인터넷이 발전함에 따라 사람들은 필요로 하는 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 찾을 수 있게 되었다. 또한 세계화가 급속히 이루어지면서 개인이 속한 사회의 크기가 커지고 다양한 역할, 관계 속에서 정보추구행위가 빈번히 일어나고 있다. 그러나 개인의 다양한 사회적 역할에 따른 대학원생의 정보추구행태에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 대학원생들을 대상으로 이들의 사회적 역할에 따른 다양한 정보추구행태에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 정성적인 연구 수행을 위해 국내외 선행연구 분석을 하여 인터뷰 질문 문항을 신분, 전반적인 정보추구행태, 선호하는 정보원과 그 유형, 검색과정과 만족도 등 4가지로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 대학원생들이 처해 있는 다양한 사회적 역할 속에서의 경험이 전반적으로 정보추구행태에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze characters and determinant factors of the life satisfaction of the older adults with disabilities so as to provide suggestion for improving the quality of life. I used the data on 8th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). The total number of respondents was 452, 126 respondents of one-person households and 326 respondents of multi-person households. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 24.0 program and utilizing $x^2$test, ANOVA, logistic regression analysis. First, The characteristics of older adults with disabilities was man, married, mild disorder, physical external disorder, non-basis living security recipient, unemployment and the level of life satisfaction was 3.27. Second, The one-person households group showed female, non-married, severe disorder, lower acceptance of disability, lower health status, higher help daily living activity, higher discrimination experience, unemployment, lower income, basis living security recipient, lower position than multi-person group. Third, acceptance of disability, health status, social activity, religion were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of one-person households. And acceptance of disability, health status, position were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of multi-person households. Base on the results of this study, suggested for improving the quality of life of the older adults with disabilities.

This research surveyed college students in Korea on their satisfaction for e-book services provided by university libraries. Their usage behavior was investigated, and the satisfaction rate for e-book usage and its service quality were analyzed to comprehend the status of e-book usage. The analysis showed that overall satisfaction for e-book service of university libraries was 2.93 on average. Moreover, the more frequently a student used the service, the more satisfied the student was; junior/senior-level and graduate school student groups showed higher satisfaction for e-book service than freshman and sophomore students. The most influential factor for satisfaction based on the e-book service quality was the content of the service, followed by the library support service system. Based on the findings, reinforcement of library public relations and user education, and the maintenance of the variety and up-to-date status of the contents were proposed to stimulate future university library e-book services.

As the living standards are improving, the interest in wine is getting higher and its consumption is increasing. Accordingly, this study is designed to find out how wine is selected depending on cooking methods when a customer selects wine by Western menu. For the purpose of this study, the customers who have used Western restaurants in hotels in Seoul area were selected for the survey from November 1 to November 30, 2011, and 177 copies of the questionnaire were used for analysis. As a result of analysis regarding the difference in satisfaction with wine selection by sex, women were analyzed to have a higher intention than men. In the satisfaction of customers by age, the older people responded to generally have a higher degree of satisfaction. In the satisfaction of customers by monthly income, the ones who earn more than 11 million won a month were identified to have a higher degree of satisfaction than those who earn 3 million won a month.

Mobility as a Service(MaaS) is an integrated mobility service that enables flexible reservation and payments for various transportation services on one platform, including existing public transportation. To popularize MaaS, users need to be satisfied with the service, and the factors that lower satisfaction need to be improved. In this study, the structural equation model was used to identify the influence of factors on the overall satisfaction level. Improvement plans to increase user satisfaction were derived based on importance-satisfaction analysis and the decision tree model. The analysis revealed the level of connectivity in MaaS apps to be a significant factor that needs to be improved for a higher user satisfaction level of MaaS

본 연구는 병원을 이용하는 외래환자들의 불만족요인과 만족요인들을 조사하여 보다 높은 고객만족 경영을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대전에 소재하는 일개의 종합병원 외래환자를 대상으로 2011년 10월 24일 1일간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 총 160부의 설문지를 배포하여 144부를 통계분석자료로 이용하였다. 연구결과 행정지원부문의 특성 중 전반적 만족도와 타인추천 의향에 대하여 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 접수 수납 절차의 신속 간편성인 편리성으로 나타났으며 검사실 외래 진료대기실의 쾌적성도 공통으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과 고객을 만족시킬 수 있는 고객지향적 병원경영시스템을 구축 운영한다면 병원의 경쟁력은 향상되고 병원의 지속가능성은 높아질 것이며 고객만족경영이라는 경영목표도 달성될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

This study was conducted to compare job satisfaction and factors related to job satisfaction between permanently and temporarily employed dietitians in school foodservices in the Gyeongsangnam-do area. A total of 204 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The average age, length of employment, and monthly wage of temporarily employed dietitians was significantly lower than those of permanently employed dietitians. However, there was no significant difference of overall job satisfaction between permanently and temporarily employed dietitians, although the average pay, welfare benefits, and promotion factors for permanently employed dietitians was significantly higher. Work and pay factors had significant effects on the overall job satisfaction of permanently employed dietitians, while work factors and work atmosphere had significant effects on the overall job satisfaction of temporarily employed dietitians. In conclusion, there was a significant difference in overall factors related to job satisfaction between permanently employed dietitian and temporarily employed dietitians. The pay, welfare benefits, and promotion condition of temporarily employed dietitians should be improved to ensure the efficient management of the school foodservice workforce in the future.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the user satisfaction of 'the Presidential Web Record Service' using a proposed model of the user satisfaction index which consists of contents quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, user's royalty and compliant are also measured in this study. This study shows that satisfaction of contents quallity and system quality influence significantly on the user satisfaction. And contents quality, service quality, user satisfaction show a significant relationships to user's royalty.

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of individual virtues and couple's virtues on marital satisfaction. Virtues are the core characteristics valued by moral philosophers and religious thinkers: wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence. Couple's virtues are the virtues being shared by husband and wife. In the current study, subjects consisted of 107 married couples living in Seoul and local areas in Korea. Each member of the couples was asked to fill out the questionnaires including short version of Values in Action-Inventory of Strengths(VIA-IS), couple's VIA-IS which is made out of VIA-IS to suit couples, and General Dissatisfaction Scale(GDS). Actor-Partner Interdependence Model was applied to assess the couple variables that are inter-dependent by nature. The results showed that couple's virtues had greater effects upon marital satisfaction than individual virtues did. The significance of possessing couple's virtues rather than individual virtues was discussed.
