Samsung Aerospace Ind., Ltd. (SSA) has been involved in gas turbine and turbomachinery businesses since 1980. An overview is given of its gas turbine overhaul, parts manufacturing, and industrial turbo machinery businesses. It is hoped that interested people will find the current status and capabilities of Korean gas turbine industry as represented by SSA's Gas Turbine & Turbomachinery Division.

In Overseas case, most tunnels in under are or through the river are constructed with shield TBM and the manufacturer orders of related equipment suitable for the project are mode. Accordingly, the client provides the specifications required for the equipment manufacture. In addition, TBM equipment has been operated by those who have completed the expert training program, which for minimizing the risk of equipment operation in construction field corresponding to the mechanized construction. However, in Korea, such a system related to above the program and specifications has not yet been built, which is causing a lot of difficulties in construction field. Therefore, this study investigated the differences in bidding guides provided by mechanized construction in domestic and abroad, and the professional education programs for expert training being conducted from overseas. Futhermore, we will propose the guidelines of essential equipment specification contained in domestic bidding and provide the necessary manual for the professional education program for TBM as the mechanized construction method.

To improve and modify the problems in Maritime Traffic Safety Audit(MTSA) Scheme, "Maritime Safety Research Center(MSRC)" in Korea Ship Safety and Technology Authority(KST) was designated as specialized institute for MTSA through general revision of "Enforcement of MTSA"(March 2012). However, the roles of the MSRC such as preliminary review of safety audit report, comments on target project and etc. had not been defined clearly on the related maritime safety laws compared with other specialized institutes in other similar audit scheme. In this research, the improvement strategies were proposed for development of specialized institute through SWOT analysis, gathering the opinion from related professions and also comparison with the roles and current status of operation in other similar specialized institutes. In conclusion, the 'Screen & scoping system', 'Consultant system' were proposed for efficient operation of the MTSA Scheme, and the systematic and operational improvements such as a revision of maritime safety lan and etc. were also suggested for integrated management about costal development works, development of specialized institute.

농업용수관리자동화사업의 시행은 수자원관리 중에서 용수절약 및 유지관리비 절감을 위해 도입된 용수관리 개선방안 중의 하나이다. 현재 대부분의 수리시설이 수원공 관리인과 수로감시원의 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 2004년 수리시설물의 관리비 집행내역을 살펴보면 시설유지비 54.2 %, 개보수비 34.2 %, 적립금 및 기타 비용이 11.6 %를 차지하고 있다. 이 중의 시설유지비는 인거비의 상승으로 1999년 41.4 %에서 2004년 54.2%로 증가되었으나 개보수비는 같은 기간에 41.5 %에서 34.2 %로 감소된 것으로 나타났다(농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보, 2005). 따라서 농업용수관리자동화는 시설관리비와 개보수비의 절감 그리고 적정한 용수관리에 의한 용수절감을 위해서 더욱 확대 보급할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용수관리자동화 사업이 추진되어 운영되고 있는 충주지구를 선정하여 총사업비, 인건비, 유지관리비(통신료, 전력사용료 등), 수선유지비, 기타비용 등의 비용과 인력절감효과, 용수절감효과, 재해경감효과, 공익적효과 등의 편익을 분석하였다. 농업용수관리자동화시설에 대한 비용-편익 분석을 한 결과, 경제적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 사업의 시행을 위해서는 시설에 대한 교육, 전문인력의 보충, 운영 및 유지관리비의 투자가 병행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

In this study, we present how our assistive technology service worked in the public funds delivery system through the center of professional assistive technology in Gwangju. In detail, among total 253 applicants for assistive device support business for disabled, 28 clients and 28 clients failed to get the support because of self-withdrawl and insuitability, respectively. The left 225 clients finally got the chance to use the assistive device; especially, 28 clients will get the alternative device which was recommended through the assistive technology professionals. Therefore, this work is believed to be a good example of how mediation of professionals in assistive technology center leads to the efficient use of public funds.

전기공사는 전기공사업법에 의거 전기공사업을 등록한 자에게 발주하여야 하며 도급받은 공사업자는 전기공사업법, 전기설비기술기준, 설계도서에 적합하게 시공하도록 하고 있지만, 일부 발주관서에서 전기공사를 정보통신공사업 등 다른 공사업종으로 발주하는 사례가 있어 관계법령에 의한 전기수용신청에 애로 요인이 될뿐 만 아니라 전문적인 시공능력이 결여된 자에게 시공을 의뢰할 경우 부실을 초래하여 국민의 생명과 재산에 심각한 위협이 되고 있는바, 이와 같은 폐해를 사전에 예방하고 전기공사의 설계 및 적법한 시공업체를 선정할 수 있도록 기본적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In this era of smart convergent environment wherein all industries are converged on ICT infrastructure and industries and cultures come together, the information and communication construction business is becoming more important. For the information and communication construction business to continue growing, it is very important to ensure that technical manpower is stably supplied. To date, however, there has been no theoretically methodical analysis of manpower supply and demand in the information and communications construction business. The need for the analysis of manpower supply and demand has become even more important after the government announced the road map for the development of construction business in December 2014 to seek measures to strengthen the human resources capacity based on the mid- to long-term manpower supply and demand analysis. As such, this study developed the manpower supply and demand forecast model for the information and communications construction business and presented the result of manpower supply and demand analysis. The analysis suggested that an overdemand situation would arise since the number of graduates of technical colleges decreased beginning 2007 because of fewer students entering technical colleges and due to the restructuring and reform of departments. In conclusion, it cited the need for the reeducation of existing manpower, continuous upgrading of professional development in the information and communications construction business, and provision of various policy incentives.

독일, 미국, 일본 등 세계 주요 선진국운 도금전문 중소기업들이 각 산업분야의 첨단 핵심부품의 기능화, 신기능-신제품 창출에 크게 이바지하고 었으며, 도금 및 표면처리 관련 전문연구소와 전문고굽 기술인력이 정부 및 사회단체의 지원으로 끊임없이 관련 기술의 연구와 개발에 여념이 없으며, 관련업계와의 교류에 있어서도 활발하다. 특히 도금설비, 자동화장치, 폐수처리 등 도금관련기술에 1970년대부터 연구개발을 시작 하여 실용화하고 있으며, 최근에는 분자규모 표면제어기술과 제 4세대 도금기술(저가 격-고품질-환경융화-개성화)의 연구 및 상품화를 구축하고 었다. 또한, 도금약품 분야 도 오랜 공업화 역사와 강력한 기초산엽을 기반으로 하여 고효융, 고성능화를 설현 실용화단계에 접어들었으며, 설비자동화와 함께 세계적 환경문제와 관련된 무공해, 저 공해화의 연구를 통해 세계시장을 지속적으로 선점하고 있는 실정이다. 국내의 경우, 근대 공업화의 늦은 출발과 수출을 통한 산업발전에 기인된 대기업 중 심의 산업구조, 그리고 수출목표 지향의 제품생산, 조립위주 등의 원인으로 산업기반 기술인 도금기술과 이와 관련된 기초, 핵심기술이 여전허 낙후되어 있으며, 해외의존 도에 있어서 지리척으로 가까운 일본의 영향이 크고, 기타 선진국으로부터 기술도입, 원자재수입에 의해 영위되어 오고 있는 실정이다 또한 영세성 소규모 업체로 구성되어 기술개발 자체도 수요의 한정 및 연관 산업과의 정보부족으로 실효성이 적으며­관련 전문 연구기관, 연구장벼 및 전문 기술인력이 선진국과 비교하여 절대 부족한 현실에 놓여었다. 연구시설, 연구인력의 절대부족, 기초연구 재원 및 국가적 전략지원 연구 및 기본 INFRA 구축이 부족한 국내 현실을 인식하여 한국기계연구원에서는 업계가 직면하고 있는 표면처리 관련기술 제반문제에 대한 실질적이고 다양한 내용 즉, 기술지도 및 지원, 기술훈현 및 연수, 품질-시험 인증을 위한 실험.측정장비의 구입 및 업계와의 공동활용, 국내.외 최신기술 정보자료의 수집과 신속제공, 국내.외 전문가 초청 활 용, 미래 지향적 목적활용 기초연구사업 수행, 미래기술 동향예측 및 홍보 등을 통해 서 국내 도금기술의 기술자립 및 고도화를 위한 여건마련을 위하여 노력하고 있다.

In recent years, the specialized construction industry has undergone major construction and major industries, and without considering the technical expertise of construction works, the construction industry is promoting the integration and establishment of specialized construction industries according to convenience and abolition of their own industries. As the reorganization plan causes confusion in the production structure and lacks persuasive power by aiming only for industry simplification, it is judged to be desirable to review it according to the detailed characteristics of the specialized construction industry. In this study, -to review the reorganization of a rational classification system that considers the specific nature of the specialization of specialized construction projects, the classification of construction works, major work contents and characteristics, technical expertise, and problems of largescale industry in the case of painting construction and landscaping construction was analyzed. Based on this, aspects to be considered when reorganizing the current professional construction industry classification system are identified and reasonable improvement plans for each industry are suggested.
