This study aims to deane prototypes of professional librarians as well as their job requirements by analyzing international demands for librarianship. Demands analysis starts with examining librarian job posting websites in the US, UK and Canada, followed by inquiring incumbent librarians in Korea. As for the job requirements. the study parallels definitions by IFLA and ALA with job announcements by hiring institutions. As a result, we identified 21 professional librarian prototypes by subject(7), task(12) and object(2), and defined the job requirements as 1) MLS or equivalent school knowledge with undergraduate degree of library science, and/or at least six years of relevant business experience, or 2) at least nine-rear experience as a second-level full-time librarian with two-rear experience and/or professional training in the job relevant field.

진화 알고리즘이 최근 게임의 전략을 설계하기 위한 방법으로 많이 활용되고 있다. 이 방법은 후보 전략들이 서로 경쟁하면서 보다 나은 전략을 스스로 찾아나가는 방식으로 체커의 경우 마스터 수준의 컴퓨터 프로그램이 생성되기도 했다. 진화방식은 전문가의 도움을 최소화 하면서 높은 수준의 게임 전략를 생성해 낼 수 있다는 장점이 있는 반면에 손쉽게 정의될 수 있는 널리 알려진 전문지식을 찾는데 매우 많은 세대를 필요로 하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 잘 정리되어져 있는 체커의 오프닝 마무리 지식을 진화 과정 중에 이용하여 진화의 속도와 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 일반진화와 종분화 진화 각각에 대해 전문지식을 삽입한 후 결과를 비교해 본다. 실험결과 종분화 진화에 전문지식을 삽입한 경우가 가장 좋은 성능을 보였으며 전문지식의 사용이 진화의 속도 및 성능 향상에 기여하는 것을 확인하였다.

본회(회장 오세을)는 지난 14~16일 2박 3일간 제주도에서 종계 부화농가 대상으로 제10기 전문육계 CEO 과정 교육을 진행했다. 종계부화농가의 합리적인 세무회계방법(진일회계법인 임기완 대표(공인회계사 세무사)), 육종트렌드에 따른 종계사양관리((주)체리부로 중앙연구소 김종택 소장), 종계질병진단 및 관리방안(우성양행 전용휘 수의사)에 대한 강연이 진행되었다. 또한, 종계부화산업 발전방안(농축유통신문 김재민 국장), 닭고기자조금사업 활성화방안(닭고기자조금관리위원회 심순택 위원장)에 대해 주제 발표 후 본회 종계부화위원회 연진희 위원장이 좌장을 맡은 가운데 농림축산식품부 축산경영과 김영민 사무관, 본회 이홍재 부회장, 닭고기자조금관리위원회 심순택 위원장, 농축유통신문 김재민 국장, (주)고려비엔피 한 장혁 전무가 종계부화산업 발전방안에 대해 토론회를 진행하였다. 이번 토론회로 종계부화인들의 목소리가 정책에 반영되길 기대하며 위기를 관리하고 대체할 수 있기를 바란다.

Analyzing out the Key Tasks and Developing the Professional Type of National Librarians through Job Analysis was made, because improving the professionalism of librarians is the strategy of survival in the competency based society. It is composed of 22 duties, 216 tasks of national librarian job and 96 key tasks is extracted among them. As the results, 12 types of professional librarian which is composed 10 function oriented types, and 2 user oriented types, is suggested: collection development librarian, cataloger taxonomist, information service librarian, reading coach, research librarian of international standards, database & system manager, international work librarian, national support librarian, marketing librarian, library literacy librarian, children' librarian, handicapped service librarian.

The purpose of this study are to analyze tasks of the public librarians through Job Analysis ('DACUM') and to survey the demands of professional librarian (professional librarian types), As the results, In public libraries, technical services (classification, cataloging etc.,) is reduced, while reading, culture (continued education), and information service are increased. Also, we identified 5 types of professional librarian which is composed 4 function oriented types, and 1 user oriented types, is suggested : reading coach, cultural service librarian, external work librarian, computing support librarian, children librarian.

화인테크주식회사(대표 심규호)는 형광램프용 전자식안정기 등 등기구를 생산하는 제조업체임과 동시에 에너지절약사업을 펼치는 ESCO이다. 94년 6월 설립된 이래 많은 어려움을 겪었지만 이제 그 난관을 모두 극복하고 전문회사로서의 자리를 굳혀나가고 있다. 2000년 2월에는 1, 2종분야 ESCO로 등록하여 조명개체사업을 활발히 펼쳤고 3년차가 되는 올해에는 그 동안의 실적을 바탕으로 더 큰 도약을 준비하고 있다. 활기로 가득찬 화인테크의 ESCO사업본부를 찾아가 본다.
