In BTL project, the operation cost covering upcoming 20 years is usually alloted more than construction cost although its plan is made in short time. Therefore, it is a key issue to forecast and to analyze operation risks in the process of making contract in order to successfully finish the BTL project and to ensure the profitability of business. However, only a few domestic professional management companies are capable to carry out funding and facility management. To manage the potential risks efficiently in BLT project, it's essential to prioritize the risk factors by means of considering economical risk level, non-economical risk level and occurrence frequency. Thus, this study suggests risk analysis model for improving efficiency of BTL project from operation company's perspective by means of survey. The suggested risk analysis model is expected to establish a risk management strategy which can improve the efficiency of management affairs in BTL project.

본 연구는 국가정보화의 총괄적인 정보개발계획을 수립하기 위하여 일명 정보개발지도를 이용하여 국가의 정보개발 현황을 분석하고 국가 정보화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 현재 국내에 개발되어 서비스를 제공중인 정보, 사업의 지원자금으로 개발을 추진중에 있는 정보, 혹은 아직 미개발되었지만 공공정보로써 개발이 가능한 공공기관의 정보자원을 조사하고 세부분야별로 분류하여 하나의 평면에 나타냄으로써 국내 공공정보 개발의 방위를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 해외의 정보개발, 서비스들을 평면에 함께 제시함으로써 향후 공공데이터베이스의 개발 과제를 파악하기 위한 기반자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 정보개발지도에 따라 년차별 개발분야 및 개발 우선순위 등을 결정될 수 있으리라 예측된다.

현재 미국을 둘러싸고 있는 에너지상황은 한마디로 비상 사태하에 있다고 하겠다. 계속되는 석유수입은 국제수지의 대폭적인 적자를 발생시켰고 달러유가의 신임을 흔들리게 하는 일대요인이 되고 있다. 그리고 세계는 미국에 대하여 석유절약, 대체에너지개발 등 에너지정책의 확립을 촉구하고 있다. 이같은 실정하에서 금년 7월 15일 카터 미대통령은 외국으로부터의 석유수입을 77년도 수준으로 동결시키고, 석유수입할당제를 실시할 것을 발표하면서, 전략 제일주의의 에너지 정책을 펴나기기로 하고 있다. 사실 국가에너지계획의 우선순위는 에너지절약 R&D가 가장 중요시되고 있으며 다음이 석탄, 신에너지, 원자력의 순으로 되어 있다. 그러면 이같은 카터대통령의 강력한 에너지절약지향은 어떤 형태로 개개의 R&D프로그램에 나타나 있는지 알아보기로 한다.

This study analyzed and compared the importance and priority of location decision factors in Foreign Direct Investment Firms managing the manufacturing business in the nation's southeastern economic zone, and in expert group by using AHP analytical technique based on examining the location theory and the prior research of real estate for industry. Also, it analyzed difference in importance and priority for location factors by corporate scale, by business category, and by location type targeting only foreign direct investment firms, and offered references necessary for location decision-making. In addition, to elicit useful information for policy related to location decision factors for foreign direct investment firms, the implications were elicited by analyzing the results recognized between foreign direct investment firms and expert group on information elements regarding investment satisfaction, business bottlenecks, and location decision process. The considerable gap was indicated in importance and priority of location decision factors considered between the nation's foreign direct investment firms and real-estate expert group for industry. As a result of analyzing by reflecting the corporate characteristic variable in location assessment model unlike before, the importance of the competitive advantage factor and the business strategic factor was indicated to be very high.

The adoption of smart factories and smart manufacturing as strategies to enhance competitiveness and stimulate growth in the manufacturing sector is vital for a country's future competitiveness and industrial transformation. The government has consistently pursued smart manufacturing innovation policies starting with the Manufacturing Innovation 3.0 strategy in the Ministry of Industry. This study aims to identify policy areas for smart factories and smart manufacturing based on technical standards. Analyzing policy areas at the current stage where the establishment and support of domestic standards aligning with international technical standards are required is crucial. By prioritizing smart manufacturing process areas within the industry, policymakers can make well-informed decisions to advance smart manufacturing without blindly following international standardization in already well-established areas. To achieve this, the study utilizes a hierarchical analysis method including expert interviews and importance-performance analysis for the five major process areas. The findings underscore the importance of proactive participation in standardization for emerging technologies, such as data and security, instead of solely focusing on areas with extensive international standardization. Additionally, policymakers need to consider carbon emissions, energy costs, and global environmental challenges to address international trends in export and digital trade effectively.

기술개발자 혹은 기술공급자의 예측에만 의존하는 기술의 가치 추정은 과대평가 또는 과소평가될 우려가 있으며, 정확한 기술가치평가를 위해서는 공급측면에서의 분석과 함께 수요측면에서의 가치평가가 요구된다. 이러한 맥락에서 기술을 사용하게 될 잠재적 수요처를 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한 기술의 잠재적 수요처 파악을 통해 기술개발자들은 수요산업에 보다 적합한 제품을 개발하여 기술 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술부가 시행하는 21C 프론티어 사업의 2단계 주요사업으로 선정된 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발 사업에서 개발 중인 기술의 수요처 선정을 위한 준비 단계로써 공급지장비용 분석을 포함한 산업연관분석을 사용하여 수자원의 확보 또는 공급지장에 따른 산업부문별 파급효과를 산출하였다. 파급효과의 산업부문별 순위는 용수의 재분배 우선순위의 주요한 참고자료가 될 수 있으나, 공공재인 수자원의 특성과 산업의 특성에 따른 현실적인 제약조건들을 고려해볼 때 직접적으로 기술의 수요처라고 보기는 어렵다. 하지만 파급효과의 순위에 따라 기술의 수요가 발생했을 때 기술의 최대가치가 실현됨은 자명한 사실이며, 개별기술에 대한 사례연구 시에 수요산업의 대략적인 틀을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 기술개발자들이 수요처에 대한 인식을 보다 명확히 함으로써, 정부와 산업체를 통해 실용화될 수 있도록 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 연구결과 산업연관분석을 통해 수도산업의 수요측면 공급측면 파급효과가 산출되었고, 수도의 공급지장으로 인한 파급효과의 순위는 농림수산품 음식료품 제1차금속제품 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개별기술의 달성가능한 최대가치가 산출되고, 개별기술의 사례연구 시에 설문대상 산업이 선정되어 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 수요처 선정을 위한 토대가 마련될 것으로 기대한다. 수 있었다. 인공순환에 의한 저감효과가 크지는 않을 것으로 예측된다. 조사 기간중 H호의 현존 식물플랑크톤량의 $60%{\sim}87%$가 수심 10m 이내에 분포하였고, 녹조강과 남조강이 우점하는 하절기에는 5m 이내에 주로 분포하였다. 취수탑 지점의 수심이 연중 $25{\sim}35m$를 유지하는 H호의 경우 간헐식 폭기장치를 가동하는 기간은 물론 그 외 기간에도 취수구의 심도를 표층 10m 이하로 유지 할 경우 전체 조류 유입량을 60% 이상 저감할 수 있을 것으로 조사되었다.심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할

Currently, urban regeneration is carried out mostly in a permanent and fixed way of planning, and due to the nature of the master plan, it is limited to immediately accepting the opinions of residents. In this study, the factors of idle space were derived based on a temporary use strategy, and the direction of idle space was presented by comparing the importance of experts with the survey of residents' perceptions and preferences. As a result, residents preferred to improve the aging physical environment first because of the target location characteristics, while experts ranked it in line to reflect the importance of the use of temporary uses that can quickly improve the urban environment. Therefore, it is desirable to recognize the importance of the temporary use strategy and to refine the priorities of the two groups and conduct a temporary test to derive the optimal utilization measures and reflect them in the master plan. In order to implement a temporary use strategy in the future, it is necessary to present a space utilization plan that reflects detailed prior investigation through analysis of target location characteristics and usage patterns.

Many Countries are recently focued on building capability based military and operating for the defense budget efficiency and operational effectiveness. The EA not only defines enterprise scope but also identifies relation among them, manage change and complexity. Accordingly, this research aims to build architecture framework which can achieve alignment, integration and interoperability by developing it with output. Through this, architecture framework can be changed into force development and operation. And it can be used for construction of effective force and operation for NCO by applying mathematical model and method of force priority development based on developed capabilities-based architecture framework.

국가개발사업 연구개발관리차원에 대한 패러다임은 객관적 연구과제의 선정 ${\cdot}$ 진도관리 ${\cdot}$ 성과관리 중심에서 기술수요조사 및 예측, 자원배분 등 사전기획과 같은 R&D 전략수립 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생명공학분야를 중심으로 미래 유망기술의 R&D 전략수립을 위한 절차를 제시한다. 먼저 전체과제의 중요도와 연구개발수준을 고려한 포트폴리오 구성을 위해서는 델파이방법을 사용하였다. 다음으로 앞으로 시급히 연구개발에 착수해야할 과제들의 우선순위를 설정하기 위해 AHP방법을 사용하였다.

본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스가 복합적으로 운용되고 있는 콜 센터도입과 콜 센터 도입으로 인한 자치단체에 미치는 파급효과에 대하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 예상해 보고, 콜 센터 도입의 우선순위 즉 광역자치단체부터 콜 센터를 먼저 도입하는 것이 어떻게 효과적인지 살펴보고 콜 센터 도입에 대한 합리적이 접근 방법을 모색함으로써 고품질의 국민 체감형 행정서비스를 언제(anytime), 어디서나(anywhere), 누구나(anybody)쉽고 편리하게 이용하고 정부에 대한 국민 참여기회 확대 및 국민과 정부가 상호작용 할 수 있는 콜 센터 환경 구축에 대한 전략을 전국공통 120번 생활 민원 전화번호를 활용하여 연구하였다.
