A lot of colleges have made continued efforts to help freshmen adapt themselves to a new school life and environment and build a decent relationship with faculty and other students. Therefore, this study attempted to figure out the effectiveness of team teaching(team teaching by academic advisor, standard textbook-centered guidance vs. autonomous mentoring) on strategic cultural curriculum as a way to help freshmen adapt themselves to a school life. For research subjects, 31 enrolled freshmen and 5 professors from a college in Chungbuk were selected. In terms of research tools, 'Communication Competence Assessment Sheet' provided by Strategic Cultural Curriculum Development Team and a simple questionnaire on 'curriculum satisfaction, adaptation to school and intimacy' were applied. For data analysis, paired t-test, independent samples t-test and rating scale were conducted. The study results found the followings: First, according to analysis on the effects of two different types of team teaching on the goal of strategic cultural curriculum('improvement of communication competence'), significant effects were found in a standard curriculum(textbook)-centered team. Second, when adaptation to a school life(school adaptation, intimacy) perceived by the students who completed the strategic cultural curriculum according to two different types of team teaching curriculum was analyzed, significant changes were found at standard textbook-centered guidance team. Third, this study has examined other changes, satisfaction, opinions and perception(strength, weakness, opinions for improvement) on the curriculum perceived by the students(learners) and faculty regarding about team teaching curriculum. Based on these results, educational implications of this study were reviewed. And a suggestion and limits were presented.

교통신호제어는 교타로상에서 유입 차량들을 관제할 뿐만 아니라 교통사고를 예방 하는 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 최근에는 네트워크의 최적화 도구로도 활용되는 추세에 있다. 1950년대 후반 신호제어에 대한 Webster의 제어전략이 발표된 이후 관련 학자들에 의해 몇 개의 신호제어 전략들이 발표되었지만, 이들 전략들은 대부분 비포화시를 반영하는 전략 들이었다. 그러나 최근의 도심 가로망들은 근포화나 과포화 등 극심한 교통혼잡을 겪고 있 기 때문에 이에 부합하는 새로운 신호제어전략이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 차원 의 신호제어전략을 수립하기 위한 첫 번째 연구로서 혼잡시를 고려한 2가지의 새로운 교통 신호제어전략을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 신호전략은 과포화시 차량들의 대기행렬을 수용할 수 있는 접근로의 수용용량을 고려한 전략이며, 두 번째 전략은 overflow에 의한 차량들의 지 체시간을 최소화시키는 전략이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 2개 신호전략과 새로운 전략들을 예제 가로망을 대상으로 서로 비교, 평가하였으며, 신호제어전략이 통행배정모형(traffic assignment)과 결합하는 경우 유일해(unique solution)가 존재하는지(monotonicity condition)도 검토하였다.

본 논문은 고성능 스토리지를 사용하는 환경에서 대규모 그래프를 분석을 위한 GPU 기반 그래프 분석 엔진의 I/O 최적화 전략을 제안한다. 사전 실험을 통해 최신 GPU 기반 그래프 엔진인 RealGraph^GPU 가 고성능 스토리지의 대역폭을 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있음을 발견하였다. 이를 개선하기 위해 (1) User-space I/O, (2) Asynchronous I/O 두 가지 최적화 전략을 적용하였으며, 실험을 통해 두 전략이 RealGraphGPU 의 그래프 분석 성능 향상시키는 데 효과적임을 확인하였다.

전략물자라 함은 군전용의 물자만이 아닌 민수품까지도 포괄하는 개념으로서 분쟁국가나 국제평화를 저해할 우려가 있는 국가로 수출이 되어 군사력의 과도한 확장에 이용되지 않도록 하기위한 제도가 전략물자 수출통제제도이다. 국제사회에서 안보와 평화를 위한 규범으로 시행되고 있는 전략물자 수출통제 강화 추세에 적절히 대응하지 못할 경우, 우리 업체의 피해는 물론 국가 이미지에 심대한 타격을 받을 수 있으므로 우리나라도 정부 · 기업이 역할을 분담하는 방향으로 전략물자 수출통제 강화방안이 마련되었다. 본 고에서는 기업리스크 관리를 위한 전략물자 무역관리를 위해 한국무역협회에서 발간한 '알기 쉽게 풀어 쓴 전략물자 무역관리' 내용을 발췌하여 연재한다.

, Korea's popular television comedy program cast the strategy of making fun by word game interweaving meaning and nonmeaning and started to making fun by narrative game. So called Digital Narrative strategy seems to reflect the changes of social trends. Getting verisimilitude by detail description, parody realism, hierarchy of word body naked, anxiety for influence or star cameo seems to be principal strategy. With a minute realism strategy, new method of making meaning appropriate to digital era seems to appear.

The purpose of this study is to research the effects of English reading strategies on English reading comprehension by Korean college students. Reading strategy use was assessed through Oxford's self-report questionnaire in reading strategies. This study has three research questions. The first question was to investigate some reading strategies used by college students. The second question was to investigate the differences in reading strategies between two groups in gender. The third question was to investigate the differences in reading strategies of three college student groups according to their English proficiency estimated by reading scores. Some major findings of this study are as follows. First, college English learners use memory strategies most frequently of the six strategies, while using metacognitive strategies least frequently. Second, there exists a significant difference in reading strategies between the gender group. Third, there also exists a significant difference in reading strategies among the three groups divided according to English proficiency. This study shows that students' reading ability can be strengthened and motivated by some reading strategies in reading practice. It also means that it is necessary for English teachers to take into consideration the reading strategies suitable for the students in their reading classes.

최근 기후변화로 인하여 풍수해의 발생빈도가 높아짐에 따라 자연재해 예측에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되는 추세이다. 또한 풍수해와 관련하여 정부 및 지자체에서 재해지도를 작성하고 있으나 각 기관의 특성에 따라 개별적으로 재해지도를 시스템으로 제공하고 있다. 결국 호우, 산사태, 바람 등 각각의 재해에 대해 여러 시스템에서 자료를 제공하고 있기 때문에 필요자료, 지역 등에 따라 사용자가 시스템을 찾아 이용해야하는 불편이 존재하며 전국이 아닌 일부 지역만 제한적으로 제공되고 있다. 또한, 각 기관에서 제공되는 자료의 종류와 제공형태가 시스템별로 다르기 때문에 사용자가 추가적인 작업을 해야하는 단점이 존재한다. 국민안전처에서 추진하는 '풍수해저감 종합계획'의 활성화를 위해서 통합적인 재해지도 제공 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재해관련기관에서 현재 제공되고 있는 시스템에 대한 활용자료, 구성도 등의 조사, 분석을 통한 연계 전략 수립을 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 풍수해 피해예측지도의 공동활용을 위한 표준연계모듈 적용방안을 제시하여 추후 풍수해 피해예측지도 구축 및 피해예측지도 작성에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Medium and Small Firms have faced complex and dynamic environments that have been attributed to increases in the globalization and competitiveness of the global economy. To success in this environments, Medium and Small Firms should set up management strategy and introduce strategic performance management system. And, the strategic performance management system are modified to fit in management strategy. The purpose of this study is to find out firstly, whether management strategy types affect the organizational performance and the intensity of the types makes a difference on the performance and secondly, whether the evaluation system or the degree of utilizing the system affects the organizational performance and finally, whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. In this paper, we categorize the type of strategy for Medium and Small Firms in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Daegu areas, and study whether Firm's performance can be improved by designing appropriate strategic performance management system.

오늘날 아웃소싱의 사상과 전략은 여러 형태의 새로운 정보전략 및 비즈니스 전략을 창출해 내고 있으며 그 적용 영역에 있어서도 특정 정보시스템 분야에서 일반 경영 측면으로까지 확장되어 가는 추세이다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 다양한 범위의 아웃소싱 스펙트럼 모두에 적용되는 성공 요인으로 파트너쉽을 도출하고 이것과 아웃소싱 성공과의 관계를 살펴본다. 특히 파트너쉽의 다섯가지 속성인 신뢰도, 협력도, 의사소통, 계약조건의 명확도, 갈등정도 등이 아웃소싱 성공의 여러 차원인 전략적 이익, 경제적 이익, 업무 만족도 등에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다.

금융가격별 지표의 변동성 증가에 대처하려는 보수적 투자가들이 이용할 수 있는 매력적 방안의 하나가 보험부 투자기법이다. 그러나 이 투자유형은 설계에 상당한 신축성을 보이며 이는 동시에 투자성과 구조의 신축성으로 반영된다. 주요한 설계차원의 하나가 위험투자의 손실발생시 보상차원이다. 여기에 일반적 보험개념을 적용할 때 투자가가 직면하는 선택문제의 하나는 부분보험계약형 투자설계시 공제부보험형 전략과 공동보험형 전략간의 선택이다. 일반적 보험 이론에서는 전자가 후자에 대해 우월한 유형이라는 것이 밝혀져 있다. 본 연구는 이를 보험부투자에 응용할 때도 양 전략간에 어떠한 우월관계가 존재하는 지 알아보려 시도했다. 이를 위해 효율성 평가기준의 하나인 간편한 확률적 지배기준을 적용하였으며 분석결과는 생산적이었다. 두 전략 각각의 기대수익률의 확률분포를 대상으로 기대수익률이 상대적으로 공제부보험형 전략에서 공동보험형 전략에서보다 상대적으로 높거나 최소한 같은 경우에 전자가 후자를 지배하며 그 반대조건인 경우에는 양 전략간에 우열관계가 나타나지 않는다는 결과를 얻었다.
