The aim of this study is to analyze current level of knowledge management(KM) performance in major container terminals. To achieve this aim, the evaluation criteria and KM performance index from pervious research were adopted. and current levels of KM performance of four leading container terminal operators which is located in Busan port were measured. The results firstly showed that average of KM level of these terminal operators was 67.7. And also, from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of KM in Korean leading terminal operators is official system and programs such as incentive policies, learning programs, and IT support systems for organizational knowledge sharing and knowledge codification.

에너지 손실 절감과 효과적인 에너지 사용 및 안정적인 전력계통 운영을 위한 전력계통 운용 전략을 알아보았다. 그리고 선진국의 무효전력운영 현황과 국내 계통운영 보조서비스정책의 비교를 통해 우리 나라의 경우는 단일 계통으로 구성되어 있기 때문에, 미국의 경우에 비하여 무효전력 종합 관리 시스템의 구축 및 운영을 보다 쉽게 구현할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 미국의 경우와 같이 지속적이며 실질적인 시험과 분석을 통하여 체계적이며 정기적인 무효전력 제어 및 감시체제가 구축되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to explore possible ways to make a strategical use of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) for facilitating performing arts. In order to satisfy the purpose, this study investigated actual cases of CRM, primarily focusing on LG Art Center, one of representative performance venues in South Korea, and CREDIA, a performing art planning agency in South Korea. Here, it was found that LG Art Center operated its independent TMS(Theater Management System) and thereby could afford to successfully plan performing art programs on the basis of customer-oriented convenient ticketing system as well as a pile of customer information. On the other hand, CREDIA introduced advanced performance management system and has successfully attracted larger membership than before. Moreover, it organized specialized personnel in membership management and thereby could manage membership in systematic manner. And it was found that based on web log analysis, CREDIA developed a variety of products to comply with customer needs and thereby could realize higher returns and better customer satisfaction through cross-selling activities as well as performance ticketing. However, it was found that CREDIA still operated its membership system and mileage point system in stereotypes manner. Thus, it is required to operate differentiated membership system based on membership grades and diversify practical ways to save and use mileage points, so that CRM can be strategically applied to develop new audience and maintain loyal customers.

스마트워터그리드는 기후변화 등 한정된 수자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 정보통신기술을 이용하여 효율적인 물 관리 인프라 시스템 구축하는 연구로써 수자원관리에 필요한 여러 가지 프로그램들이 개발되어지고 있다. 수자원 관리와 정보통신기술의 패러다임 변화에 따라 양방향 통신의 다차원적인 접근 전략과 더불어 수자원의 효율적인 관리를 위해 스마트워터그리드의 여러 프로그램을 통합적으로 운영 관리하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반으로 스마트워터그리드 프로그램의 입 출력 데이터를 연계 운영하고, 동일한 개발환경인 플랫폼기반으로 구축하여 프로그램의 통합 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 통합적인 운영을 위한 시나리오는 다중수원의 실시간 계측과 수용가의 상수도 사용량을 실시간 계측하여 DB서버에 저장되고, 이 자료를 물부족 위험평가 프로그램의 입력자료로 활용하여 다중수원의 부존량이 산정된다. 부존량은 다시 가용수량 산정프로그램에 입력 데이터를 사용되고, 출력데이터는 수처리조합공정을 걸쳐 워터루프를 통하여 배분 및 공급하도록 시나리오를 수립하였으며. 이러한 시나리오를 기반으로 스마트워터그리드의 여러 프로그램을 통합 운영하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 수자원 생산, 배분, 공급 등 관리에 필요한 각각의 스마트워터그리드 프로그램이 통합 운영됨으로써, 국내 통합 수자원 관리에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Today, companies are increasingly focused on SCM (Supply Chain Management) as a means for cost-cutting and efficient operation. The company's ultimate objective is to win and maintain a sustained dominant position in the uncertainties of the global environment and future competitiveness. In this respect, this study examined the effects of management strategy, collaboration process and SCM integration on corporate performance in small and midsize parts manufacturers. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. Management strategy, collaboration process and SCM integration had positive effects on corporate performance in domestic small and midsize parts manufacturers, and all hypotheses were supported. Consequently, it can be confirmed that quality, cost and flexibility for management strategy, and strategic objective perception, support policy, problem solution and knowledge information sharing for delivery and collaboration as small and midsize parts manufacturers are mechanisms for improving quality reliability, decreasing cost, delivery obedience and information system operation of SCM integration, and boosting corporate quantitative and qualitative performance.

진료 및 간호서비스는 다른 제조업과는 달리 무형의 서비스에 대한 간접비의 비율이 두드러지는 특성을 지니며, 이러한 특성으로 인해 의료기관의 전략적 계획수립, 수익성 분석, 경제성 분석, 의료서비스 제공의 질 관리 등의 의사결정에 적극 활용되어야 하는 원가 분석에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 전문 간호 분야인 가정간호는 1회 방문 시에 다양한 활동들이 모여서 가정간호서비스가 수행되므로 가정간호의 원가분석에는 각 행위들이 모인 활동에 대한 분석에 근거한 정확한 원가 정보가 요구되고 있다. 활동기준원가의 기본 요소는 자원, 활동, 자원 동인, 활동 동인, 원가 대상이며 이에 따라 가정간호사업에서 활동기준원가의 각 요소를 정의하고 전통적 원가 계산이 아닌 활동을 중심으로 가정간호사업의 업무 알고리즘을 분석하여 활동기준원가관리시스템을 설계한다. 가정간호사업의 활동기준원가관리시스템은 가정간호의 효율적 운영과 의료기관의 경영 개선과 항께 실질적 원가계산을 통해 정부가 건강 보험 수가를 결정하고, 보험 수가의 적절성을 평가하는데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

대용량 ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)용 전전자 교환기 TDX-10 연구개발 사업의 궁극적 목적은 미래 통신망이 요구하는 다양한 음성 및 비음성 정보통신 서비스를 제공하고 정보의 교환, 가공, 축적 및 처리에 고도의 융통성을 부여할 수 있는 국내표준 전전자 교환기를 개발하여 통신투자의 경제적 통신운영기술 자립화를 달성하는데 있다. 현재 대용량 전전자 교환기인 TDX-10 ISDN의 상용화 단계의 마무리 업무가 진행중이며, 통신서비스의 다양화, 광대역화, 고속화를 위한 광대역통신망의 주축이 되는 ATM교환기가 개발중에 있다. 본 고에서는 TDX-10 ISDN 시스템개발단계에서 구현된 시스템 시험수행 과정 및 평가작업을 토대로한 체계적이며 전략적인 품질보증 활동에 관해 기술하였으며, 신뢰성 있는 시험결과를 도출할 수 있는 다양한 시험관리 기법과 그 결과를 분석하고 차후 시험 및 보완작업을 위한 제반 활동체계가 소개된다.

오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인해 제조업의 효율적인 운영이 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 기업내에 새로운 기술을 도입하고자 할 경우, 해당 기업이 추구하고 있는 전략은 물론이고 그것이 실제로 운용되어지는 제조구조에 적합하지 않으면 경제적 효과를 얻지 못할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 사업전략·제조구조, CIM기술간 적합성 개념이나 시너지 효과(synergy effect)를 밝혀내고자 하였다. 따라서 각 차원에 따른 유형들이 상호보완적인 집합임에 착목하여 , 두 차원간 부합성 정도의 결과치가 어떠한 순위를 나타낼 것인지 조사하였다. 또한 세 차원 사이의 선택적 결합에 따른 상황적응성이 제조기업의 성과에 얼마만큼이나 영향을 미치고 있는지 검증해 보았다. 특히 한·일 제조업의 경영시스템을 경쟁전략·제조체계·CIM기술간 적합성 측면에서 살펴봄으로써, 상이한 경영환경하의 양국 제조기업이 각각 어떤 특성을 지니고 있는지 파악하고자 시도했다.

Strategic link, to develop the business strategy and to build the infrastructure of the organization, is an important challenge to management activities of the company, it is a major study of management academia. Effective strategy and information systems influence the success of the organization. Strategic alignment model for analyzing linkage was introduced in this study. Strategic alignment model, is composed of business strategy, organization infrastructure, information technology strategy, and information technology infrastructure. We have studied that this models appear in some form in the field of actual companies. Our research subject is a agricultural venture in Chungnam province.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of establishing the national reciprocal borrowing scheme for academic libraries in Korea. The national or regional borrowing schemes could be operated to further the resource sharing among academic libraries as an alternative or supplement to ILL. In this research, the characteristics of those borrowing schemes in other countries are discussed, and some strategic plans, including the organization in charge and the operating principles, are suggested for the national borrowing scheme in Korea.
