Human resource management is bringing the various changes with the IT technology. In particular, if HRM is non-scientific method such as group management, physical plant, working hours constraints, personal contacts, etc, the current enterprise human resources management(e-HRM) appeared in the individual dimension management, virtual workspace (for example: smart work center, home work, etc.), working time flexibility and elasticity, computer-based statistical data and the scientific method of analysis and management has been a big difference in the sense. Therefore, depending on changes in the environment, companies have introduced a variety of techniques as RFID card, fingerprint time & attendance systems in order to build more efficient and strategic human resource management system. In this paper, time and attendance, access control management system was developed using multi camera for 2D and 3D face recognition technology-based for efficient enterprise human resource management. We had an issue with existing 2D-style face-recognition technology for lighting and the attitude, and got more than 90% recognition rate against the poor readability. In addition, 3D face recognition has computational complexities, so we could improve hybrid video recognition and the speed using 3D and 2D in parallel.

장기 송변전설비계획 수립 및 최적 계통운용을 위한 각종 검토업무를 위해서는 현재 운영중인 기설 전력계통 구성요소와 함께 향후 건설예정 설비의 전력계통 구성요소에 관한 제반자료가 필수적으로 소요되며, 이들 자료에 대한 정합성 및 통일성 유지가 매우 중요하다. 그러나 한국전력공사(이하 한전)에서는 이러한 자료가 활용목적 등의 차이로 인해 부서별로 관리대상이 다르며, 자료의 수집 및 관리업무가 전통적인 수작업 방식으로 이루어짐에 따라 업무 능률성, 자료갱신 적시성, 자료의 정확성 측면에서 개선해야할 과제로 여겨왔다. 본 논문에서는 최근 한전의 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning, 전사적 자원관리) 구축과정에서 송변전설비 전력계통 구성요소 관리시스템을 구현함에 있어 단편적인 자료 관리기능이 아니라, 설비의 계획으로부터 건설, 운영, 폐기에 이르는 전 과정에 대해 PLM (Product Lifecycle Management, 수명주기관리)기법을 적용하여 해당분야에 획기적인 개선을 이룩한 사례를 기술하였다.

Recent logistics environment is changing rapidly. A wide variety of customer requirements, IT skills development and the globalization of enterprise management is a major factor. In particular, Logistics cost savings is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, companies gain competitive advantage for logistics distributed within the organization to manage resources efficiently integrate ERP enterprise resource management program, a new tool for companies to be competitive, attention was given. In this paper, work orders, purchasing, production management and quality management to provide a systematic and efficient logistics of ERP implementation strategy is proposed.

In this paper, we propose a API Gateway technique for the expansion of human resource management module, one of the ERP functions. The institution has introduced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on its efforts to transform all human and physical resources into business competitiveness and its response to the digital knowledge informatization environment, and listed it as multiple success factors. Human resource management is one of the factors that have been dealt with. However, ERP's Human Resources Management Module remains in the role of functional personnel management. How to utilize human resources begins with navigating and recognizing human resources. The proposed API Gateway technique leverages blockchain networks to design and implement APIs for human resource sharing and navigation, including the possibility of extending ERP's human resource management module. Secondly, it was designed and implemented using a smart contract that behaves like an API for preventing information forgery. The proposed method will not only be used as a tool that can actively utilize human resources, but will also be a complete resource for utilizing big data technology.

철강산업에 많은 기업들은 기업내에 인적, 물적자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해 컴퓨터 시스템인 전사적 자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning, 이하 ERP)를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. ERP 시스템을 개발하는 개발사는 자사의 솔루션을 글로벌 시스템으로 개발하기 위해 기업의 환경과 다양한 국가의 세법을 연구하여 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 "S" 사의 "M" ERP 시스템을 분석하여 국가별로 세법과 환경이 다른 사용자들의 요구사항을 해결하는 시간을 절약하고 초기 시스템 구축의 '확장성'이 떨어지는 현상을 Form Setup 방식을 이용해 개선한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 논문은 효과적인 물류 Process를 위해 일본의 도요타에서 만들어진 JIT(Just-In-Time) Process를 이해하고, 이를 SAP R/3 System을 이용해서 구현함으로써 물류 Lead Time 감소와 재고비용 감소에 얼마나 효과적인지를 분석한 다음 향후 실증연구를 위한 연구 모형과 검증 가설을 제안하였다.

Our middle manufacturing industry need a master data management solution to adjust the changing industry environment effectively. In this paper, we development the master data management solution which has an user interface to use conveniently and has a standard data architecture for the efficient connection among various systems. Also this solution composed of the automated connection module which can make an intermediate language based on the standard data architecture and composed of the extensible production data management to improve the extensibility. This solution can provide an efficient progress information of work which was not managed by officer until now as well as can provide stable system building when we want to extend the system.

본 논문에서는 경제의 글로벌화를 반영하는 세계적인 현상인 국제회계기준 채택에 대하여 회계 관련사항을 내재하고 있는 기업의 전사적 관리 소프트웨어인 국산 ERP 시스템에 대하여 세금처리의 투명성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법론적 모델을 해외 ERP의 장점을 통하여 연구한다. 국제회계기준은 기업요소에서 가장 중요한 자본의 국제적인 이동이 기본적 사항으로 기업의 소재지에 대한 국가표시와 관계없이 재무제표의 정보가 투명하고 비교 가능하도록 국제적으로 단일한 회계기준이 사용을 요구한다. 이러한 환경 변화에 따라 국제회계기준(International Financial Reporting Standards: IFRS)의 필요성과 중요성이 확대되어지고 있으며 국제회계기준위원회(International Accounting Standards Board: IASB)의 영향력까지 강화되어지고 있다. 본 논문은 국제회계기준에 맞춘 회계처리 부분의 투명성 향상 모델을 연구하기 위하여 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 국산 ERP 소프트웨어 프로그램에 대하여 국제회계기준과 상반되는 현상을 유발하는 기준이 되는 부분을 상호 보완할 수 있는 해외 ERP 소프트웨어 프로그램을 기반으로 기업 시스템을 분석, 구현한다. 국산 ERP 시스템의 국제회계기준 처리와 관련된 단점은 송장의 수정, 삭제가 용이하며 수정, 삭제 후 이력이 남지 않는 부분이다. 이 부분은 국제회계기준에서는 신뢰성에 대한 중대한 문제를 유발하므로 외산 ERP패키지의 장점인 수정과 삭제 단계가 계층적이며 수정, 삭제를 하더라도 필수적으로 이력전체가 저장되는 시스템을 연구하며 특히 세금처리 부분이 상이한 점을 보완하기 위한 모듈을 추가한다. 수정, 삭제에 대한 이력관리는 담당자의 전문적 능력평가와 동시에 실수와 오류부분에 대한 통계를 통하여 관리의 향상성을 추구하여 투명성이 향상된 모델 구축에 활용할 수 있다.

오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.
