This study investigates the rising issue of verbal violence at non-facing channels. Focus Group Interview(FGI) was conducted to examine verbal violence occurred during emotional labors in real-life cases. In addition, the distribution of verbal violence in the conversation was confirmed through a new big data technology called Speech Analysis(SA). The result findings highlighted the two perspectives as below. First, verbal violence occurred through calls, is classified into personal insult, swearing/verbal abuse, unreasonable demand, (sexual) harassment and intimidation/threat. Second, Speech Analysis result exhibited the most frequently appeared verbal violence were personal insult and swearing/verbal abuse. Informal language use and speaking in disrespectable manner was the highest rate in personal insult category. Moreover general cursing was the highest rate in swearing/verbal abuse category. In particular, the rate of using curse language was the highest in overall cases of verbal violence. This study summarizes the types of verbal violence that occur in non-facing channels and suggests a need for further investigation on how verbal stress affects working environment for emotional labor.

먼 미래의 기술로만 여겨졌던 홀로그래피 기술이 모두의 기대보다 빨리 현실로 도래할지 모른다는 전망이 종종 등장하고 있으나 우리의 기술적 현실에는 아직 해결해야 할 어려운 숙제들이 산적해 있다. 그러나 응용 분야의 특성과 디지털 홀로그래피 기술의 특성을 고려하여 우선 상용화 추진이 가능한 유망 분야를 도출한다면 디지털 홀로그래피로의 진화를 용이하게 할 것이다. 본고에서는 홀로그래피 기술의 현 주소를 짚어보고 1) 상용화를 위해 고려해야 할 사항, 2) 상용화 유망 분야, 3) 상용화 가능 시기를 도출하되, 홀로그래피 기술을 개발해온 전문가와 잠재적 이용자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 통해 정성적으로 다양한 가능성을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 또한 이들 집단 간의 의견을 비교함으로써 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다.

최근 교통에 대한 관심도 환경보호와 건강의식이 강화됨에 따라 차량 중요성이 강조되던 시대에서 보행자의 안전과 편리중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 그러나 최근 수년간 발생한 교통사고 사망자 중 40%가 보행자이고, 이 수치는 OECD에서 가장 높은 수준이다. 본 연구는 방재디자인기반의 보행자 안전사고 예방을 위한 횡단보도 안전표지디자인 가이드라인 연구로 디자인 전문가 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 디자인 문제점을 발견하고 현재의 횡단보도안전표지를 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This Study aims to change and expand present traffic regulation from the human driver to Automated Vehicle(AV), we conducted an in-depth interview(IDI) into the traffic regulation service's strategy for an AV-related information consumer group(AVs and service developers) and a manager group (an information service management agency). The IDI results confirmed several important opinions and requirements for an information service by regulatory information manager groups (enough for AV development), such as a systematic need for dynamic regulatory information and a unified information management system. Also, we find out implications about adopting the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in traffic safety facilities to provide dynamic regulation information on the roads.

This study aims to develop a valid self-report scale for the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. To this end, conducted were in-depth interviews with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, consultation with experts, and a survey. First, literature review and the in-depth interview with individuals with psychiatric disabilities were collected questionnaires regarding the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. Second, preliminary research 1 focused on the selection and modification of the items collected in the first research. Final 44 items were selected by the verification of the importance and content-validity of items under the advices of professionals. Lastly, preliminaty research 2 applied cross-validation method to the data from 524 cases in order to verify the factor structure and concept-validity of the items. The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that 5 factor structures are the most appropriate, and the confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the Self-reporting Scale of Community Integration for the person with psychiatric disabilities consists of 27 questionnaires which compose 5sub-concepts such as'psychological integration','physical integration', 'social support', 'social integration', 'independence/self-actualization'. Moreover, this scale was significantly related to the 'Life Satisfaction scale for the person with psychiatric disabilities'. This proved concurrent validity of the scale.

본 연구는 대학 경호 교과과정에 대한 실제적 차이에 대하여 문화기술적 방법인 면접을 통하여 심층적으로 분석하는데 있다. 서울에 위치한 사기업에 근무하는 4년제 대학졸업자로 3년 이상의 실무경력자를 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료수집과 분석과정에서 연구진실성과 윤리성에 대해 전문가를 통해 지속적인 검증을 받았다. 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 활용성부분에 있어 무도 및 스포츠관련 교과목이 비서 및 의전관련 교과목 보다 상대적으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 비서 및 의전관련 교과목에 대한 중요성을 강조하였다. 둘째, 교과과정의 프로그램의 필요성에 있어서 남성은 전문가 양성과 전공의 세분화를 강조하였으며, 여성은 여성학, 의전, 상류계층의 문화와 관련한 프로그램을 강조하였다. 셋째, 교과과정의 이론과 실무사이에 차이에 대하여 사경호에 대한 교과과정의 전문성의 차이점을 강조하였다.

Despite the recent importance of interdisciplinary convergence research, little has been studied on the detailed experience while conducting convergence research in Korea. To deeper understand challenges and overcoming in convergence research and to suggest an administrative system for it, by analyzing researchers experience and cognition while conducting their actual convergence research, in-depth interviews with 16 full-time faculty members with expertise in convergence research and research administration in a university and analyzed the interviews by using the paradigm model of grounded theory. The results show that the core phenomenon researchers experienced is that "convergence research is not being effectively conducted," and they experience growth in research through pursuing efforts and improving research atmosphere in various aspects. Based on these findings, we made several suggestions for promoting convergence research.

Facing aged society, long-term care insurance for senior citizen has been introduced in Korea since 2008 in order to take away care burden from family. Daycare Center is one of the institutions developed by the idea of social care. Noticing many problems around adult day services (ADS) such as low quality of services and lack of running sources, this paper would suggest the norm of day care center in terms of community cohesive facilities. In addition, to find out the future vision of ADS, interviews with 10 experts are also analyzed. The result is that new health care program would be community-friendly, tailor-made, communication-based and intergenerational one.

This study is a qualitative study to understand the meaning and the nature of catharsis experienced by the participants of the psychodrama group. Participants were four experts who had a long history of participating in the psychodrama group. In-depth interviews were held one by one from February to June 2018, and each interview took 1-2 hours. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. The result is four categories and eight theme clusters. Intrinsic structure is represented by 'physical purification', 'psychological stability', 'cognitive insight', 'Spontaneous expansion'.

Broadcasting contents market is changing back of a smart TV appearance recently. This study proposed a contents industry view and government policy direction. We accomplished an depth interview with expert of Broadcasting Content Production Support. The data analysis method executed the content analysis. The research results presented in a three direction.
