Social and economic polarization such as the collapse of self-employed people and job losses are becoming social problems due to the COVICD-19 crisis, and the role of social enterprises in providing social services to vulnerable people in various business sectors is very important. Social enterprises are complaining of difficulties in sustainability due to the hybrid nature of creating social value and economic value. Support for professionals matching the business sector of social enterprises is urgently needed for sustainability, but support for professionals is very insufficient due to insufficient budget. This study studied how specialized personnel affect the sustainability of social enterprises through the medium of social enterprise characteristics, indicating that specialized personnel affect the expansion and sustainability of the corporate main business sector. Based on the above findings, practical implications of social enterprise financial support projects were presented.

한화제약(주)는 1976년 창립된 이래 계속해서 국민의 건강증진을 위해 힘써온 치료의약품개발 전문기업이다 한화제약(주)는 최근 제2의 도약기를 맞이하고 있다. 2005년에는 스피드경영을 위해 웹기반 통합정보시스템을 도입했고, 2008년에는 cGMP(미국우수의약품관리기준)공장을 준공해 신규시장 개척에도 힘을 기울였다. 특히 최근에는 R&D투자확대, 지역 대학 및 연구기관과의 산학협력 강화 글로벌 기업과의 연계를 통한 신약개발 등 다양한 활동으로 '글로벌 헬스케어 전문기업'을 향한 비상을 준비하고 있다. 한화제약(주)가 이렇게 성장할 수 있었던 데에는 직원들의 안전을 기치로 한 '한화가족' 경영마인드가 크게 작용했다는 것이 임직원들의 공통된 의견이다. '한화가족' 경영마인드를 바탕으로 한 다양한 안전활동을 펴고 있는 한화제약(주)를 찾아가 봤다.

In order to continue to grow in response to the rapidly changing industrial environments, companies must retain technological innovation capabilities and enhance market competitiveness. When competition is intensifying for creating new businesses and developing new products through technology commercialization, creating and utilizing technology convergence performance is an important means to create new competitiveness. However, there has been a lack of effort to systematically understand the level of technology convergence performance of the enterprise and to understand its relationship with management performance. In this paper, we develop a new analytical index by segmenting the technology convergence into patent variety, balance and disparity using patented IPC code information based on the concepts presented in existing diversity studies. In addition, 4,522 patents granted for three years between 2013 and 2015 by 219 KOSDAQ companies belonging to the domestic ICT convergence industry were analyzed to demonstrate that the level of technology convergence performance is positively related to sales growth rate in 2016.

일본의 공정취인위원회는 지난 1977년부터 일본 경제에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 6대 대규모기업집단에 대한 기업집단 내의 소유지배관계, 자본$\cdot$인적 및 상품에 대한 내부거래 현황, 그리고 대규모사업추진에 따른 상호 협력관계 등 멤버기업간의 결합 실태를 조사하여 왔다. 이 글은 공정취인위원회가 지난 1996년 1월부터 1997년 6월 30일간에 결산기가 도래된 기업을 대상으로 한 제6차 경영행태 조사의 결과를 요약$\cdot$분석하여 일본 공정취인협회가 발간한 $\lceil$공정취인$\rfloor$(1998년 12월호)지에 게재한 것은 전문 번역 게재한 것이다. 우리나라에서도 대규모기업집단의 선단식 경영에 대한 폐해(물론 장점도 있지만)와 공정거래 위원회의 부당한 내부거래의 제재에 대한 논란이 이루어지고 있기 때문에 양국의 재벌급 기업집단의 경영 형태를 비교$\cdot$검토함으로써 정책 운용에 참고가 될 수 있도록 하였다.

In this study, the relationship between R&D investment and firm value was approached from ESG's G(governance) perspective to verify the moderating effect of the corporate governance and ownership structure. To this end, a panel analysis was conducted on a total of 2,825 samples of 405 manufacturing companies listed on the KOSPI market during 2013~2020. The main analysis results are as follows. First of all, we found that R&D investment has a negative impact on firm value, at least in the short term, and that these relationships are moderated by corporate governance and ownership structure. When professional CEO with high level of expertise in business and management does lead R&D investment, the negative impact of R&D investment on firm value is mitigated compared to owner-manager. Also, the stronger the power of outside blockholders, the more transparent the management and disclosure of information, alleviating the information asymmetry between internal and external shareholders, which mitigates the negative impact of R&D investment on firm value. The findings suggest that the factors of ESG may not only have a direct impact on firm value, but also have a moderating effect on firm value.

바야흐로 스마트 시대가 도래했다. 스마트폰, 태블랫PC 등 스마트기기의 등장은 현대인들의 생활에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 스마트폰 하나만 있으면 언제 어디서나 원하는 직업을 할 수 있는 꿈같은 일이 현실로 다가온 것이다. 이런 시대적인 흐름에 따라 관련 산업도 큰 변화를 겪고 있다 각종 스마트기기에 들어가는 부품을 전문적으로 제조 유통하는 기업들이 속속 등장하고 있는 것이다. 이런 기업들 기운데 업계의 남다른 주목을 받고 있는 곳이 오늘의 주인공인 (주)티피에스이다. 2003년 창립된 이곳은 스마트기기의 카메라 이미지센서에 장착되는 적외선 차단용 필터기판을 전문적으로 생산하는 기업이다. 갤럭시 S3 S4, 갤럭시노트2에 설치된 필터의 대부분이 이곳 제품일 정도로 업계의 반응은 매우 뜨겁다. 물론 이곳이 단순히 제품생산에만 주력하고 있다고 생각하면 오산이다. 국내 특허 등록 및 출원 21건, 국제 특허 등록 2건 등 상당한 기술력도 갖추고 있다. 특히 지난해에는 '대구스타기업'으로 선정되면서 대외적으로 성장가능성을 인정받기도 했다. 설립된 지 불과 10여 년 만에 (주)티피에스가 이처럼 괄목할만한 성장을 할 수 있었던 원동력은 무엇일까. 이곳 관계자들은 그 밑바탕에 안전이 자리잡고 있다고 입을 모아 말한다. 근로자들의 안전을 확보해 나가면서 경영활동을 한 것이 '우수한 제품'이라는 결과물로 나타났다는 것이다 안전경영의 모범을 보이고 있는 (주)티피에스를 찾아가 봤다.

This study explores the effect of open innovation activities on innovation performance by dividing into two dimensions of breadth and depth of open innovation activity, and it also verifies the mediating effect of technical protection between open innovation activities and innovation performance. In order to examine the hypothesis, it has surveyed 1,403 companies of manufacturing and service with experience in producing innovative results. The results find that the breadth of open innovation activities has a positive effect on the achievement of radical innovation, and the depth of open innovation activities brings a positive effect on the achievement of incremental innovation. The verification result of the mediating effect of technology protection indicates that partially mediated between the breadth of innovation activities and radical innovation activities, and in the case of the depth, it is completely mediated. The results of this study provide the crucial implications not only for the company promoting open innovation, but especially also for the companies promoting product innovation by acquiring technology.

In order to commercialize technology, Korea is continuously fostering specialized institutions for technology transfer/commercialization, and it is composed in various forms. However, there are limited studies on corporate performance according to the type of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institution and the type of support. This study aims to measure the combined utilization performance and performance of companies that have adopted the technology by classifying the types of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions. To this end, a study was conducted on 380 companies that promoted the introduction and use of external technologies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the more the combined use of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions has a positive effect on corporate performance, and has different effects on corporate performance depending on the items of external technology introduction. In addition, it was found that the earlier the industrial growth stage is, the higher the corporate performance. Through this study, implications of strategies for the use of specialized organizations for technology transfer and commercialization and introduction of external technologies of the company were presented at the corporate level.

시설경비 절감과 국가에너지 절약사업에 일조하기 위해 최근 5년 전부터 에너지절약프로그램을 적극적으로 시행하고 있는 SK텔레콤은 오는 12월에 준공할 예정인 대전 둔산지점 신사옥과 10월 준공예정인 을지로 신사옥 본사에 자사에서는 최초로 ESCO사업을 활용한 에너지 절약설비를 설치했다. 대전 둔산 지점은 ESCO자금 7억2천5백만원으로 빙축열냉방시스템을 설치하고 본사에는 29억8천6백만원을 투입해 흡수식 냉동기, 빙축열시스템을 설치한 것. 이 설비로 인해 각각 연간 약 1억원과 4억원의 에너지절감효과를 기대하고 있다. 부분축열방식을 도입한 대전 둔산지점을 찾았다.
