I Bank, which is domestic one, has implemented a performance management system based on the balanced scorecards (BSC). The purpose of this study is to understand the status and seek improvements of the performance management system of the bank. To achieve the purpose, this paper makes study about the earlier researches and does empirical study based on the questionnaire survey analysis. After figuring out issues, this paper proposes improvements to operate the performance management system using BSC more properly. The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. This paper introduces a blackboard system which extracts imbedded road and building structures irom aerial photograph images. The role of three major component(blackboard, knowledge source, and control module)in blackboard system will be illustrated in terms of knowledge representation and control strategies. The hypothesis on a blackboard will be organized in a hierarchical form, the knowledge sources which generate hypothesis and verify them will be shown in detail, and the control module will describe how the knowledge sources can dervie solutions. Especially this paper shows that searching image strutures can be greatly simplified by the use of a mapping image.

For the development and management of u-City(ubiquitous city), Ubiquitous City Construction Law was enacted(March 3, 2008) to form the legal basis of u-City plan, construction and managements afterwards. Among u-City elements, the u-City Management Center has its own meaning and importance in roles which are crucial to the u-City developments, and its legal establishment is one of the core u-City realization factors. In spite of its crucial position for u-City, the legal arrangement of its basis concept, physical/systematic structures, and managerial finance sources and their standardizations are very immature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyse its overall problem issues and then to suggest the basic directions and enforcement strategies to form its legal basis.

Motivated by the open access movement, research institutions are building Institutional repositories for a nation-wide knowledge distribution infrastructure. IKIS (Institute Knowledge Inventory System) was proposed to integrate materials produced by government-sponsored 23 institutions of the economic, social and human fields, to contribute for policy-making in national agenda and to proffer services to a people. As IKIS project goes on. the project turns out to be slower than planned especially In terms of building up content and improving system functions. This study aims to investigate the methods for promoting the system in terms of management and system developments using multiple research methods such as surveys and interviews. Five issues including budgets and marketing are proposed for the management strategies, whereas three ones Including content and system performance improvements are suggested for the system development. The study results can be utilized as guidelines for managing university and school repositories as well as IKIS.

Mathematical curriculum has been developed based on learners' level and difficulties of contents. Succeed in solving problem in mathematics depends on the completion of the precedent learning. Thus, it is important to diagnose students beforehand. It is also important to develop problem-solving skills for students. In this thesis, Q&A system is proposed to help students learn various problem solving skills in mathematics. Although the system is currently applicable to mathematics, it can be applied to any other subjects.

Lotte Shopping Co. started its business from Lotte Department Store. From the beginning, Lotte Shopping Co. opened the largest department store and, since then, has expanded its business size through the processes of active developments of its own stores and merges and acquisitions of other companies. Currently, it operates a variety of retail shops such as department stores, discount stores, movies theaters, shopping malls, and supermarkets along with a TV home-shopping station and an online shopping mall. Lotte group, a business conglomerate Lotte Shopping belongs to, has an objective of becoming TOP 10 business group in Asia by 2018. Lotte group declared its vision statements in 2009 and has spent its effort to accomplish the goal. Lotte Shopping is implementing the group-level growth strategy through merges and acquisitions and diverse marketing programs. We will briefly investigate the current situation of Lotte Shopping and will then analyze its 1) entertainment shopping center and multi-channel strategy, 2) global market entry, and 3) education system.

앞으로의 컴퓨터 시스템은 호스트 집중형 매인프레임 컴퓨팅, 클라이언트/서버, 분산객체, ERP시스템 등으로 발전하는 것으로 전망된다. 메인프레임을 통한 호스트 중심의 중앙집중형 시스템이 네트워크와 PC의 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 시스템의 시대를 열었다. 분산 환경에서 사용자들은 여러 저장 장치로부터 정보를 얻을 수 있고 서로 다른 이질적인 시스템에 있는 사용자들과 함께 자료를 공유, 통신할 수 있어야 한다. 때문에 분산 애플리케이션을 작성하기 위해서는 일단 서로 다른 운영체계와 네트워크 환경 등으로 구성된 이질적이고 복잡한 환경을 전제로 삼아야 한다. 이러한 환경에서 클라이언트/서버 소프트웨어를 개발하고 이를 서로 다른 시스템과 쉽게 통합할 수 있기 위해서는 이종의 분산 환경에서 여러 종류의 옹용 프로그램을 통합할 수 있는 표준의 결합 방식이 필요하다. 분산 객체 시스템과 ERP시스템이 도입ㆍ구축되었다고 해서 기업의 경쟁력이 강화되고 이윤 극대화가 달성되고 고객만족이 이루어지는 것은 아니다. 최적의 ERP시스템을 구축하기 위해서 도입단계에서부터 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ERP서버의 현황과 분산객체 미들웨어를 활용한 ERP서버에 대해 기술하고 ERP시스템 도입에 대한 분석을 시도함으로써 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 도입전략에 대해 연구하였다.

해군에서는 소나를 이용하여 수중 표적을 효과적으로 탐색하기 위한 소나운용전술을 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 효율적인 소나운용전술 개발을 위해서는 먼저 다양한 운영전술에 대한 효과도를 분석할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 시스템이 필요하다. 시뮬레이션 시스템은 해양환경 정보, 자함 정보, 소나 정보, 그리고 수중표적의 정보를 매개변수로 입력받아 운용전술에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하며, 시뮬레이션의 진행에 따른 다양한 정보를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 환경에서 수중표적에 대한 함정의 최적 탐색 전략을 평가할 수 있는 탐색효과도 분석용 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계 개발하였다. 시뮬레이션 시스템은 다양한 형태의 해양상태를 반영할 수 있도록 소나방정식 및 탐지확률곡선을 이용하여 개발되었으며, 표적의 실제적인 행동패턴을 고려하여 여러 가지 형태의 기동 패턴을 시스템에 묘사하였다. 개발된 시스템은 앞으로 수중표적에 대한 효율적인 소나운용전술을 개발하고 발전시키는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

금강 유역과 같이 복잡한 하천유역 시스템의 관리를 위해서는 시스템 요소들을 통합적으로 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 의사결정지원 도구가 필요하다. K-MODSIM 모형은 단기 물관리, 장기 운영계획, 가뭄 대비계획 및 물관련 분쟁 해결을 위해 보다 개선된 유역관리 전략을 수립하기 위한 컴퓨터 기반 도구로 개발되었으며, 본 연구에서는 K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성한 후, 두 단계의 모형 검정을 수행하였다. 먼저 물리적 검정을 통해서 전체 대상 수계의 상하류 물수지를 검토하고, 다음 단계인 운영 측면의 검정에서 물리적으로 나타나는 상황이 댐 운영이나 제약 조건 등에 부합하는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적 운영률의 개발은 동적계획법 소프트웨어인 CSUDP를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 여기서 사유한 접근법은 음해 추계학적 동적계획법이다. 이 접근방법은 유입량 시계열을 추계학적으로 모의발생시키고, CSUDP 모형은 모의발생시킨 유입량 시계열에 대한 최적운영률을 찾기 위해 사용하며, CSUDP의 최적화 결과에 대한 통계적인 분석을 통해 월단위 운영률을 도출하였다. K-MODSIM 모형에 저수지 운영률을 반영하여 유역의 용수배분을 평가하였다. 유역 저수지군 운영 환경 및 제약조건을 반영한 네트워크를 구성하고, 대청댐과 용담댐의 통합 운영을 위한 최적연계 운영를을 개발하여 다음과 같은 운영 시나리오들을 개발하고 평가하였다. $\cdot$ 금강수계에 대한 용당댐의 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 댐 연계운영시 수요량 변화에 따른 영향 평가 $\cdot$ 하도추적을 고려한 일별모형의 검증 개발된 운영률과 하도추적방법을 K-MODSIM 모형에서 검증하기 위해서 vb.net 스크립트 파일을 개발하여 적용하였다.L이하로 이를 유등천 상류부에 공급할 경우 유등천의 수질은 BOD 6.7mg/L, TN 9.80mg/L, TP 0.90mg/L를 나타낼 것으로 예측된다. 고도처리시설의 도입 후 금강 합류점에서 갑천의 예측 BOD는 7.4mg/L로 현재 9.0mg/L에 비하여 개선되지만 이는 금강수계 오염총량 관리계획의 시$\cdot$도 경계지점 목표수질인 5.9mg/L를 만족시키지 못하므로, 이를 만족시키기 위해서는 방류수 BOD 7.2mg/L이하로 처리해야 할 것으로 판단된다.which support only concepts or image features.방하는 것이 선계기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 밸브 개폐에 따른 수압 변화를 모의한 결과 밸브 개폐도를 적절히 유지하여 필요수량의 확보 및 누수방지대책에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.8R(mm)(r^2=0.84)$로 지수적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 유거수량은 토성별로 양토를 1.0으로 기준할 때 사양토가 0.86으로 가장 작았고, 식양토 1.09, 식토 1.15로 평가되어 침투수에 비해 토성별 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이는 토성이 세립질일 수록 유거수의 저항이 작기 때문으로 생각된다. 경사에 따라서는 경사도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 $10\% 경사일 때를 기준으로 $Ro(mm)=Ro_{10}{\times}0.797{\times}e^{-0.021s(\%)}$로 나타났다.천성 승모판 폐쇄 부전등을 초래하는 심각한 선천성 심질환이다. 그러나 진단 즉시 직접 좌관상동맥-대동맥 이식술로 수술적 교정을 해줌으로써 좋은 성적을 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.특히 교사들이 중요하게 인식하는 해방적 행동에 대한 목표를 강조하여 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.교하여 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 HSP 환자군에서도 $IL1RN^{*}2$ allele 빈도와

Resources circulation logistics factor has come to be one of the most important concerns in today's business due to the need for conscious use of limited resources and the greenhouse effects. The purpose of this study was to propose strategic approaches to improve firm's competitive advantages by exploring the logistics practices that increase firm's logistics performance and reduce environmental problems at the same time. In doing so, we reviewed past literature on Resources circulation logistics factor, logistics operation level, and firm's logistics Performance, and then developed a conceptual model and researchable hypotheses, Survey data were collected from manufacturing companies to test the hypotheses. Survey data included the variables of Resources circulation logistics factor, logistics operation practices, and firm's performance. Firm's performance was measured by customer service and logistics costs.
