Expert Testimony in Litigation of Sexual Violence against People With intellectual disabilities (지적장애인 성폭력 사건 재판에서 전문가 참여제도 활용 실태)

  • This study analyzed the use of expert reports in the investigations and trials of cases of sexual violence against people with intellectual disabilities. A total of 670 alleged sexual assault cases against victims with intellectual disabilities were analyzed. Results showed that 97.5% of the cases included at least one expert report. In most cases(91%), the expert reports of statement validity assessment were included. Additionally, doctor's note (41.1%) from obstetricians and Psychiatrists, intermediary reports(36%), and expert witnesses(psychologists') reports (9.5%) were included. In 80 cases (44.4%) of the 180 cases in which a victim' statement credibility was in question during the trial, judges cited the expert's reports of statement validity assessment as the basis for the judgment on the reliability of the victims' accusation. The frequency of citing the report was higher when the victim was under the age of 13, or when the defendant was found guilty. Regrading the report content, the evaluations of criteria-based content analysis(CBCA) was most frequently cited, while the victim's psychological status, cognitive limitation, as well as possibile contamination of victim's account, were also mentioned in the ruling statements. Results showed agreement between experts' statement validity assessments and judges' determinations in 79 cases out of the 80 cases Finally, this study discussed ways to utilize expert options.

  • 최근 데이터의 양이 많아지고 다양해짐에 따라서 데이터를 활용하기 위한 데이터 마이닝에 관한 관심이 중대되고 있다. 데이터 분석을 위한 수집 데이터에는 수집 과정에서 분석가가 원치 않은 데이터 잡음이 발생하는 경우가 있고 그 데이터가 다른 데이터들과 같은 가중치로 데이터 마이닝에 반영되는 경우 예상과 다른 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 데이터 분석 시 데이터와 전문가 의견이 고려된 데이터 엔트로피(Entropy)를 사용하여 잡음 데이터를 다를 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가의견을 이용한 전문가 의견 목록을 만들고 이를 데이터와 비교하여 유사한 정도에 따라 각 데이터에 가중치를 부여한다. 그리고 이 데이터를 활용한 의사결정나무(Decision Tree)를 사용하여 기존 데이터를 이용한 의사결정나무 보다 데이터 잡음의 영향을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 학습자의 학습 활동에서 수집된 학습 행위 데이터를 사용하여 실험하였다.

G/T Experts' Recognition on Educating ICT Core-competencies for Gifted Students in Science (과학영재를 위한 ICT 핵심역량 교육에 대한 전문가 인식 조사)

  • In this paper, we attempted to provide the bases of effective educational programs for fostering ICT competencies of gifted students in science. For this purpose, we tried to answer the questions like 'What are the ICT core-competence for gifted students in science?' and 'How can we educate those competencies effectively?' We started by reviewing existing studies on ICT competencies for talented people in future society and then adopted one[6] as the basis for further validation. We tried to work with as many G/T experts as possible, and decided to use the online survey methodology because the experts are scattered all over the country. The survey was sent to the corresponding person who is in charge of G/T education in each area, and then e-mailed to G/T experts in that area. Through these procedures, three hundred four(304) G/T experts from all around the country participated in this survey. The results showed the followings: (1) G/T experts agreed with the importance and necessity of ICT competencies for gifted students in science; (2) G/T experts agreed with the validity of three core ICT competencies, which are 'knowledge and skills competence, creativity competence, and characteristic competence,' for gifted students in science; (3) G/T experts agreed with the validity of educational goals, which are suggested for fostering each ICT core-competence of gifted students in science; and (4) G/T experts regarded 'product-oriented education' and 'ICT device-oriented education' as important and effective types of education programs for fostering ICT competencies of gifted students in science.

An Internet-based AHP Group Decision Making System (인터넷 기반의 AHP 집단의사결정 시스템 개발)

  • AHP는 원래 단일 의사결정자의 분석도구로 개발된 다속성 의사결정기법이지만 복잡한 시스템에 대해서는 여러 전문가가 참여하는 집단의사결정에 많이 쓰인다. AHP를 집단의사결정에 이용하기 위해서는 첫째, 전문가들의 의견을 종합하는 방법론의 문제와 둘째, 신속하고 정확한 의견수립의 도구문제가 해결되어야한다. 이 논문에서는 전문가들이 제시한 비교행렬들로부터 하나의 중요도(combined priority)를 구하는 베이지안 방법을 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반에서 AHP의사결정에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 의견을 수립하고 분석할 수 있는 의사결정 시스템을 제시한다. 개발된 시스템의 구성 및 특성을 설명하고 가상의 의사결정 문제를 통하여 시스템의 기능과 사용방법 및 화면설계 등을 예시한다.

  • 전문가 내지 구성원의 주관적인 의견에 의존하는 방법의 하나인 델파이법(Delphi Method)은 관련자료가 불충분한 중.장기 예측, 전략결정 등에 이용되고 있다. 이 방법을 더욱 발전시킨 퍼지 델파이법(Fuzzy Delphi Method)은 델파이법에 퍼지숫자(fuzzy number)의 개념을 도입하여 정확한 예측을 하고자 하는 것이다. 또한 이러한 예측치가 삼각 퍼지 숫자(Triangular Fuzzy Number)로 주어져 불확실성에 대한 예측과 의견종합을 쉽게 하며, 전문가에 의해 추정된 삼각 퍼지 숫자의 입력을 토애 그 추정치들의 비유사도(Dissemblance Index)와 퍼지거리(fuzzy distance)를 계산하고 간단한 그래프를 다시 전문가에게 피드백(feedback)할 수 있도록 나타내어지는 과정을 code화하여 전문가들로 하여금 다양한 정보를 통하여 좀 더 정확한 추정치를 예측하고자 한다.

A Study of 2nd Test Improvement Methods for Master Craftsman using Poll (설문조사를 통한 기능장 2차검정방법 개선방안 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 기능장 2차 실기검정방법에 대한 개선을 하기 위해 전문가들을 통해 사전설문조사를 하여 기준을 마련하였고, 2차 설문조사는 응시자, 예비응시자, 취득자, 전문가들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과 2차검정방법 개선에 대한 필요성은 3.65점이상으로 필요에 가까운 의견을 주었고, 면접추가에 대한 의견도 사전설문조사에서 나온 의견(3.83점)에는 3.72점이상으로 만족에 가까운 의견을 제시하였다. 사전설문조사에서 나온 결과와 같은 결과를 얻은 종목은 28 종목 중 17종목으로 61%이었다. 면접이 추가된 종목은 2종목, 다른 형태를 가진 종목은 6종목, 새로운 검정방법으로 분류된 종목은 2종목이었다.

Mathematics education experts' perception of information literacy in mathematics education (정보 리터러시에 대한 수학교육 전문가들의 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to discuss information literacy in mathematics education by comparatively analyzing mathematics education experts' perception of information processing and information literacy in mathematics education. We collected mathematics education experts' opinions using the modified Delphi method and focus group interviews, then analyzed their responses with an analytic framework through a constant comparative method. Even though we used different methods, we could compare their perceptions under the common themes. The findings are in three-folds. First, most experts focused only on the use of technological tools or statistics as a way of developing information literacy. In addition, even though mathematics education experts recognize the need for information literacy in mathematics education, their definition and meaning of information literacy somehow varied. Secondly, teachers as practitioners emphasized social competency which could be developed through information literacy. Thirdly, they asked for concrete and systematic plans for school practice in order to well develop information literacy in schools. Even though there were some differences in their perception of information literacy in mathematics education in terms of their prior experiences and background, it is very meaningful that there were commonalities among their perceptions which would allow us to find the ways of developing information literacy in mathematics education.

  • In this paper, we forecast launching time of the commercial IMT-2000 service as feb. 2001, according to expert’s opinion, and most of they forecast rapid evolution. And, we propose two different models according to two cases for competition power of price for IMT-2000 service subscriber demand forecasting. In this paper, we combine the expert’s opinion method with the growth curve model for demand forecasting for new products in order to reduce error of the demand forecasting that haven’t past references. The estimation of needed coefficients for each growth curve model is based on experts’ subjective opinions.
