2013, 달라지는 클라우드 컴퓨팅

  • 개념적으로 존재하던 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 본격적으로 심화되면서 기업들의 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 개념과 생각에도 많은 변화가 생기게 되었다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 구축이 더욱 가속화되는 가운데, 그로 인한 비용절감이나 투자수익 창출 효과에 대한 검증이 활발해질 것으로 예측됐다. 시대를 뒤바꾸는 혁신적인 기술도 잇달아 등장할 것이란 기대도 높다. 2013년은 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 발전에 또 한번의 변곡점이 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 2013년 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 예측 몇 가지를 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 중소기업에서의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용 및 정착이 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 대기업의 경우에는 기존에 구축되어 있는 IT 시스템에 대한 거버넌스 체계를 완성해 나가고 있는 상황 속에서 중앙집중형과 사용자 편의성이 강화된 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 아직 추구 해야 할 과제가 많다. 하지만 중소기업은 예산을 문제로 대기업과 같은 수준의 IT 인프라를 갖추지 못하고 있기 때문에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입으로 비용대비 고효율의 IT 인프라를 갖출 수 있다. 둘째, CSP, CSB와 통합허브가 성장할 것이다. 플랫폼 전쟁이 시장 점유율 '횡령' 싸움임을 CSP들이 깨닫게 됨에 따라 이러한 가격 경쟁들은 더 잦아질 것으로 전망된다. 그리고 2013년 클라우드 벤더들은 클라우드 가격 책정이 비용-수익 관리(costyield management)의 연장선에 있음도 알게 될 것이다. 핵심은 효율적 설계와 저비용 운영, 그리고 무엇보다 높은 사용률에 있다. 또한 기업들이 점점 많은 애플리케이션을 소프트웨어 형태로 구매하고 있기 때문에 애플리케이션 자체를 통합하는 문제, 애플리케이션에 대한 보안과 감사 프로세스개발 등의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 시스템 통합 서비스와 통합 허브는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 노력하게 될 것이다 셋째, 2013년은 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 급부상할 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에서 공급업체끼리 경쟁하는 것은 의미가 없으며 기업들은 절대 한 가지 클라우드 기술이나 공급자에 안주하지 않을 것이다. 이것은 곧 2013년에는 하이브리드 및 이종 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 각광 받을 것을 의미한다. 이러한 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 단점과 문제 해결을 위해 하나의 목적을 가지고 다양한 산업체들이 모여 경쟁업체이면서도 협력관계를 이루는 것이 중요하다. 넷째, 멀티 디바이스를 이용한 클라우드 사용이 폭발적으로 증가될 것으로 보인다. 1인당 여러 대의 단말 보유, 이동성 향상 요구, 4G 확산 등 모바일 시장을 중심으로 한 환경 변화로 인해 이전보다 한층 진화된 클라우드 기반의 서비스가 다양하게 등장할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 4G 시대가 본격적으로 개막되면서 데이터 및 앱을 저장하는 것뿐만 아니라 앱을 실행하는 프로세싱까지도 모두 인터넷 상의 서버에서 이루어지는 방식인 클라우드 스트리밍(Cloud Streaming)이라는 신기술이 상용화될 것으로 기대된다. 다섯째, 2013년에는 'XaaS(Everything as a Service)' 개념이 보다 확장될 것이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 확산됨에 따라 하드웨어의 도입, 소프트웨어 및 데이터베이스 개발과 구축, IT 서비스 등 IT 인프라 스트럭처의 토대에 많은 변화가 생겼다. 인프라스트럭처는 더 이상 고정불변의 자산으로서가 아니라 유연성과 확장성을 강조하는 서비스로서의 특징으로 점점 부각되고 있다. 따라서 모든 IT 인프라스트럭처가 Ondemand화 서비스로 제공되는 비즈니스 모델들이 부상하고 있으며 플랫폼, 하드웨어 데이터베이스 등 모든 IT 요소를 서비스 형태로 제공하는 XaaS가 2013년 새로운 개념으로 떠오를 것으로 기대된다. 여섯번째로 스토리지를 둘러싼 가격 경쟁이 더욱 심화될 것으로 보인다. 업체들의 가격 인하는 앞으로도 계속될 것이며 사용자들에게도 큰 혜택으로 돌아갈 것이지만 사람들은 가격만으로 서비스를 선택하지 않을 것이기 때문에 가격보다는 차별화된 기능 및 서비스 전략이 필요할 것이다.

The Effect of Relationship Learning on Recontracting Intention in the Foodservice Franchise Industry (관계 학습이 프랜차이지의 재계약 의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to examine the structural relationships between relationship learning, their antecedents such as transaction specific assets, and environmental uncertainty, and long-term orientation, overall satisfaction and recontracting intention in the context of the foodservice franchise industry. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling with Amos 5.0 and SPSS 14.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: $x^2=57.75$, df=9, p=0.00, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.81, RMSR=0.03, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.93. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Second, information sharing of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Third, shared interpretation of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fourth, developing memories of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fifth, overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, long-term orientation and overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on recontracting intention. Finally, transaction specific assets and environmental uncertainty had a significantly positive effect on relationship learning. At the end of this paper, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.

  • 본 사업은 1994년부터 1996년까지 3년 간 시범사업으로 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 과제인 창원/마산 지역정보 유통망 구축사업을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 전자상거래 기반의 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\ulcorner$창원/마산 지역정보유통망 구축사업$\lrcorner$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이러한 창원/마산지역 산업체에 대한 지원효과를 이번에 확대하여 그 동안 Multimedia, Graphics, Web 등 정보화 환경이 크게 변화, 발전됨에 따라 현실적이며 현장적용형 패키지의 개발 지원이 대두된 $\ulcorner$경남지역 정보화확산사업$\lrcorner$은 연구개발정보센터와 창원시, 진해시, 한국기계연구원이 매칭 펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템이다. 정보수집대상은 경남지역에 소재하고 있는 20개 산업단지 3,700여 입주기업을 정보수집요원이 직접 방문하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 요구정보를 반영하였다. 신규로 구축한 정보는 산업기반 기업체기본정보 DB 및 기업 기술개발 현장적용형 기술정보 패키지정보를 중심으로 구축하였으며, 인터넷 활용교육을 통한 동종 업종간 정보교류체제 구축하였다. 특히 Cyber Market을 구현하기 위해 1,200여건의 기업체정보 및 제조상품 DB를 응용한 제품 Mall 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 사업을 통하여 경남지역 산업단지에 입주한 기업체의 정보 활용을 극대화하여 지역경제 발전에 기여함과 동시에 국내 지역정보화 시범모델로서 위상을 확립하고자 한다.을 기업의 타인자본비용과 자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. The Effect of Government Corporate Support Projects on Corporate Growth: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Absorption Capacity and Enterprise Support Satisfaction (정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향: 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The government is promoting policies to increase policy efficiency by supporting corporate growth through corporate support and establishing the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as a control tower for corporate support projects. However, opinions on the efficiency of the government's corporate support project are divided, and this study aims to check how the government's corporate support project affects corporate performance and how absorption capacity and satisfaction, which are internal factors, affect corporate growth. Research was conducted on companies receiving government corporate support projects, and previous studies focused on financial support among government corporate support projects, while the effect of government corporate support was analyzed by dividing government support projects into financial and non-financial support, and absorption capabilities and corporate support satisfaction were analyzed. Through this, the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance was empirically analyzed according to the mediating effect of absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction in the government's corporate support project. As a result, both the government's financial and non-financial support had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and it was confirmed that both absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction mediate both financial and non-financial performance, and it was analyzed that it had a positive (+) effect. In order to improve the absorption capacity of a company, it is expected that it will be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the business by defining the problems faced by the company and suggesting solutions through the establishment of a supplier and consumer network.

A study on the CRM strategy for medium and small industry of distribution (중소유통업체의 CRM 도입방안에 관한 연구)

  • CRM refers to the operating activities that always maintain and promote good relationship with customers to ultimately maximize the company's profits by understanding the value of customers to meet their demands, establishing a strategy which may maximize the Life Time Value and successfully operating the business by integrating the customer management processes. In our country, many big businesses are introducing CRM initiatively to use it in marketing strategy however, most medium and small sized companies do not understand CRM clearly or they feel difficult to introduce it due to huge investment needed. This study is intended to present CRM promotion strategy and activities plan fit for the medium and small sized companies by analyzing the success factors of the leading companies those have already executed CRM by surveying the precedents to make the distributors out of the industries have close relation with consumers to overcome their weakness in scale and strengthen their competitiveness in such a rapidly changing and fiercely competing market. There are 5 stages to build CRM such as the recognition of the needs of CRM establishment, the establishment of CRM integrated database, the establishment of customer analysis and marketing strategy through data mining, the practical use of customer analysis through data mining and the implementation of response analysis and close loop process. Through the case study of leading companies, CRM is needed in types of businesses where the companies constantly contact their customers. To meet their needs, they assertively analyze their customer information. Through this, they develop their own CRM programs personalized for their customers to provide high quality service products. For customers helping them make profits, the VIP marketing strategy is conducted to keep the customers from breaking their relationships with the companies. Through continuous management, CRM should be executed. In other words, through customer segmentation, the profitability for the customers should be maximized. The maximization of the profitability for the customers is the key to CRM. These are the success factors of the CRM of the distributors in Korea. Firstly, the top management's will power for CS management is needed. Secondly, the culture across the company should be made to respect the customers. Thirdly, specialized customer management and CRM workers should be trained. Fourthly, CRM behaviors should be developed for the whole staff members. Fifthly, CRM should be carried out through systematic cooperation between related departments. To make use of the case study for CRM, the company should understand the customer and establish customer management programs to set the optimal CRM strategy and continuously pursue it according to a long-term plan. For this, according to collected information and customer data, customers should be segmented and the responsive customer system should be designed according to the differentiated strategy according to the class of the customers. In terms of the future CRM, integrated CRM is essential where the customer information gathers together in one place. As the degree of customers' expectation increases a lot, the effective way to meet the customers' expectation should be pursued. As the IT technology improved rapidly, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) appears. On a real-time basis, information about products and customers is obtained massively in a very short time. A strategy for successful CRM promotion should be improving the organizations in charge of contacting customers, re-planning the customer management processes and establishing the integrated system with the marketing strategy to keep good relation with the customers according to a long-term plan and a proper method suitable to the market conditions and run a company-wide program. In addition, a CRM program should be continuously improved and complemented to meet the company's characteristics. Especially, a strategy for successful CRM for the medium and small sized distributors should be as follows. First, they should change their existing recognition in CRM and keep in-depth care for the customers. Second, they should benchmark the techniques of CRM from the leading companies and find out success points to use. Third, they should seek some methods best suited for their particular conditions by achieving the ideas combining their own strong points with marketing. Fourth, a CRM model should be developed that will promote relationship with individual customers just like the precedents of small sized businesses in Switzerland through small but noticeable events.

  • The growth of a city requires substantial resources, an appropriate environment, and the alignment of several factors. City growth also evolves through changes in its history, culture, economics, societies, groups, and government systems. However, current port city development plans designed to encourage the growth of local businesses fail to provide the support needed for both the city and businesses. The recent actions of urban administrations and federal and local governments have revealed that they have yet to create a mature decentralized management system, or perhaps have ignored the reality of needing one. Taking a clear look at the differences between port regions, such as Gwangyang and Pyeongtaek, and understanding their effect on city growth would be a prudent course of action when preparing for future developments. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between ports and cities by analyzing the effect of port characteristics on nearby city growth. This study used a comparison analysis to determine how port characteristics affected the growth of Pyeongtaek and Gwangyang. One result of this analysis showed that an increase in the number of goods being imported or exported had a positive effect on the growth of both port cities, In this respect, an aggressive plan and cooperation between the federal and local government should occur simultaneously. Furthermore, efficient local policies that focus on the increase of personnel and material resources should be pursued as a standard strategy, which would also promote the international status of these locations. The results of this study show the importance of government cooperation. The federal government should lead with aggressive strategies that aim to optimize efficiency, while the local government should provide the necessary assistance and coordination in order to achieve optimal results.

User Demand-based Grid Trade Management Model (사용자 요구기반의 그리드 거래 관리 모델)

  • Importance of and need for grid resource management have accelerated in accordance with increasing development of grid computing. However, it is very complex to distribute and utilize resources efficiently in geographically dispersed environments. This is due to the different access policies and constraints of grid resource owners. Users request resources according to their needs. Operators of a grid computing system need to be able to monitor the system states for reflecting these demands. So, a grid computing system needs a resource management policy that monitors states of resources and then allocates resources. This paper proposes a user demand-based grid trade management model that provides an efficient resource management by the trade allocation based on a users' demand and providers' supply strategy. To evaluate performance, this paper measures increasing rate of resource trades, average response time of trades, and processing time utilization. Firstly, the average increasing rates of trade are 585.7% and 322.6% higher than an auction model and a double auction model. Secondly, the average response time of the user demand-based grid trade management model is maintained between 3 and 5 simulation time. Finally, it is found that the processing time utilization is an average of 145.4% and 118.0% higher than an auction model and a double auction model. These empirical results demonstrate the usefulness of the user demand-based grid trade management model.

  • The Riparian Buffer Zone(RBZ) is a sustainable social-ecological system created in the middle zone between water and land. For the RBZ, close communication with the local community is important, and it is necessary to promote it as a communicative environmental planning process. In this study, for the RBZ project, three strategies are presented as a communicative act to understand and implement planning. First, government-led projects were avoided and improved to a process in which citizens and stakeholders participated together, centered on local partnership. Second, it was intended to introduce design criterias in terms of enhancing the function of ecosystem services that citizens can sympathize with, and to increase acceptance and awareness through the planning of preferred spaces and facilities. Third, after a balanced plan for habitats, water cycle-based ecological environment, ecological experience and open space, citizens felt the restoration effect and value as an ecological resources, and a system was prepared to participate in the operation and management. This study will work as a process model based on citizens's participation. In addition, it will be possible to provide lessons for the change of the policy paradigm for the RBZ and the implementation of similar projects in the future.

  • The new environment of music service has brought changes in digital music industry. Today, various forms of music contents are presented in ubiquitous environments. Thus, securing various contents becomes very important in monopolistic competition of music market. Under the circumstance, web 2.0 provides a networking environment to form diverse relations. Social Network Service (SNS) is a service to emphasize people relation and is different from information-centered Internet service. And mobile SNS becomes popular as Smartphone rapidly increases. NeowizBugs merged with NeowizInternet managing Sayclub of a music-specified SNS site. And the firm confirms comprehensive contents by making ties with SM entertainment. Thus, the integration corporation secures and manages a new business model by linking digital contents with SNS. Generally, music-specified SNS has advertisement business model and uses a recommend system utilizing the database of users. By introducing the case of NeowizBugs, this study tries to identify the success strategy of music distributors fitting ubiquitous environment including web 2.0, mobile SNS, Smartphone, etc.

  • Multinational brands have rapidly penetrated into the domestic dining business and their brands are increasingly recognized by Koreans. Considering fast-food as a kind of brand product, we attempt to investigate recognition of brands and association by images with the focus on visual identity. The economic value has been reevaluated with more attention on brand images and brand identity. The purpose of the current paper is to find out the meaning of brand association in the fast-food industry. Fast-food business has been rapidly increasing thanks to quick sonics, convenience, relatively low price, equalized quality of food and service. Most fast-food restaurants are run under franchised system. This helps enhance the recognition of brands among customers. We intend to see whether there is significant relationship between customers' preference of brands and brand images. We also aim to seek for their problems of identity in the merchandising process for brand colors. We hope to help develop Korean franchise industry by asking how association by visual Images such as colors and figures of such brands takes place.
