essential prerequisite to maximize business application.

현재 기업들은 거의 모든 부분이 전산화 작업으로 이루어지고 있으며, 기업의 중요한 업무는 모두 방대한 시스템이 사람을 대신해서 처리해 주고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 시스템 유지보수의 체계적인 프로세스에 대해서는 현재 연구된 바가 없어 쉽게 적용할 수 없는 문제가 존재한다. 재공학은 재사용하려는 소프트웨어를 분석, 재정의, 재문서화 등의 소프트웨어 역공학 방법을 통하여 좀더 효율적으로 소프트웨어를 분석할 수 있고, 순공학을 통해 문제점들의 교환과 새로운 구조와 시스템의 수정을 통해 더욱 경제적인 시스템을 만들 수 있다. 객체지향 어플리케이션의 Refactoring에서는 대표적으로 클래스간의 공통성을 추출하고, 이를 일반화시켜 추상클래스를 생성 및 삭제, 이동하는 과정을 통해 소프트웨어의 구조를 변경시켜 시스템의 성능향상을 도모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 재사용을 위한 실증적인 객체지향 Refactoring 기법을 제시한다.

최근 대학도서관들은 정보화 환경에 대한 능동적 대처를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 교수나 학생의 연구, 교육, 학습에 필요한 각종 전자 정보원을 한 장소에서 검색, 열람이 가능하고 대학의 구성원들에게 새로운 정보기술과 정보의 활용 능력을 교육시키기 위한 다양한 기능을 가진 하나의 복합 공간으로서 전자 정보실 또는 멀티미디어실(이하 멀 티미디어실) 등을 설치, 운영하고 있다 그러나 아직도 대학도서관 내의 멀티미디어실의 역할과 개념이 모호하다는 지적이 나오고 있다. 이러한 가운데 운영면에서도 표준 솔루션의 부재로 관리 전산화가 이루어져 있는 곳이 부족하여 인력 및 시간의 낭비가 초래되고 이용자 관리에 있어서 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 체계적인 운영이 이루어지지 않고서는 양질의 서비스 제공은 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 따라서 전국 대학 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 표준적인 멀티미디어실 관리 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 UML(Unified Modeling Language) 기반의 정보시스템 구축 방법론을 제시하고, 제시된 방법론의 유효성(effectiveness)을 검증하기 위하여, 본 방법론에 입각하여 동국대학교 경주캠퍼스의 멀티미디어실 업무 프로세스를 분석 설계하였다. 시스템 구현을 위해서, 데이터 베이스로는 Oracle RDBMS를, 개발도구로는 Visual Basic 6.0을 사용하였다 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템을 통하여 멀티미디어실의 효과적인 운영관리에 대한 기반정립에 기여하고, 향후 장기적인 발전계획 수립에 하나의 도구로서 사용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

The construction of golf courses has had adverse effects on the natural landscape and delicate ecosystem of Korea. Efficiency in planning and design was necessary to minimize the environmental impact of the original construction. However, the ordinal design methods have limited the data processing by the massive scale of the project of golf course development. Conventional design methods did not have a proper tool for alternative plans on pre-estimation of landscape destruction or minimizing of the environmental impact. Therefore, advanced computerized techniques need to be adapted for golf course design to solve the problems concerning the environmental impacts. Geographic information system (GIS) was applied on the process of geographical data input and analysis through the final outputs. Simulation works by the total database management enable the pre-investigation of the design In view of an assessment of environmental impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity calculation of engineering works by computer system should be guaranteed scientific, economic, and environmentally-sound.

Corporation's computerization developed by diffusion of internet, and dysfunction of Information is increasing greatly with virus, computing network infringement. Therefore, the today, corporation security is more and more emphasized. Security solution by that importance of security rises so is developing together Security solution is developing to ESM system in existing single system and important thing is function of each security solution and optimizing design of policy. Existent security policy taking a serious view security from external invasion but security of interior the importance rise the today. Accordingly, must construct ESM system of new structure for this. This paper proposes and embodied integration security administration system that solidify interior security utilizing IDS. Experiment external IP and ID access and analyzed the result.
