This paper is about a study on human resource management for information security in the age of information warfare. this study reviewed the current status of human security resource forces for information warfare and derived problems of current practices of various organizations. Based on the analysis of the current practices the author suggested several ideas for solving the problems various. The suggestions include 1) establishment of security manpower concept, 2) set-up of manpower requirement, ideas, 3) establishment of systematic educational system, 4) standardization, etc.

The importance of Industrial Security is continuously growing along with the rapid development of convergence technologies. Accordingly, it is expected for the gap between the supply and demand of industrial security professional personnel to grow every year. In order to reduce the supply and demand of industrial security, it is important to not only train professional qualifications but at the same time, secure a professional qualification acquisitor. In this regard, South Korea has introduced the Industrial Security Expert qualification as a non-governmental qualifications ince 2010. From 2017, promoted as nation-certified qualification and has supported activities as expert in industrials ecurity field. However, it is reality that Industrial Security Expert qualification has not yet to be recognized as professional qualification in the field of industry, have low rate of utilization as academic research is also shown the sign of stagnation. Based on these background, this research set goal in deducing a activation method for industrial security professional qualification concentrating on Industrial Security Expert qualification. The analysis on operation condition of Industrial Security Expert qualification and related precedent research was conducted and raised four types of activation method, which are organizational aspect, certification system improvement and operation aspect, certification acquisitors' utilization aspect and professionalism enhancement aspect.

공장자동화를 추진하기 위한 중요한 구성요소는 설비기기들이다. 작업관련 설비기기들의 관리를 효율적으로 함으로 현장에서의 작업이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있다. 이러한 설비기기들의 현 상황을 지금까지는 대부분 작업자에 전적으로 의존하여왔는데 작업자가 일일이 확인하고 관리하기에는 시간적 낭비와 관리의 일괄성이 없어 효율적 관리가 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 자동창고, 무인반송차등 물류설비와 수평형, 수직형 Machining Center와 같은 공작기계들의 정지, 가동, Set Up상태등 기기 현황정보를 수신받아 컴퓨터 화면으로 항상 확인하므로써 보다 편리한 상태감시를 할 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용해 외부 정보데이타를 시각적으로 나타내고 관리하기 때문에 컴퓨터에 대한 전문적 지식이 없는 작업자라도 기기상태를 용이하게 파악할 수 있고 설비기기들의 수리 및 교체상황등 이력관리를 데이타베이스화하여 정확하고 체계적으로 관리한다.

아웃리치 서비스는 이용자에게 도서관에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 높이고 내부적으로도 새로운 활력을 불어 넣어주는 장점이 있다. 때문에 공공도서관 및 대학도서관에서는 이미 많은 선행연구와 사례들이 개발되어 왔다. 이 연구는 아웃리치 서비스에 대한 개념과 의의에 대하여 명확히 하고, 타관종의 아웃리치 서비스와 국내외 전문도서관 운영사례를 조사 분석함으로써, 전문도서관 아웃리치 서비스의 개선방안과 추진전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

ESCO사업은 진단에서부터 출발하지만 그 종착역은 사후관리에 있다. 우리가 만난 많은 에너지사용자들은 ESCO사업 추진동기를 ''사후관리''때문이라고 말하는데 주저하지 않았다. 그만큼 다른 일반 사업에 비해 ESCO사업에 있어서 사후관리는 중요하다는 이야기가 된다. 지난해 ESCO편집부에서 취재한 ''화제의 ESCO현장''중에는 당시 사업이 완료된 곳도 있었지만 진행중인 곳도 있었다. 이번 호에는 사후관리의 중요성을 강조하자는 취지에서 사업의 후기를 들어본다. 대부분의 현장은 ESCO사업 실시에 대해 긍정적이었으며 원활한 메인티넌스가 확보되어 만족한다는 답을 해왔다. ESCO사업의 긍정적인 측면을 보는 것 같아 안심이다.

BAT Korea's Factory is the one of the major projects that clearly confirms and demonstrates that Construction Management (CM), provided by a Korean CM Company to the foreign clients, enables them to successfully complete projects; with savings in time and reduction in cost, which it is $15\%$ lower than the cost of the overseas construction. Also, throughout the thorough schedule management, it was possible to commence with manufacturing one month after the completion date. The Key Success Factors was generated by the excellent construction management skills, and more importantly by the confidence gained by the client in giving a CM company full authority for the construction management of the project. This study has focus on elements of construction management applied to this project throughout the concept of 'One Stop Shop', including cost managements, contract management and value engineering etc. We hope that this study will provide useful data to enable public clients to take advantages of construction management, in a similar way to. the private clients, who have already implemented CM actively.

작년 8월 28일 에너지이용합리화법 시행령 및 시행규칙이 개정 시행됨으로써 에너지절약전문기업의 등록기준이 개편되었다. ESCO투자사업이 지금보다 더욱 발전하기 위해서 정부에서도 ESCO사업을 활성화시키기 위해 다각적으로 노력하고 있는데 이의 일환으로 새롭게 개편된 것이다. 이에 에너지절약전문기업 등록기준을 개편하게 된 취지 및 주요 개편 내용과 함께 지난달에 지식경제부에서 개정 공고한 에너지절약전문기업 관리규정의 개정 내용을 알아보고자 한다.

국방 정보의 실시간 공유와 변화관리를 위해 자원관리분야 정보화사업 초기에 선행 사업으로 모든 국방정보화사업의 모체가 되었어야할 조직 및 정원관리체계를 이제야 그 중대함을 인식하여 소요제기 전력화 단계에서 분석과 설계, 시험 및 평가를 통해 전략적 변화관리와 SO 및 e-Business에 맞는 시스템을 구축하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
